I have done freelance work for this company for over a year. They are a great company to do business with very professional.

This is a great company to work for! I recommend them highly.

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! its horrible, they go through employees like crazy. they dont care about there employees and the management are POS!. starts off at $9.00/hr and the work doesn't equal to the pay. and its only time and a half for overtime not even on Sundays is it double time. there are snitches and double standard BS that will either drive you away or end up getting you fired. the people are stupid and and the workplace is very unmotivated.

They offer great benefits packages if its just you and plenty of hours are always able to be worked. Trainers are super friendly and the jobs are pretty easy if you don't mind the repetitive nature of the job. The fans make it much more tolerable in the summer as well and its much cleaner and quieter than most factories.

During my short time at Transnav, I received several praises and positive reviews and even received an 11% raise but was let go on a days notice so I would not rate TransNav high in long-term stability.

TransNav is a great place to work! The atmosphere is clean, professional and friendly. Management is very supportive. The layout of the office promotes teamwork and is an environment in which there is ample opportunity to learn from others. I truly enjoy working here.

A great place to work! Many people have worked at this company for a substantial number of years. There is a substantial number of people whom have worked 25, 20 & 15 years. Many of them began as entry level positions & are now key managers. The company has grown from a home grown business to a major player in their industry, with facilities & partnerships around the world. Myself, I have worked at this company 29 years & remain excited about the continued growth & support given to the employees by ownership & management.

I have recently started working here and am very pleased thus far with everything that I have seen. I am especially grateful that Molly Rosneck (HR Recruiter) was willing to hire an individual with "special circumstances" such as myself. I had no manufacturing experience prior to working here and it has been very good so far. The training I have received from the Trainers here has been excellent. They are patient and supportive and really have made me and the other trainees feel welcomed and counted as part of the team. They have a pre-shift informational rally at the beginning of every shift and our particular leader (CJ) frankly could inspire a corpse! She excels at inspiring solidarity and is a talented leader on third shift. The various departments that I can comment on (that I have had contact with) all have been super. The direct deposit and tax info packet all was processed efficiently with no errors or headaches, the hiring wage was very competitive to the area for sure and overall the first portion of my employment has been as good as one could hope for. The safety protocols are especially sharp here at this particular plant and leads to a safe and productive work environment. For any potential employee I will say that in my humble opinion this is a place that pretty much anyone would be pleased to work at. There is the availability of overtime which is nice for someone like me who needs money desperately! You must be able to stand for lengthy periods of time which for me is not a problem but may be a consideration for you. There is adequate break periods and a half hour lunch period as well. The break area and bathrooms are satisfactory and there is a local bus stop for anyone who may have public transportation needs. Overall a sterling review from a guy (me) who is somewhat stingy with such ratings. I will update accordingly and fairly. For privacy concerns as they relate to my work I have altered my name. I do not want any credit for a good review or blame for a poor one. Also of note, Jeff in operations (Boss), and Mitch have also been especially helpful in acclimating us new trainees to the company. TransNav gave me an opportunity to work during my college experience. The management was great and the people were really nice and helpful! I hope to have a chance to work there again next summer.
