On 27 June I made an appointment with you to visit us on Saturday 29 June 2019 between 1 pm and 4 pm for a wasp's nest removal. Nobody came and I had to call twice to ask if anyone would come at all. I was told that someone else was coming, he was later and they did not know where he was or how long it was going to last. It is apparently not common for you to call the waiting customer that it will be later than agreed. It was already after 6 pm and I thought it would be too late. We had waited all afternoon. If I could call me back on Monday for a new appointment ... ridiculous, didn't show up first and then I can go after it myself. We agreed that I would be called back Monday to make a new appointment. This has not happened to date (12 July 2019). We have brought in another pest control company that has their affairs in order. Disgraceful how Traas Pest Control deals with its customers. This review goes on the internet and you no longer have to call.
