The two times I ve purchased items from here I ve come home to realise the items either out of date or there s two days left... when you re spending almost $20 on cashew cheese you shouldn t have to date check for them, pretty standard part of a shop assistants role. Really disappointing.
Do not recommend. The owner Gloria is, as previous reviews have stated, the most unpleasant, dishonest person to deal with in the professional sense. Products are overpriced. I would suggest the Govita in Broadway as it is better run, has discount Tuesdays and has a better atmosphere overall.

Absolutely disgraceful service by the owner who does not value loyal customers. DO NOT support this business!
It s a shame that a small mix up with a refund within 3 minutes of purchase could turn into such a nasty, stressful experience. I was screamed at in front of other shoppers by the owner for daring to return the item I purchased by mistake.
Deceitful store policy of no refunds, with no sign posted. Only on the receipt does it explain- but, naturally this is obtained after the purchase.
Mysteriously, my $61.95 refund never reached my account either.
I ll cut my loses, but what the lady owner doesn t realise is that it s not discount vitamin chains killing her business, but rather her really bad attitude toward local customers.
Have shopped here for years but never again.
