Kevin, Amy, and Beth were AWESOME to work with. My realtor referred me to them when the original lender I was going to use went MIA and they jumped in and were super communicative, responsive, and helpful in the overwhelming experience of buying a home for the first time. Even though we were on a tight close timeline, they were able to help me close 6 days early! Great customer service and would highly recommend Kevin P & Team!

I was lucky enough to find Mike Marsman at Treadstone when I began the process of buying my first home. I didn't have a clue about the process and asked him a million and one questions and he always took the time to explain everything to me. I appreciated the fact that he was patient and understanding that this was my first time and that I was learning along the way. He was available most nights past 5PM and sometime would call me as late as 8PM to go over any questions I might of had - which was amazing. He responded to my emails quickly and I never felt like I had to chase him down to get answers. We had an amazing experience with Treadstone!!!! Everything was so fast and painless. My husband called to get preapproved on Tuesdsay night, we got our realtor through a recommendation from Mallory on Wednesday along with our preapproval. We looked at the house we had our eye on on Friday, put in the offer that night and it got accepted the next morning. In less than a week we had been preapproved and got a house. Amazing experience! I switched to Treadstone from my everyday bank. It turned out to be a great decision! My bank was very vague and the responses were days apart regarding the mortgage. Words cannot express how awesome Neil Siebert was when we came to Treadstone to get a second loan from your company for our new home in Saginaw Michigan we closed on this home on July 26 and previously we closed on a condo up in Manistee Michigan in June also using Treadstone as our lending institution and Neil again after the first time we bought the condo in Manistee Michigan and again he did a phenomenal job then, and when we asked him for the second loan in July for our new residence in Saginaw Michigan he again excelled in getting us through the process in a timely manner.

Edit: Unfortunately we were originally told that they never sell loans(service transfers) however our loan has been sold to LoanCare, LLC.
