Fantastic hotel. Staff super friendly and helpful. Spectacular views of Personas Towers. Just be mindful that the Skybar on the roof turns into a club at night and sound travels.

The Saturday Seafood buffet dinner is totally not worth the money, the seafood is not fresh at all.

If compare with your sister hotel Kuala Lumpur Shang-ri La hotel, the lounge environment and food quality is at the first class experience.

Need to improve the food quality.

But the dinner Steak is awesome quality and taste great, kudos to Chief Mun.

I did not enjoy the service at the Skybar. The staff ignored me and no one came to take my order until I left. I was in the bar for at least 15 minutes and the waiters served the people next to me but did not serve me.

The check in staff, breakfast staff and concierge staff were amazing and very helpful. It's a beautiful hotel centrally located.

The Hotel is not in the 5-star standard. The service provided is really disappointing: hotel can't order even a simple taxi. Grab exists in other Asian countries too. But still, the hotel orders a normal Taxi for the guests. There is no tourist information corner to help you plan your stay.
The health club had no shower or a changing room. There was one door named changing room, but locked all the time!

The most positive thing is the sleeping quality of the bed. It's perfect.

The hot water supply was interrupted when I intended to take a hot bath during my stay, other than this overall was good.

The customer staff smiled. The service was professional. The rooms were very clean.

Chose this hotel for my short stay in KL, for the standard of accommodation, facilities, location and price. I was impressed from the moment i arrived, it's a very smart, efficient and well managed hotel. I booked the hotel car transfer from KLIA and was driven in a E class Mercedes, very professional driver who provided me with a cold towel and water for the 1 hour journey and very welcome after a long international flight.
Greeted on arrival, bags taken and you proceed in the lift to the 5th floor for check in. Very good customer service from reception staff and the check in process was quick and efficient. Bags arrived within a minute of me getting to my room.
I booked a deluxe room for my stay, room was large and light with a city view, huge King bed, separate bath and shower, (very powerful railhead shower is excellent), essential toiletries provided and plenty of storage for clothes etc. The room was spotlessly clean too.
I visited the Skybar which is impressive with its views of the Petronus Towers and surrounding city. Good service, great drinks, good atmosphere and music by the DJ. I ate dinner in the restaurant on the 6th floor, Gobo Upstairs, very high standard of service and food, extensive choice too. Breakfast was buffet type with a wide range of options to suit all tastes and again the food offered is very good.
Location was great, turn left out of the hotel and you find the park and the looming Petronus Towers on the far side. Getting around was easy, I tended to walk to places I wanted to go, Chinatown for example takes about 30 minutes, but taxis are plentiful and relatively inexpensive. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Everything was great till the second last day where we waited for 30min for the buggy. Understand it was drizzling but the grand hyatt buggy came by 4 times..ours didn't. My ankle was hurting too.. wasn't happy that day

Hotel is clean with professional staffs. It's got a really nice view from the room and the skybar. The food and drinks from the bar isn't very pricey. However, due to limited seats (especially view towards KLCC) It's highly advisable to make a booking in advance!

Fantastic stay in the shadows of the Petronas Towers. Everything about the hotel is good. Staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend Traders KL

Room is very spacious. Complete with nice view of the park and Petronas Twin Tower. Downside is it is quite far to find a convenience store nearby. Hotel provide free Buggy car service to KLCC though.

This is an awesome hotel, has an awesome view of Petronas towers from the room (need to ask for the room with Petronas towers, little expensive than the regular room but totally worth it). Amazing breakfast spread. Rooms are decent. The room we have stayed was very spacious. Overall an awesome place to stay.

Welcome at reception Desk was quick and efficient, yet courteous and warm. The room was clear, spacious and well kept, although the picture frame was rather ugly.
The breakfast at the Club on 32th floor was enjoyable and again, the service was very much OK.
All in all, my short stay at the Traders KL was a flawless, high five experience. Just what you expect to rest and reload batteries in an otherwise straining business trip. Please keep it this way.

Great for jogging lover as is just beside KLCC park.

Everything was fantastic...except I had no hot water in the morning so can't give 5*.
Sky Bar is worth a visit even if you're not staying in the hotel.
Make sure you go through a second barrier in the car park to the specific Traders parking area.
All photos are either view from the Sky Bar or from my room (it's worth choosing a room with view of the towers in my opinion).

I went up the Sky bar...it was a decent place with awesome views of Petronas.

Great location for exploring the city.
We stayed in a Towers View room on the 19th floor and was very happy. The room was big and clean, with a HUGE bed and an amazing view of the twin towers. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. The food was good with lots and lots and lots of choice at breakfast.
The only only downside was the rooftop pool. It is not air conditioned and feels very hot and stuffy. It s not particularly enjoyable and we couldn t bare the heat and humidity of the roof top. It s not open air - rather open window with no air con.
However, as a base to explore an exciting city it ticked all out boxes.

Got the smoking floor really easy to go out for a smoke

Excellent location.. bang opposite Petronas Towers, very convenient to all major attractions and eating places. The access to KLCC park is an added advantage. Free buggy service to the Suria Mall / Petronas towers is a welcome service. Staff very courteous and friendly. Typical Shangri-la family culture!

