Felicia was very helpful in providing me with charges I never received from Lafayette General. LGH has a quick turnaround in referring charges to collections. I paid 2 of the 3 charges and they were removed from the bureaus as promised. I am in the process of settling the 3rd and will write another post if I am satisfied with the settlement. Regarding the 3rd collection, I spoke with Lafayette General Business Office and they no longer own the account as it was purchased by TF. They didn't about what business/settlement was made between myself and TF. They were placing blame where it shouldn't have. TF would rather not get a partial payment then none at all which is okay with me. The account is now in bankruptcy. TransFinancial associates are liars. Pam asserted that they would rather not receive any sort of payment on the account. Doesn't matter to me.
