I would not have been able to purchase my home had it not been for Lauren Winters, she put on my approval letter request for concessions and the sellers were willing to help me with it. The last time I tried to purchase a home it just didn't work out for various reasons with closing cost being the main reason but Lauren was fighting on my behalf from day one. Ashley Wigent was also very supportive through out the entire process and I can't thank her and Lauren enough and as a matter of fact every one I met at the mortgage company were so nice; every time I went in to bring my paper work to my loan agent I was always greeted with excellent customer service and priority. Buying a house can be very stressful and it helps to work with people who are compassionate about what they do and when I think about my entire home buying transaction between Treadstone and Polaris real estate it brings tears to my eyes because I know I was bless to meet and work with such great people. I'm so thankful for the referrals I received to give Treadstone a try because I had never heard about Treadstone; I was referred by two different realtors I met at 2 separate open houses and my co worker and they all said such great things that I said to myself I certainly want to give this mortgage company a try the next time I attempt to buy a house and I'm so glad I did.
