Unpresentable and scoundrels.
Total lack of professionalism.
It has some star over there for someone who has been happy with the work that they "have achieved" but the service they provide is very painful but PENOUS
At least those of Bilbao that are useless (some)
You go there by appointment at 8:30 waiting in front of the office, thankfully there is a bench to sit in front.
The first employee arrives at 8:40, then at 8:48, another boy, at 9 another girl and the last one enters at 9:12 as the club ...
I enter behind the boy at 8:50
They invite you to sit while they count their sorrows and drink coffee.
It's already 9: 05 and still not attending to me.
The aunt arrives, puts a test on my computer and from there I have to manage because they tell me that they just created the platform and it's not going well.
I continue with the test and after half an hour the aunt comes to me and tells me that I have not finished the test, that I have more than half left. Because while I was waiting for her to correct the test, they were talking about food recipes and personal problems of each.
I also sent documentation a day before to advance, expedite the paperwork
Then I take and leave without work or anything.
This country goes to my ... and some support it, charging for my work.
I do not recommend anyone to go through these non-professionals.
On Monday I will contact those responsible for the Bilbao office and then report to the OCU.
It's what they deserve so we don't tease each other again and again

Great treatment and great professionalism. They are a small company that cares about the well-being of its workers.
