Little bit out dated nice overall experience far from metro stations

Really enjoyed my stay here. Clara from Reception was very friendly and accommodating. Room is very spacious and I was allocated a room with a balcony. I had a great time in Madrid.

Refined and traditional are the words I would use for this hotel. It is also very centrally located and near a Subway stop. The beds were comfortable and the service responsive. I was disappointed with their interpretation of two level upgrade as an internal room overlooking nothing special.

Great location and property, at the centre of the city. Close to the city centre around 15 mins by a taxi and has a good collection of restaurants around the location. Hospitality is good and the property is well maintained

I would give 3 1/2 stars but that s not an option so rounding up to 4 because the service is fantastic. The hotel itself is a bit outdated and feels like time has left it behind. As stated in some previous reviews the walls are very thin and you can definitely hear your neighbours (crying baby included). We had a balcony which was nice but the view was a bit underwhelming. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Nice hotel and great staff just a bit outdated.

I can say that from currently living in Las Vegas where the strip is home of countless pricey buffets, this certainly lives up to its title of "father of all brunches". Unlimited self serve food of which for the first time ever, the quality of the Seafood was incredible! The price of 72 euros also entailed unlimited drinks, including champagne and wine. This Beats the value and the quality of any Vegas buffet any day!
Combine this with 5-service and you've got a dining experience worth planning ahead for.

Pro tip: you don't need to be a guest at the hotel to enjoy this Buffet, but it can't get busy so make reservations in advance!

Love this hotel! Great service and excellent location. Visited last year during a business conference and stayed the weekend with my girlfriend, we enjoyed the stay very much (specially the Brunch)

Clara at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and the room were very spacious and comfortable with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Overall it's a good experience and highly recommended. The only thing i have to say is that at breakfast things aren't marked for allergies & couldn't find hot plates, but otherwise a superb selection of goodies.
