Very satisfied with my experience. Very low pressure, friendly atmosphere,. Nick and Aaron are an excellent pair to have working at this dealership. Very engaging and they have personality which is everything in their business. Been buying cars since 1984 and this was my best experience ever. Ownership needs to keep these guys at all costs. My review is for the service department. I purchased my 2017 Nissan Murano two years ago. I live in Sacramento and yes I will drive to Tracy Nissan to get my car serviced. I like that they are honest and take time to throughly explain the service being done. Big shout out to Richard and his team.
I had a good experience however was a bit confused as to the check in process. I would like to know if the service tech greets outside or if I am to park and come in as I had this time x3. I also had to move my car each time so I didn t lose my place in line.
An employee saw us looking for cars, came along to ask if we needed help, but he didn't really had much to offer, it was acworth and uncomfortable.
This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had in my life. All parties involved were honest and it was a stress free experience. I felt no pressure, just a helping hand in what would be the best deal for me.

I ve taken my 2016 Nissan here to get serviced and any other maintenance i needed done. They are super nice and have great customer service. They are very thorough when examining your vehicle when it comes in. I just got a Mass air flow sensor replaced due to a check engine light that came on and my car is running better than ever. I ve had it for 6 years now and would highly recommend coming to Tracy Nissan for any future service.

I called to make an appointment and the service manager who answered my call took care of all my questions and booked my appointment. At the day of my appointment, the staff greeted me and made sure I had no questions unanswered. My vehicle was done in a timely manner, and was promptly given a call to let me know it was done. I also had to purchase some wiper blades at parts, and parts staff was very helpful and thankfully had my wipers in stock for my older year and model of nissan. As always, Rich and his service team provided me with top notch service. Even with the COVID-19 pandemic, they went above and beyond with disinfecting my keys before returning them to me, practiced social distancing, had 6-feet markers, and hand sanitizers at every corner. Overall the best customer service at Tracy Nissan. I purchased my car 2 years ago and Nick offered great customer service and a smooth sales transaction as well as Alonzo who offered great customer service in servicing my car. Definitely a place you don't have to worry about being ripped off.

Recently visited Tracy Nissan for the first time for an oil change. At check-in, Service Tech assisting me alerted me of an airbag re-call that needed attention and was able to squeeze it in for repair with no additional wait time. Great customer service! I will definitely be back!!

Rich in Service is a real stand up guy and had our best interest at heart. They found the issue right away and even offered to fix it in sort of an unconventional way. Bottom line is that it makes you really feel like you can trust the whole service department, which is rare these days.
First, Nick, and then, Robert, were very helpful. Everything they said was spot on and not changed a bit. They were very informative and thorough.
They both were very busy as you would expect and continued to check in frequently.

Started working with Oscar last week, good man to work with, worked out most of the details by email. No pressure what so ever. The car was finished in 45 minutes. They took the time to all review the brakes to make sure they were okay. Very detailed information about the brake pad depth and how much longer they would last.

Very happy with the service department at Tracy Nissan. I have the service plan on my 2021 Titan and have had my truck serviced 2x so far with an appointment made both times. One for an oil change and the other for a check engine light that popped up a few times. The oil change was pretty quick as they quoted and the other was for a faulty throttle body. They were able to source the part needed overnight and I had my truck back the next day all covered under warranty. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I didn't purchase my truck from them, but this will be my service dealership for sure.
While my service experiences for the most part have been positive, of late it is impossible to get an appointment even for an oil change. Forcing me to look to other dealers to be able to get my freaking oil changed. Two weeks out??? You have to be kidding me! This is the second time I have tried to get an appointment on a Tuesday or Wednesday for a Saturday appointment and have been told two weeks. Will take my business elsewhere.
Father bought a car part but was ordered a wrong one. He requested a refund which he was duly granted. However, he was told he would be receiving a check in the mail even though he paid by cash.
He made this request on 28th of june and as to this date 21 of july he has not received his check.
He and I have called the dealership every week and each week we are told "it has just been sent that monday."
After the second week it has become obvious that they are lying.
Today we went in (making an HOUR long drive) and demanded proof of said refund. We only got a copy of the checked they made on July 15. 16 day AFTER the requested refund.
We do not know if they have mailed it yet since the secretary mysteriously left.
The old guy working the shop is the one who lied to us but later apologized and admitted to lying but not knowing why.
As of today we were told it was sent on Monday 18 of July.
I will be waiting until next monday since no piece of mail takes over a week to arrive.
Nick and Tex went above and beyond to make our experience a good one. I hate car shopping, they were not pushy showed me all different payment options and even told me on prior lease what I did not need and what I can cancel. Great Team to work with

I went to Tracy Nissan to see if they could look at a problem with my Murano. I did not have an appointment but they took me in immediately. They identified the problem, provided me an estimate, and with my authorization fixed the problem and had me on my way less than an hour and a half after my arrival. What great service!

