John Crichton, Steve, Vicky, Trish(?) and the team were extremely helpful when I recently purchased a new Yaris from RRG Toyota Rochdale. Nothing was too much trouble, not only the sales team, but also the ladies who provided the coffee and the lady who was cleaning the showroom floor - everyone at RRG is friendly and professional and makes you feel valued.