Terribly slow service, long waits with staff standing around joking, eventually order a chicken sandwich and got week old hard bread that nearly broke a tooth. On asking for another sandwich I was brought the bill. Horrendous service food and customer service. A shame because it's a pretty venue

The Traders Hotel was an excellent choice. The beds and rooms are very luxurious and comfortable. I cannot say enough about the staff - their friendliness and courtesy are unmatched. A wonderful experience for our first visit to Kuala Lumpur.

Seated at a bad place near the entrance of gobo chit chat. 15 pax of us and they separated us into two tables that should only sit 6 pax each but arranged to sit for 8 pax in a cramped manner. Even then cutlery is not made available for 8 pax. Tables are not neatly arranged and the gap from each table made it hazardous to put any plates on it.

I stayed at Traders Hotels KL for 2 nights and am very impressed with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Great people, excellent comfort and cleanliness in the room, great view of the Twin Towers, fast internet connection and good connectivity via public transport.

Only few things that could improve may be to upgrade the TVs in the rooms as it is quite dated.

The best hotels are absolutely viewable on Twin Towers. The room is good and the service is good. Staff are friendly. There is a vehicle that takes you to and from the mall free of charge KLCC until 10 o'clock. Rate of accommodation is RO 45 per night. I strongly recommend it.

5-star for the view and evening canapes&drinks at club lounge. And that's about it.

Visiting once is enough if they don't do anything else to improve the service. The staff and service was okay but it was kind of annoying when staff didn't try to remember you especially at the club lounge. They kept asking for our room number every single time we were there!

Swimming pool looks nice only in the photo. They don't have rooftop bar so they just use space around the pool instead. Any guests can come to enjoy the view. It's nice but make me think twice to book this hotel again next time. I can stay in other nicer properties and come here to take a sip have couple drinks to enjoy the view instead.

Dated room. Amenities were too simply in my opinion. Breakfast was nice but I have much better experience at Hilton KL sentral though. No capsule coffee even when you stay in corner club room!?! So I felt terrible not to listen to my Malaysian friend and chose to stay here. So once is enough for me!

Excellent hotel, with a capital letter. Location wins any other - this is the center. Service, responsiveness, comfort for five. Wifi is free everywhere, the rooms are huge, the iron and board are already in the room. There is a safe and bar)))

Nice hotel. If you want to feel the majesty, book the room that on the Twin Towers view. It s beautiful at day and night. At the check in, ask them to put you as high as possible. We stayed at the 26th floor. It s amazing, clean, quite and romantic.

For Arabic speakers:
Wonderful hotel. Close to everything. From Arab Street (15 minutes walk safely) opposite a mosque (5 minutes walk) KLCC Park downtown, either the hotel directly. Suriya Complex and the Twin Tower are also opposite it (10 minutes and will be inside the complex) and you can go to the complex through a private, air-conditioned pedestrian tunnel from under the ground. I highly recommend living in the rooms opposite the Twin Tower because the view is wonderful day and night.

The food are very delicious in hotel and also bazaar nearby the hotel. The staff give the perfect service. I came with my husband for celebrate our 2nd year wedding anniversary. Stay for 4 days. My husband feel happy with the preparation for celebrate and enjoy the meal there...we sure will come again.

Great value for your money. Book a room with lounge access. Perfect view to the Twin Towers from your bed in 31st floor. The view from Sky Bar is unrivaled.

Very nice 4-star hotel. It has a great location adjacent to the convention center, and right across from a lovely park. Accommodations are comfortable, security tight, and rooms spacious. Great place for business because of the location as well. Numerous restaurant options and lots of shopping within walking distance.

Hotel was recommended by a colleague who stays at the hotel often. Very well located. Excellent helpful staff. We upgraded to the towers view room on the advice of the receptionist, at extra cost, but we were not disappointed.

If your destination is Kuala Lumpur, you must, due to the obligation to go to the Traders.

My favourite place in the world! I've stayed here 4 times and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in KL, book a twin towers view room and you won't be disappointed. On the 34th floor you'll find the SkyBar, a unique bar with full size swimming pool overlooking the Petronas Twin Towers. I simply cannot fault this hotel, from check in to check out it's simply amazing.

A good view of the Kuala Lumpur landmark, the Twin Towers. I used a promotion using the lounge, but I don't have to go to a coffee shop. Bread and light snacks in the lounge. Complimentary coffee drinks. Enjoy free beer and wine until 5_7 pm

It is good because it is close to twin buildings. It was good to see the night view from the room.

no convenient store in walking range. the room a bit old and the complementary amenities and snacks (coffee/bite food) is not on par with the rest of same price hotel.

Overall is good. Except the pool is not family friendly. It's in the middle of a bar. It's quite awkward to swim with all the people watching. But the view from the bar lounge was awesome.

the ventilation of the restaurant are too bad.
please improve it to let us have a good ambient and the smoke do not
adsorb on us. this is embarrassed to have smell on us.
