Just had some problems with my Toyota gt86 walked in and STEVE welcomed me and helped me find the parts at a good price and sorted them out under 5 minutes. He's a very funny guy also! Even tho I got bollocked for crashing my car very recommended

I visited RRG Toyota Rochdale last Saturday after seeing a car I liked online. After test driving the car it was a quick and easy process to purchase the car and the service was excellent when I went back to pick the car up. All the additions were explained and offered but it was a nice change at a sales garage to not feel pressured into buying them. Wanted a second car as a cheap little run around, called to Toyota without an appointment and was able to sit down with Adam who then talked us through all our options and what car we would like. Purchased a car the same day ! Was more than happy with my choice and extremely happy with the level of service offered by Adam, a fantastic member of staff who had then sent me 2 video updates about what was going on with my car before I got to pick it up. I loved the fact that in a time when we are unable to fully put a face to the name (due to COVID restrictions and wearing face masks) it was nice to see his friendly face in my video messages. I am now thanks to him the proud owner of a Toyota Aygo which is a pleasure to drive! Thanks again Adam !!

Pleasent welcome by debi, she took us to service area and offered us a drink, was met by another lady who took our details and car keys. Within 5 minutes she was back to tell us car had been looked at and needed to order parts they will ring us when part is in. Was in and out within 10 minutes. Always polite and a pleasure to visit rrg Toyota Rochdale.

First class service when dropping our company vehicle off for its MOT. We were served by Debi who I can't praise highly enough for such a friendly and professional manner.

My experience at Rochdale toyota was a very good experience the sales agent michael dale went out of his way to explain in detail ,my finance package and broke everything down in a way that was simple to understand. Nothing was too much trouble, not only the sales team, but also the ladies who provided the coffee and the lady who was cleaning the showroom floor - everyone at RRG is friendly and professional and makes you feel valued. Excellent service from Trishna Lad and Vicki Jones at RRG in Rochdale. Good to meet a female sales person. Trish wasn t only helpful and patient, she was knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Came in to the Parts shop today for a front windscreen wiper for my Yaris, brilliant service form the boys Steve & Josh, must of thought I was mad when I asked if they could fit it for me as it was literally a 2 second job but didn't hesitate & I now have a smear free windscreen. I've bought Toyota vehicles from RRG since the early nineties for personal use and business use. Vehicles brought have included corolla's hiaces, picnic, Hilux and my latest purchase a gt86. All have been of the highest quality and the service sales and parts staff have always given a high standard of service.

Went in to enquire about my auris hybrid brakes (that I had purchased from this dealership back in 2014; super happy with the car too!), Steve and Chris in the parts department were really helpful and knowledgable; got me the correct part and solved a technical query I had.

It was a wonderful experience looking for my fairly used dream car at RRG TOYOTA ROCHDALE. I got a fantastic Toyota C -HR on wonderful deal. All the members of staff that attended to me right from the point sale to finishing were all very fantastic. Adam and Gavin ensured I got a good deal at a very low interest rate of 4.9% APR while Vicky Jones explained everything I needed to know about the contract to me. She kept calling me on phone and via email to keep me updated. It was all fun with her on the day of finalising the contract. I really enjoyed my self dealing with her. One of the best customer service experience. The car was delivered at my home address. Wonderful transaction. My advice, have a go at RRG Rachdale for your fairly used car deal.

Nice until we decided to go away and think about it we was in the process of moving. Once we had moved. We contacted the garage and decided to take the offer but the man he spoke with on that day would NOT take my Husbands calls i thought was very rude.
We was going to travel back to Rochdale to purchase the car,but when he tried to get this fellow He would NOT take the call and anyone that we spoke to said He was busy he would ring us back we are still waiting for that call.
We do not recommend this place Steer well clear.

Great choice of cars but the sales man was very pushy and tried to sell me extras that I didn't want it need. I also received a number of unwanted calls despite saying NO to calls.

I initially entered the showroom at RRG Rochdale as I was picking my dad up after him dropping his car off for a service. I was looking for a new car but wasn't intending on buying one as I thought they would be to expensive being Toyota. I was pleasantly surprised when I found a car which was exactly what me and the family where looking for and at a great price considering the spec. I was met by Kevin who was polite and professional throughout the sale and was not overly eager or pushy which can be a problem at other dealerships. The whole experience was quite effortless and all the staff at Rochdale Toyota were friendly and welcoming. I am now enjoying my new car thanks to Kevin and the team. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new/used car.

This place is a joke they try to force you into finance deals instead of helping you, the fact that you go in with a simple request and then instead of them helping you you get bombarded with finance deal after finance deal. Also the fact that the finance offices are not open on the weekend doesn't help, avoid them at all costs

I am so pleased with the service I received when I recently bought my car from RRG Toyota(Rochdale). On arrival at Toyota, there were no 'pushy salesmen', I was left alone to browse the cars on site. Dale came over to ask if he could assist us, and unlocked the car for us to have a better look at the interior. Dale was very courteous and knowledgable, and answered any questions I had. He was very respectful, and considerate to my needs. All the staff at this dealership are very welcoming, I was made to feel at home from the moment I got there.. J Birtles
