This is the worse credit collection in the world. They reported my balance I owe twice to the credit bureau even after I started to make payments. Who does that? I paid all my balances in full if you don t they will keep reporting. So, I m about to get a letter of deletion calling first thing in the morning.
Felicia was very helpful in providing me with charges I never received from Lafayette General. LGH has a quick turnaround in referring charges to collections. I paid 2 of the 3 charges and they were removed from the bureaus as promised. I am in the process of settling the 3rd and will write another post if I am satisfied with the settlement. Regarding the 3rd collection, I spoke with Lafayette General Business Office and they no longer own the account as it was purchased by TF. They didn't about what business/settlement was made between myself and TF. They were placing blame where it shouldn't have. TF would rather not get a partial payment then none at all which is okay with me. The account is now in bankruptcy. TransFinancial associates are liars. Pam asserted that they would rather not receive any sort of payment on the account. Doesn't matter to me.

I called regarding an account that was sent to collections without my knowledge of any debt, and the women were extremely rude and condescending. They also refused to give me a timeframe as to when I needed to get it taken care of to prevent it from going to my credit and instead pushed it off on the original company. Absolutely worthless.
My great uncle wrote me a check for $50. With the money he gave me, I can end world hunger. But I spent it here so I could realize that I was indeed trans financial That means i am a rich man born in a poor mans body. Now with $0 left I am confident that now I know soon I will be rolling in the dough. Yes I see people are getting ripped off, but come on, how else am I supposed to make money. 8/8 would r8 again m8.
Your company continues to haunt my credit for a bill that has been paid in full.As a credit debt agency you should do your research before doing your best to ruin someone's credit.
Horrible company that works for a horrible racket in Baton Rouge General. I tried to call and make resolution to a past due debt from a medical emergency. I received the worst customer service. I offered numerous times to make a settlement and got yelled at! The agent Brandy interrupted and would not work with me at all. She escalated her voice was was completely unprofessional.
Baton Rouge General is the worst medical facility that I have ever dealt with. I am only thankful that I no longer reside in Baton Rouge and don t have to deal with them any more. If I get sick I m Baton Rouge I d rather they let me die than have to go through this horrible experience again.
I had an old medical bill that I was not aware of (due to moving several times in 3 years). When it appeared on my credit report, I called Transfinancial in Baton Rouge. I spoke with Sara, she was kind and respectful with me in the phone. She gave me the details of the bill that was placed for collection. I was able to pay the bill over the phone, she promised I would have 2 letters emailed to me within 2 days showing that the collection was paid and a letter showing it would be deleted from my credit report. She told me it would take 30-45 days to come off my report. She made good on her promises....I had the emailed letters in 2 days and in only 2 weeks this collection was removed from my credit report. I could not be happier!
