A really friendly staff. You can lose yourself in those endless shelves of books for hours. A very neat and organized store despite its compact size.

LOVE this bookstore. The staff is so friendly and eager to help find what you are looking for. Or, if you have a fee extra minutes, they ll chat you up about good reads. Do you books like I do? Come here and be happy!!
Lady was very nice, several of the "used books" were prices higher than the MLP...not cool.
Great little bookstore with tons of choices. We love going in here from time to time.
Lovely bookstore with a wide selection run by caring, passionate, and knowledgeable book lovers -- A MUST VISIT if you're in need of a good read, and an ideal place to find gifts for fellow book lovers :)
Peaceful and well-cared for books. Will certainly come again
Super great store! All the books you could ever want as well as a super homey feel and awesome staff!
Legendary place. Sweet Beats collection, nice poetry section and amazing independent zines. Cool place to grab a random book, sit down and read.
Great little bookstore with a very nice collection of vintage scifi books. It's a bit of a drive from my house but I'll definitely be returning.
One of the few remaining small bookstores selling high quality used and new books. They have an excellent selection of books across a wide variety of subjects including a large number of classics.
I thought "What a wonderful discovery I have made" finding a book store that has such a warm and loving personality. The owner, Tish, presents you with a kind of magical exposure to the often exciting world of imagery in print to stimulate your imagination. Each book accepted for resale at her store is lovingly cleaned and placed in a manner which leaves one thinking that these books are beckoning you to pick up them up and enrich your life. And I always leave feeling that I must return to find another joy. If I do not find something I know that the owner will warm my heart with good will and surely the next visit another treasure will be found.
The ambiance is comfortable & cozy. Almost always find something I want. The owner is a gem. One of the hidden treasures of the South Bay.
Sandpiper Books is my number one resource for all my book purchases. If they don't have it, they'll get it for you. Love their suggestions and inspiration, love their personal service, love the people!
I love this bookstore and it is my pleasure to work and shop here!
Workers were friendly, don't be intimidated to ask questions if you have any, the used books selection are reasonable prices. I would rather come here to support the local businesses compared to the big chains, I will be back for more books!
Sandpiper Books is a neighborhood gem! It's locally owned and has a great selection books with nice displays to fuel your browsing needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. My favorite thing to do is grab a tea from the cafe and sit out front and people watch. Great place to bump into neighbors.
One of the best bookstores I've ever been too. They have a great selection of books I love.
Wonderful independent bookstore. Lovely selection and helpful staff. Great selection of new and used books
Large variety of hardbound books. Very few paperbacks.
I tried buying a book but the lady wouldnt ket me because she had a 10$ minimum. Extremely irritating because no ine else has the book and I didnt have cash nor did I want to buy more books. Im never shopping here.
Great Selection, amazing prices, plenty of parking. This place is close to my house and I visit it frequently. I have been going here almost two years now and stop by often to see if they have any new good reads. Would recommend!!
Overall a good experience. If you love books you will love hanging around here!
Nice store but I would be happier if they price all the books before they shelved them. A good number I was interested in were not. People were nice
