Sheridan Village is great. Kay & Linda in the rental office are very attentive and responsive, the maintenance staff are quick to correct any issues and remove snow in the winter, and the complex itself is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. For the price, you will not find a better apartment in the area, trust me, I looked. I am very pleased that I chose to live here.

I have been a resident with Tri City Rentals for 10+ years at their Country Club Manor Apartments. It is a beautifully landscaped property that is quiet and welcoming. Office management staff and maintenance staff are kind, caring, efficient, and professional in attending to the needs and concerns of residents. There are choices of lower and upper apartments with your own private entrance into your individual unit. The added amenities of a salt water pool and exercise room are available as well! I enjoy the feeling of home that this complex provides. I am happy living here and I am sure you will be too!

I ve been living here for 7 months, and last month the refrigerator died. I called the property manager at 9 am and explained what happened. They told me a new one would be brought over that day. I told then they could throw away everything in the fridge since it was spoiled except the insulin.

When I got home, the fridge was in place, all of the bottles of wine placed neatly on the top again, and all of my magnets and photos cutely rearranged. It was incredibly nice of them and this was done in record time! This complex is so kind and fast with repairs!

I've been a tenant of two of Tri City's properties over the last few years and can say with confidence that they are fantastic property managers. Online bill pay is a breeze, and I also give lots of kudos to the local offices for their attentiveness and helpful demeanor.

Great, affordable, clean, quiet apartments at Sheridan Village. All of the staff are wonderful and are very responsive to any questions or concerns. If you re looking for a nice apartment that s only minutes from downtown, but don t want to spend $1,200+ for a newer luxury apartment, Sheridan Village is a wonderful option.

Two stars because they're great at answering the phones, however it seems that no one returns phone calls. I've lived at one of their properties for two years. Anytime I call tri-city rentals directly, I've have to call back to get a response from previous inquiries. I work as nurse a and have told many patients just moving into the area to steer clear of their properties. They need more training in customer service, I can even name a few of the workers in the office by name. Also there are many properties throughout the capital region however you can not use any amenities at other properties except your own. It seems that the people working in the office have no knowledge in regard to properties or what to do if your having an issue, they only thing they do know how to say is "did you speak to your rental office?" Of course, it's safe to assume that would be anyone's first step if there was a problem. Their properties are more suitable for students, not families.

I've lived in one of these properties for a few years now. Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are pretty chill. Rental office addresses issues when they're made aware (a dryer malfunction in the laundry room, arranging time for maintenance so I can keep an eye on my pets, etc). The apartment is clean and bright. The a/c and heat are efficient. I really enjoy living here overall. I'll be sad when I move someday.

Its been a pain these days as the snow plowing in Regency park is very bad, on 14th there was no effort put by the maintenance team for removing the snow. Even the access roads were left as it is which was very painful. Some got stuck for 2 hours in the access roads. Today the 16 still the same, where the near by apartments are clean, regency work is half done. Yesterday without clearing the snow they stopped the work by 4pm and left the scene.

This was the same condition it snow last month or so, the snowing happened on Saturday and Sunday they just did nothing, and residents has to do their own ways to park the cars or take it outside.

All time very stingy in putting the ice melt pellets, may be the rent we are paying is not enough!!

Photos taken after 48 hr of snowing.

The workers are rude. They do not provide the services they promise in the lease. The property is old and in kept. Lastly, for the snow storm they did not shovel the snow at all causing us to be stuck in doors.

I've been a resident at one of Tri City Rentals communities (Sheridan Apartments) for over 20 years, one of my favorite things is once a year in the fall they put on a great Harvest Fest in the community in which I live. It's a really great way to see all my neighbors, new and old! Recently I went on vacation with my family and I had requested a new kitchen! While I was away the maintenance staff was gracious enough to completely re-do my kitchen for me, they put everything back for me and it looks so great. Its been a pleasure to live here and know that the maintenance staff and the office (Kay & Lynda) are always there for my needs!