I have been getting great service from Tracy Nissan from the first day I stepped into there service showroom. They serviced my 2017 Nissan for three years until I traded it in for my 2020 Maxima. I ve purchased two new 2020 vehicles in three months based on their excellent Customer Service. I highly recommend Tracy Nissan.
I brought in my 2012 Nissan versa to Tracy Nissan for AC problem, not blowing cold air. They recharged it with Freon because they said it was empty. They found no leaks. Worked fine for a week, but returned today because it wasn't blowing cold air again. They looked at it again since I was there before. Told them the problem and now they say they found small leak in condenser. My initial response was why was it not detected the first time I came in? Richard said it needed the system time to repressorize and yet they had the car for over 3 1/2 hrs the first time I brought it in. Now the car just runs warm air out like before....geez did they drain all the Freon they put in the first time. The repair to replace condenser with the small leak would cost over $600. I brought the car in to actually be repaired the first time bringing it in and now it is even worse. My regular shop is Stockton Nissan, but they were not taking repair service yet then. This dealer is crooked and only good for regular maintenance. What an unpleasant experience and they robbed me from my initial service I paid for by draining out all the Freon in the car. I do not recommend service repairs for your car unless under warranty. Learned from experience!

Terrific experience. Definitely worth the 1hr.+ drive. I was treated with utmost respect by Cisco and his staff. He s very knowledgeable and accommodating. I happen to have very high expectations when I visit a car dealership, and they are one of a few that have met them. I wish they were closer so that I may take it there for my service needs. I haven t ruled it out though because they have a beautiful building, a nice waiting area, and everyone there is marvelous!
I was in about a month ago to purchase a vehicle. Everyone was great, trade in was easy and I left a happy customer. Unfortunately my car was totalled a month later, did its job and kept me safe. I came back to Tracy Nissan and once again Everyone has been super helpful and made a crappie situation so much better. Would definitely return when kids need a safe car to drive.
This was my first time at the Tracy location since they shut down Stockton. I was hesitant to even go since it was so far. I thought about using a different local company altogether but was really glad I gave Tracy Nissan a chance. The service was fast and the staff was so nice. I needed an oil change, tire rotation and some kind of stinky plastic smell was happening. They took care of it all and quickly. I will definitely return.
Horrible customer service in the service department!
Took me Nissan Rogue SL in because I accidentally drove up on a curb and it pulled the under shield nearly off. When I arrived the service department sent one off their mechanics out to look at and fixed it. I was there less than 30 minutes and at no charge. Great dealership.
Salesman Alex was awesome and made it happen and paid attention to detail. The wait wasn t long at all I was surprised with how quickly everything was done.

Yesterday, my Nissan Rogue literally died on me leaving me stranded on the freeway and needed to be towed into to Tracy Nissan. Happening on a Sunday, the Service Department was closed so a second trip was made this morning. The Service Advisor I spoke to was pleasant and professional and said he would try and work my car into their busy schedule today. I ve always done business with and have purchased multiple cars from Tracy Nissan and their sales and service departments have always provided me with excellent service. I will follow up on this later as this situation develops.
Oh MAN! I came here from Tracy Chevrolet across the street (which were a JOKE by the way, totally unprofessional, rude an dishonest) and I could not believe the experience I had here. I didn't even get a chance to get out of the car when I was greeted by a friendly, energetic Glenn. I told him flat out that I wasn't looking to test drive yet, I wanted to make sure I qualified for something decent and he was open to that. He didn't try to force anything on me and he was very easy going. We started the process and he worked his butt off to find something I was comfortable with. We tried it all and finally it worked. In the meantime he brought a coloring book and a really cute mask for my six year old daughter to play with while we waited. A great touch, and he was really sweet to her. We chatted while everything was being taken care of and like I said, he was able to qualify me for the 2015 Nissan Sentra. I wasn't sure about this choice at first but once I saw it and test drove it, it is a great option! I'm not really big on the bells and whistles, so it works best for me and it is a beautiful car. The process was painless, even if it was lengthy (not their fault, definitely my fault). Glenn is extremely easy to talk to and work with, he's honest and professional. I'm in sales myself and I have never met a sales person as amazing as Glenn is. To be honest, I even mentally jotted down some notes. Even my father, who is picky and really big on being treated well because his pride is ALIVE AND WELL, loved Glenn. He said, and I quote, "In all the years I've worked with sales people, buying houses, cars, etc...I've never met anyone as great as you are and that's the truth". I'm really happy about my purchase, and he even contacted me the very next day to see how I was doing and how the car was treating me. If that isn't phenomenal customer service, I have no idea what is!
