We are very happy to stay at the Belek Beach Hotel...
We are very happy to stay at the Belek Beach Hotel. We spent there 7 great days full of fun and relaxation. The hotel is located about 7 km behind Belek in the tourist town of Bogazkent. Transfer to Antalya about 40 min. The hotel is a large object but getting around it after a few tips of operation is easy. Service from reception to kitchen and room service without reservations. What can be felt is the language barrier mainly noticeable in conversations with bartenders and waiters - English for them often does not even exist - in Russian you can get along :) The hotel offers so-called ultra all inclusive and it really is such a standard. Rooms clean and spacious, air conditioning works efficiently. Bathroom with tub and shower curtain. Daily room service and a mini bar supplemented with cold drinks included in the price. A safe is available in the rooms at no extra charge. Each room has a fairly large balcony. I recommend rooms in the first part of the hotel - the closest to the sea and the active-swimming pool part of the hotel. Dining at a high level, lots of tasty. There are also fish days with seafood or a Turkish day when the emphasis is on delicacies from Turkey. a few bars in the restaurant - salad, with cold drinks, ice cream, Turkish Gozleme or Pida. Refrigerators with mineral water on site. At the SPA you can pick up beach towels at no charge. The hotel has a huge amount of places in the lobby and at the bars where you can easily talk or wait for the transfer to the airport. The beach is in the immediate vicinity of the hotel - numerous sunbeds but just like in the pools it has become a tradition here that they are reserved around 7am. The beach is pebble and sandy, a small pier with sunbeds. There is no possibility of aging at the very edge maybe because this area is protected due to Caretta Caretta turtle eggs laid there :) - specially marked places. Large and clean pools. 3 slides, paddling pool for kids, Jacuzzis in the main pool, waterpolo gates, next to darts, beach volleyball, roundabouts for kids in the evenings. Swimming pool depth max. it's probably 150 cm. Numerous activities in clothing from fitness, water polo or various games organized by a great team of animators - they speak fluently in many languages. Every day around 21:00 a fantastic evening show is organized in the amphitheater - dances, acrobatics and music - in a word chad !!!!. At 22:00 a disco with a DJ in the hotel gardens, and one evening there is a disco in the pool, with fireworks and foam cannons :). At a distance of 200 m shopping center with countless clothes and souvenirs, Turkish sweets. Turks in shops prefer payments in euros or dollars, they should even bargain :) The hotel also has a store - not rarely lower prices than in a shopping center in the city.Attraction for sightseeing in the surrounding area - to Belek the bus leaves the main station every 20 minutes Bogazkent - price of 4-5 Turkish Liras. The same bus to Antalya (journey 70 minutes) - price: 11 Turkish Liras. To Side 3 buses - to Serik, to Magnavat and to Side - about 50 minutes travel. As for TAXI, they are yellow and easy to see. Transport from Antalya station where the Bogazkent bush reaches the Antalya Oceanarium in 30-35 Turkish Liras. Personally, after seeing what is happening on those roads I strongly advise against renting a car and navigating it in Turkey. Traffic rules do not even exist there, drivers do not use turn signals, they notoriously trumpet, ride on the bumper and fast. In public transport there is virtually no information in English or German.
I highly recommend Belek Beach Hotel for a family holiday.
