I had to call several times, they didn't call back. after 4 days a man came by who was gone again within 3 minutes - incl 85 euros cash. the problem remained. and the girlfriend could not stay in her house, Traas` refused to come. we just had to wait. definitely not recommended. never call them again. and oh yes: reference on own site a week of waiting time to give them the chance to solve it. so nobody responded. apparently work enough.
