Trenord gives the possibility to reach many countries comfortably as well as serving many areas of Milan as a passer-by. In my opinion it is a very comfortable service.

Bad service.
It has happened to me more than once to find trains in conditions that make the journey annoying. In addition, the trains are continually delayed and you are forced to take trains that leave earlier, compared to the time that would actually be necessary if the trains were on time, for fear of arriving late or losing connections.
Station in the northern part of Milan. Small but always full. Very close to the castle and the cathedral (10 minutes on foot).
The station is small (10 tracks) but well maintained.
There are very nice shops, especially a bakery with very good products, a spizzico and a King burger.
Ticket vending machines are not keeping up with the competition abroad.
It could improve, there are often delays and inefficiencies
5 May 2018 Corsico Abbiategrasso km 17 about 1 hour with Albairate change .... if I went on foot I would arrive faster; dramatic return the train at 2.58 pm delay of ONLY 115 minutes to say shameful is a compliment, poor Italy increasingly drifting
it always looks more like a leisure center than a station, but in the end it offers intelligent and useful services
Great place to be able to move between the various countries and connect with the Malpensa airport, kind staff
Milan's main station, with 3 metropolitan lines and TreNord starting point
The service is truly shameful and poorly handled, the convoys are dirty and broken and 99% are late.
Unfortunately the service is not good. High delays and poor cleaning
Ah
I didn't understand if anyone is working in customer service
The service is not bad anymore ... I always travel and in 7 years I will arrive punctually 3 times .. the staff does not exist on board .. if you find it is rude and uncaring .. giving a star is too much ..
Always busy railway station, small Christmas nativity scene.
Inefficient customer service after three phone calls the problem is not solved and all the operators told me different things. No customer orientation
Rather efficient despite being part of the state railways group, a forty-year-old reality on the international railway scene.
The historic square with the needle and the thread .. always beautiful
Very new and very controlled, really a journey to do and try.
Scandalous .... trains always delayed or canceled and no explanation from non-existent staff
Despite being one of the best Italian railway networks, with regard to the extension and the capillarity of the stations, I believe that due to disorganization and waste of economic and human resources and little attention to the customer, who is not only a consumer, but a person who needs of transport for reasons of life, is the worst of public companies. By their own admission they have more than one hundred travel cancellations per day. Bad contact with the customer, almost no assistance, bad hygiene care. The prices are very expensive and unjustified.
Bad service, worse than a cattle car and ... well dear
Despite the appreciable attempt to increase the lines and the renovation of the stations, there are always too many inefficiencies, blockages, delays and strikes. Considering that Milan and the surrounding area should be projected towards a more "European" vision, this is not acceptable.
October 2020, you have made a re-style of the site, but the fields to click on are not displayed.
If I scroll, scroll the site in the background and not the active window. In short, arranged because it is impossible to proceed with the renewal of subscriptions.
Wake up at 6.30am and take a train that is 20 minutes late ... And not a penny of compensation. Indeed, prices are rising. Unacceptable
Almost always late, sometimes early, it is not clear how we should behave since the monthly is not cheap.
Bad organization.
Bad company.
They must thank that they have no competition on local transport in Lombardy
Certainly they are not famous for the service, so as to improve for the benefit of users, personally I have not found myself having to face monstrous delays, but some colleagues have told me several times that they have found themselves with disservices that touch the surreal. Leaving aside the quality of the service offered by Trenord, the fact remains that the Cadorna Station is one of the most modern and well-kept ones of all.
Railway hub for trenord. Intersection meter M1 and M2
The station is perfect, always clean and controlled by the police, as long as the trains are always late
Place of passage, chaotic like all stations. In front of them, Jehovah's Witnesses, various beggars, musicians, peddlers live in rotation. It is usually manned by law enforcement. Various shops nearby (mostly food and drink) help to cheat waiting for the train.
They never answer the call center for customer support ... poor Italy
Unfriendly staff, trains perennial and always overflowing. Not worth a penny.
Extremely expensive, extremely poor. What bitterness.
Bad ... with all that I pay the regional a month, I should go on strike not to pay you for a month (but we should all do it !!) ... always delays and I lose the connections ...
Even if you do the bonuses, for those like me who has an integrated it serves no purpose !!!
Gatherings at the Ferovierri station. In trains there is no sanitation. It is not enough to put sanitation signs, it must also be done. And then tickets need to always check. Once on the train of F.N without tickets nobody got on because he got off at the next one. ,,
Modern station in the center of Milan very well served by public transport. The traditional and automatic ticket office is functional. Interesting shops. Too bad there is no closed waiting room. Maybe for security reasons.
I have been taking the train to travel for years.
Especially now to work. What to say, in more than six months, the train that I take every day at the same time, arrived on time only once.
I pay the eye for the subscriptions to always arrive late.
Impeccable service as always.
Obviously I joking. I missed the train another time because the machine didn't work.
Modern structure with refreshment points and bathrooms also for the disabled. Presence of elevators to go upstairs or go down to the basement where the bathrooms are located.
