Horrible company that works for a horrible racket in Baton Rouge General. I tried to call and make resolution to a past due debt from a medical emergency. I received the worst customer service. I offered numerous times to make a settlement and got yelled at! The agent Brandy interrupted and would not work with me at all. She escalated her voice was was completely unprofessional.

Baton Rouge General is the worst medical facility that I have ever dealt with. I am only thankful that I no longer reside in Baton Rouge and don t have to deal with them any more. If I get sick I m Baton Rouge I d rather they let me die than have to go through this horrible experience again.
