Extensive selection of fish, meat and cheese products, quality and variety a few levels above the competitor supermarkets. In terms of freshness, fruit and vegetables have deteriorated somewhat compared to when they were established. Surely worth the effort for the slightly higher quality and difficult to find products elsewhere.

A very nice shop, but I wanted a bit more variety in vegetables, at the cash desk you have to do everything yourself, where you currently get support, questionable what it looks like when a lot is going on.

Stylish property with a "chic covered market" atmosphere. Fine and fresh products. The better cheeses, dry-aged meat, artisanal products, selected wines. Many staff who provide expert advice and help in a friendly way. All this can logically be felt in the prices. This is the branch with more luxurious Colruyt products. Very haughty, even rude staff. Especially the blond lady at pastry, where many products were burnt. Far too expensive fruit. But the icing on the cake is of course the "random" check at the self-scan checkout. Standing there like a criminal for two minutes, because of course they won't come and help you immediately is extremely unpleasant! So I will remain a one-time customer. 31/03/19

Self check outs are useless if they come to check you. Not much confidence in their own customers. At least it is not the normal procedure because that has never happened to us and we have never seen it happen to anyone else. How embarrassing if they sign you out as a thief while you have done nothing wrong.

This is really a shop to our heart!
Fish, meat, vegetables, bread & pastries, fruit, poultry, charcuterie, wines and tasty beers, everything from
superior quality ..... and open every day, also important.
The only drawback is that the prices are corresponding, but when you spend 20% more than in the current one
supermarkets, but it tastes 30% better, don't you have any complaints?

Glad it's here. Very tasty specialties to cook at home and eat with a restaurant feel. Well baked bread with flavor. Very tasty fish salads. Delicious fennel sausage! Wines ... etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Yes, it is a lot more expensive than at den Aldi, but if you want to spend a little extra on excellent nutrition and want to pamper yourself and family and feed well and healthy, then this is the place to go.

Nice selection of products and pleasant shopping space but many of their products are overpriced...almost 7 euro for 180g of picked pomegranate seeds. The veggie stand in my neighborhood sells 6 pomegranates for 3 euro. So is this supermarket for the filthy rich only ? Or you get penalised for being too lazy to pick your seeds? it s just so sad and ironic to see Albert Heijn (a supermarket for common people) gone and replaced by this posh supermarket for the rich I miss AH in Groenplaats!

With car to parking, then with groceries on foot .... This Cru is only for local residents ... Too bad ....

Top quality meat for an acceptable price. The good fish department is more than welcome in the absence of proper fish shops with the exception of the fish meal in Schilde.

CRU: the premium fresh market from Colruyt Group. Fresh traditional products at a fair (higher) price. You can taste it before buying and the service is friendly.

In the Cru you will find mainly food: bakery, dairy, vegetables, meat & fish ... with service !! So no impersonal refrigerators but human contact.

Home delivery is possible via Apporto, the peer-to-peer platform (not yet tried).

The fish section is great, friendliness too. The butcher shop also has beautiful products, but their service is really below average. Such a shame, but for meat products you better go to other butchers. For example, the butcher on duty refused to cut a steak to size for the bbq, but I had to make do with the pre-cut pieces. He did not want to take a veal mince from the refrigerator and prepare it because he had no time for that. What a difference with real standard bearings!

Luxurious supermarket, lots of great products. It is a little pricey of course, but from everything we could taste, it seems worth it.

There are lots of tasting stations, which is really great! You should come in just for that if you re still hesitating.

I was checked during going out because they assumed I had stolen something. I did not do that at all and they did not find anything. Could it be because I had a turban? I will definitely not come here!

Doing your shopping is an experience here. There is plenty of choice, a lot to taste and a very expert explanation by Joachim.

The first couple of weeks after opening everything was fine, this supermarket, given the prices, clearly focuses on quality and a customer who wants to spend more money. But that is where the problem lies: now, August 2016, the quality and the range has fallen sharply, and even more so the meat, vegetables and starters that I got there were downright poor. Stay away from here is highly recommended: expensive products that absolutely do not achieve the quality that is expected.

handsome setting for a 'supermarket' where you can buy the best and finest products. why not 5 stars? we expected it to be a little bigger

Despite the fact that the case is closed at the beginning of this month (January 2019), I still like 5 stars because CRU was certainly worth it. Maybe Wijnegem was not the right location and that's why I wish them the very best at the new location at the Groenplaats in Antwerp. This top location in the center will bring the success they deserve because I rarely saw such a modern and well thought-out concept.

Total impractical opening hours. Closes at half past six on a business day, like the supermarkets from 10 years ago. Unfortunately.

Here bought for 1000eur + for Christmas (and many other visits, in Antwerp and Wijnegem; 100+ visits together). My wife was there this week, with our son; a poorly packaged = wet mozzarella falls out of her hands on the floor, can happen. She reports this herself, and is then hautain addressed that she will have to pay for it, "Mrs."; in a tone ... well. The employee almost pulls the scanner out of her hands to check this, with horror from bystanders. Because my son is there this happens; unfortunately I was not there myself ... Let us say that this was a last visit; for 3 supermarkets that together lose 30 million euros, I would think that Cru would rather keep up with its good customers. Not so? Or does Cru take his name a little too literally; coarse, bone, brut, ..?

Very fine delicatessen with the size of a small supermarket. Great selection of food and incredibly friendly and dedicated staff.

I love this place! The bakery is great; freshly baked bread, delicious pastries. Everything sold here are quality products. Very pleasant and quick shopping visits due to a very nice, roomy interior. Very friendly and helpful personnel. Never a line at the easy self-scan checkout.

What's not to love. Amazing fresh en local products! Not the cheapest though but worth the investment!

Bought a papaya for 16 euros found a bigger one in an Indian store around home for 7!!! Same taste of course

Very neat and I would say daring, very impressed by the beautiful peonies placed in a cold room. I had lunch with a slice of meat salad, the bread was divine, the tasty meat salad, the original packaging, the perfect espresso and the young man who served me just polite. CRU is in the fold of Colruyt who tends to prove that he is not only the champion of low prices but also a bold and creative group. When in Brussels?

Nice clean store! Nice atmosphere, extremely friendly people. Tasty and quality merchandise!

Last weekend they had a second visit to this store, now not only to view but also to buy something. It was quite busy last Saturday and the whole checkout system looked very disorderly, people did not know where to move, many people needed help at the self checkout which caused the staff to walk around stressed. For a store that still maintains a higher price range, at least 1 cash register with cashier is required for the necessary service. The bakery department also tempted me to take something, but the fact that everything was exposed so openly without the guidance of a store clerk had frightened me a bit. In general, there are certainly nice products for which the additional price is acceptable, but the service is not quite up to scratch.

This is ofcourse not your local supermarket where you do your daily shopping, atleast it is too expensive for me for that.

But if you want high quality food and friendly service, this is the place to go.

You feel different than the usual supermarket, more at ease with its easy layout.

Big assortment of fresh food, such as fish, meat and cheeses as well the better wines and local beers.

Valhalla for people who love tasty and artisanal products.

Caterer with super fresh products. A lot of homegrown and of course all seasonal. Delicious bread, the range of which changes regularly. Fish, meat and also prepared meals prepared on site. Be sure to visit !!!
