Update: I was originally very happy with my membership at Regus. However, I have unfortunately since become the victim of a systematic fraud which I now understand to be common among ex-Regus members.
After providing bank details for automatic monthly withdraws, this company begins to charge the accounts of tenants for services which have not been requested or used. I was informed by one of the administrators that Regus refers to this as an "automatic opt-in" which must be manually canceled by the member. The manual cancelation process is a complete mess.
I canceled my membership almost 2 months ago. I have not received any refund and continue to be charged illegally. At this point I am honestly just baffled at how an international enterprise is able to do this repeatedly without criminal repercussions.
Original post: My experience with Regus has been nothing short of excellent. Courtney was incredibly helpful and patient while I considered office options. Then, when it was time to pull the trigger, she was very responsive and made the process easy. Seriously impressive. Staci and Horace have been a dream in helping me get set up and comfortable. Very, very appreciative of the help and service in this office.

They don't usually answer the phone or return voicemails. Charged me for months after I asked to cancel and come to find out I could not login because they never set the login to give admin rights. They make it difficult to cancel and their phone system is very archaic where the phone tree doesn't route calls properly. Very disappointed with service.
