Excellent personalized service! Very good value for money and quality of irreproachable finish!

Be cautious with this company. 3 months after installation completed problems with adjustments were needed and when contacting this company for service technician was made I was told to get a screwdriver and do the ajustements my self. This is not what I consider customer service. Caulking around ceiling where cabinets finish seperated and look cheap in final installation. Company owner says I was lucky that the caulking was installed to begin with.

After all, you be the judge and hope you are luckier than I was.

Good quality, wooden cabinet almost at the price of laminate at the competition. Everything is tailor-made and adapted. Worth going to see if you are looking for a good value.

Excellent service, excellent product quality, good follow up Isabelle Nadeau (designer / cook) with very good ideas and suggestions. Everything was done on time. All the staff we have been in touch with, measurements, production, delivery, installation, did an exemplary job! Finally a company that understands what is customer service!

Personalized plan: very good personalized service and without pressure. However, I insisted that the appliances do not exceed the depth of the cabinets and I provided the specifications of the manufacturer. This was heard for the fridge (counter depth) but not for the microwave - hood above the stove. It would have been nice to think of making the cabinets a little deeper. It would have been nice if the cook offers this possibility.

Installation: The technician was very thorough with the installation and made minor changes for everything to be compliant.

After Sales Services: Mrs. Cyr quickly followed up on a minor problem that was corrected within 2 days of my call.

In sum, the value is very good. Efforts to maintain a customer approach are to continue.

Extraordinary service. Mrs. Bruneau, the kitchen assistant, takes the time to explain and make the plan, when the official measurement took place Mr. Benin suggested small changes that have been beneficial. Sylvain the installer is a skilled craftsman who exceeds expectations.

I have a shared opinion.
I made a quote here, clearly stating that I did not want to move the plumbing already in place. Other cooks had the same specifications and I chose Armoben.

However AFTER receiving and cashing my deposit, they tell me that they can not do my cooking without moving the plumbing. Deceptive selling when to me. It cost me several hundred dollars extra unplanned to refurbish the plumbing.

I also had to re-check their plans thoroughly as there were mistakes in the kitchen measurements.

The kitchen installed afterwards is to my taste.

Conclusion, I should have canceled the contract and continue to recover my deposit for misleading.

We have completely redone our kitchen. Everything was ripped out to start fresh, changing the plumbing from one edge to the other and opening the portico, and larger windows, all in a limited space of 10x17.
Yolande Bruneau, our kitchen designer, was attentive to our needs, offered us great solutions and was very well guided in the choice of materials. Delivery and installation were respected within the established deadlines. Installation well done, cleanly and the installer very courteous. We are super satisfied with the end result.
