At first they gave me a lot of benefits of going with them such as success rate and that they take less than what I have been told by local people. Turned out I could never be told the name of an actual attorney then a few weeks before my hearing I finally got a name and told I would get to speak with him/her but never did then the night before I get a call from an old man that said the attorney I was assigned to could not make it so he was on his way from TX. We spoke 15 minutes before the hearing, during the hearing he had my story all mixed up and I was not going to be accused of a wrong story so I had to clear things up and then when they said they were going to take care of debt collectors they never did. Finally, after it all was said and done, they did come back and wanted extra money after stating they only could collect so much per government laws. After I got my settlement the substitute lawyer sent me a bill plus the attorney that never showed up or even called me billed me. Neither should have gotten a dime because I had to do the work myself at the hearing because they sent a guy who was too old and could not hear to do the job and they lied about costs. I learned if I would have gone local I would have gotten through faster and paid the same after all because these guys just didn't charge the whole charges off the government side but took advantage of hitting us once we had the money. They tried to say that was for handling the debters which they did not. Now all the numbers we have for them have been disconnected and they are not returning any calls. We will need to go to another firm to take care of what they didn't.
