It s time to loosen the reigns on visitors for games! I get what you re trying to accomplish but for goodness sakes, have you been into a Walmart or any other public place lately? People are in contact with so many people everywhere else, if you are diligent in ensuring masks are being worn, people are practicing social distancing and you offer plenty of hand sanitizer it will be fine! I haven t gotten to see one game at your stadium this year...

Great place for hockey. The two rinks allow for multiple teams to play and practice. The practice rink allows viewing from the cafe and observation decks while the main rink has a large seating capacity.

There is a proshop selling some gear and offers skate sharpening services and a cafe serving the usual arena faire. Although I have not visited the offices, there is a dental office on premises as well (handy if your player takes a puck to the teeth!)

For the sheer amount of people going in and out, the arena is well kept and clean.

What a fantastic time we had during open ice time for three hours with our daughter and her boyfriend during the holiday season. Only wish they would have had some music playing through the sound system, maybe even some holiday music.

They have 2 rinks, practice rink for the team and then the game rink. During public skating they used to offer game rink which is the nicer one and I feel like has much better ice, but for some reason they have been doing public skating on the practice ice rink (right side), but you will know the difference just by the presentation each rink and of course the seating. The first time I went on the ice on the practice Rink Side oh, it was so bad that I was doing my figure skating and fell and broke my wrist. There was quite a few people there so I was in the far left hand corner where the Zamboni goes in and out but I think the ice in general is just really rough all the way around in that rink. It is one of the only rinks around the Concord area that do public skating year around though. If you don't mind traveling, Plymouth State Ice Rink is awesome!!! I've been to many Rinks and that's by far one of the best sheets of ice I've skated on...Just saying
The short Video was just taken on Saturday and it's the practice rink side. It's all I had for a shot of the ice. That handsome man is my other half and he would kill me, figuratively speaking of course, if he knew I posted ......sooo...
... . Gotta give him credit though, it was his first time ever going ice skating in his life-plus he had rentals to top it off. Usually the rentals are TERRIBLE because they're old school and they must rarely sharpen them. We got lucky, or should I say HE, because they all got sharpened at the end of the winter season. Anyway...he's video shy, so I apologize for the quality. I tried!!! Hope it's good enough that you can get a feel for the rink at least. The facility itself is very nice and has a mini arcade and a view of both rinks that you can watch from on the main floor. The shop and concessions they have as well but it's only open during games, or at least that I've seen...and I'm there a lot during public and freestyle skate. That's one of my favorite things about Tri-Town, they are open to the public 6 days a week enough they have a game or tournaments. Sorry for the long review but hope that some of you at least find it helpful at some point or another in this Novel. Hahaha

A bit off the highway but easy to get to and find. Plenty of parking for the 2 rinks. Pro shop with skate sharpening on site. Has full restaurant that's fair priced with good food. Rink on left has plenty of stadium seating plus you can watch from the lobby area. Rink of right has no seating, you can watch from a small viewing area in the restaurant area or fron a couple of standing room only areas in the rink. Bathroom did have hot water and there was a water fountain to drink and fill bottles.

The TT-N rink is nice but the other rink (TT-S) is not built for good viewing. You re stuck in one corner of the rink on a platform that looks like it s ready to cave in. The snack shack is awesome! Great food and friendly staff! The bathrooms need updating as the hand dryers are antiques and not worth using.

Great programs for first time skaters. Very motivating instructor who kept the kids interested and involved. There are multiple rinks that allow them to run programs for kids at all different levels of expertise. Good dressing room areas.

Great to have a fairly local rink of this quality. The only drawback is that the South Rink has terrible viewing areas and the mens room is usually pretty gross, but the snack stand is centrally located in a game room with tables and they serve Beer in that area.

We didn't get to skate because the free skate was cancelled for a hockey tournament but was listed still on the internet. We did get to watch the Zamboni and that made my son's day, it was pretty awesome and the driver noticed him watching and gave him a wave.

DON'T dare piss off the lady at the concession stand. NASTY disposition. Treats you like you are annoying her for asking to buy something. I will NEVER buy another thing off her. I will always bring my own food and drink. Man, I would hate to wake up to her in the morning. I would just want to cash it all in and end it abruptly. Just thinking of her now, makes my blood boil....

Excellent rink with 2 sheets of ice, indoor viewing areas and snack bar. Locker rooms are well maintained and there are plenty of them. An excellent location, close to most of Southern New Hampshire.

Went to the rink to watch a Tournament , and after doing the health survey and temp check, I questioned the rinks rule on 1 family member to a player because I wanted to bring my wife and 2 grandkids to a later game. I was first told it was the Governor's rule, and after I told them that the stands would be practically empty anyway, and I would take a video to show them from the first game, they quickly changed the story and said it was the rink rules. I was accused of making a scene, and that they don't want kids coming to the mens league games. The people in the front office didn't like me saying that I would take pics and video to show the turnout, and a woman named Lori, supposedly the rink manager, came out and told me I'd have to leave immediately. I also heard someone say, call the police. They were very unprofessional and rude, and overreacted to a customer questioning why they wouldn't allow more than 1 family member to attend the games. I have spent a lot of years at the Tri town rink with 2 boys in the Jr Monarchs, and me coaching there and have never ever encountered such unprofessional-ism in all the time I have been there. I do not recommend having your child in a program there, or renting the ice for a tournament either. This is how you or a family member will be treated. Very disappointed!

I love this place because when you're trying to learn to ice skate you don't need to feel uncomfortable because there isn't much people. There are two ice skating ranks. One for hockey players and one for... normal ice skating (figure skating). And the employees are nice as well.

Our Son played in the Easter Seal's Chatter Cup Hockey Tournament.
Great auction items to bid on.
Rinks are well kept.
Spectators can watch games either in seated section within the rinks OR outside the rinks in large spectator viewing area.
Both viewing areas are not too cold. Very comfortable and wheelchair accessible!
There are games for kids of all ages. Snack bar has variety of food.
ALL areas clean & well kept.
We had a great time!!

Pretty good rink with nice facilities and roomy, warm spectator area. Two full sized sheets of ice. Some arcade games. Concession cafe. Great pro shop. Rink secretary was very rude and reluctant to help, though, when the arcade games ate my money.

This place is so much fun! My family and I have been going to the public skate for years. My only wish is that the staff on the ice better controlled some of the out-of-control skaters, and that they played music in the rink.