I take trenord all days coming from Pavia to Bovisa, always late or canceled. Nobody realizes that it is not normal? The only place in Europe where trains are almost always late and nobody does anything. Shame
Do you really need a description? If yes, then it is enough to say that the service, in addition to being increasingly outrageously expensive, is really bad. Beginning with the stations where it freezes to get to the trains-cattle-wagons. You can travel in this way in 2017, paying certain figures ??! A real scandal!
Easy connection to the city center from wherever you are
A bit chaotic during peak hours, but the flow is fairly uniform
It improves over the years, but there is still too much inefficiency
Poor service, trains with little hygiene, non-existent checks and cancellations and delays at least once a week !!!
You delude yourself that 2020 may be a better year for Trenord, but after 3 days of commuting you realize that this year will be worse than the previous one.
I don't recommend service.
Scandalous. Legalised theft. Bought tickets for milan-malpends. Waved through ticket gates. Got on train, conductor comes round and asks why ticket isn't validated. Thinks we are stupid so shows another passengers validation. We explain no one said we do anything but board train. He rears his nonsense. We tell him to just rip up tickets, they are stamped with time of purchase, but no that would be common sense. I stead we spend 200% more on purchasing tickets again. Complain to useless ticket desk who "can't do anything" apparently.
This was nothing more than theft.
Do not use trenord, we were told by locals to use the coach transfers that also run from milan central. They were correct
Ticket machines often not working or with a faulty touchscreen. Poorly maintained square.
Unmanned stations, automatic ticket machines broken, only part of the carriages / sections is decent
Functional and clean, the Cadorna station is an excellent point of arrival and departure to the city center of Milan. The same cannot be said of the train service.
The worst public transport service I've ever used. Dirty, crowded, hot trains in summer, freezing in winter and especially ALWAYS late. It costs a blunder for the SHAME service it offers. I give a star because I can't give it zero. You suck.
Departure station Malpensa Express trains for Terminal 1 and 2, much more comfortable and probably prefer the buses that leave the Stazione Centrale.
it seemed that from here the trains always departed on time ... the last famous words!
You suck. Delayed trains up to 40min every day, every day. Controllers who give the tickets only to non-EU citizens to make us the crest of the 5 supplement. You suck.
Trains are always late, train checks are non-existent, carriages crowded to capacity, often broken and dirty.
Rail transport company born from the railway "waste" of FNM and Trenitalia.
MAIN FEATURES
Convoys are always punctual with delay. Fortunately, you can calculate in advance the delay that the train will be able to accumulate (and so you will adjust the departure time for your business appointments, school, etc.). Calculation: (Estimated arrival time - Expected departure time) x 0.40 p.e. - (8.16 - 7.46) x 0.40 = 12 minutes late (excluding delay already accumulated).
We advise you to take Trenord only if you are in good health because air conditioning or heating may not work on the trains, do not travel with Trenord if you suffer from agoraphobia, absolutely forbidden with intestinal problems and weak bladder (bathrooms do not work). The train cleans itself (therefore it is not cleaned).
Also remember that:
If it rains, the train goes slower (+10/15 minutes late);
If it snows, the train is afraid of slipping and therefore it goes slowly (+15/30 minutes or it is canceled which is easier (RFI that manages the network does not circulate trains of other companies);
If there is someone on the tracks, as a precaution, circulation in both directions slows down within a radius of 25/30 km (+15/30 minutes of delay or cancellation);
If there is someone who vomits, there is the obligatory stop of the train at the nearest station waiting for medical services; the vomitino weighs on average 40/45 minutes late, time you can devote to shopping on the supermarket sponsored by Trenord (but they don't sell sigh doctors!);
If there is a strike: if it is called by the ORSA, stay home; if of other acronyms, guaranteed trains may also skip; or stay home!
The length of the convoys is like a pea: sometimes they are long, sometimes they are shorter. Sometimes they come long, sometimes they come short (even on the dock). As much as you can think of placing yourself in front of the opening of the doors, this will certainly be denied, always, with each convoy;
Trains are on average dumb: if you want to know which station you are about to arrive at (because you are distracted) ask a few passengers or look out the window (unless they are completely painted by phantom "writers").
Delays appearing on station displays are always rounded down to 5 minutes. P.E. 4 minutes, are not reported, 9 minutes are reported as 5 minutes late, etc.
Yes there are delays, but eventually you get where you need to go. I travel Rescaldina Milan and I am quite satisfied. Those who live in Milan have longer travel times than mine
Poodles! They leave the machines without the coin to steal a few cents from the tourist! Shame! Only in Italy! Always pass the controllers and two at a time as horses run down while the controller is up. I'm starting to become racist!
Train that I do not always take or that I go to Varese or Milan
I travel every week on Trenord trains, mainly at off-peak times. On a journey of about 20 minutes, at least half of the times I arrived with 3-5 minutes of delay, which seem few, but they are about 15/25 per cent of the expected time. None of the trains that take usually has the air conditioning. The stops along the line are not announced and there are no information panels indicating the stations.
Ticket control is very sporadic, and many of the ticket validators remain out of order for months without anyone repairing them.
Terrible experience every time. Dirty trains, without w.c. in each wagon. Worse than animal transport. Always late and expensive regarding the high speed offer.
