I had a service carried out which was done in the timescales set a courtesy car provided and even a coffee to go when i dropped my car off the morning. The price for the service was very competitive and I would highly recommend RRG Toyota Rochdale to every Toyota owner for the best care for your car. I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to Steve & Chris in the parts department at RRG Rochdale Toyota, for their steadfast efforts to identify and locate a new rear n/s fog lamp unit for my ageing Rav 4. The broken part did not have the required 10 digit parts-code and it took several attempts and much searching of the parts catalogue before the exact part could be found.
Their professionalism and commitment to assisting me in my plight to find a new unit was excellent, and it helped that they both cheerful and pleasant throughout the search. Thanks Steve & Chris

Had my Aircon serviced. All the staff were great, efficient and polite, particularly Debi, who kept the coffee coming, and Vicki, who chatted and gave me all the information and details about a service plan for my car. The car was returned to me washed and vacuumed. A fantastic service and wonderful waiting area, very clean and comfortable.

Why do I have to spend lots of time negotiating the price of the car? And waiting on a chair while the car saler is daling a price with the boss?

Picked up our 2017 peugeot 3008 today cannot recommend rrg rochdale enough Cheryl Ferguson was extremely helpful and her knowledge of the car was great.

I had to take my car in for a recall and Toyota were fast and efficient and my car was ready the following day. Highly recommended service.

I took my car in today for a puncture repair. From start to finish the service was absolutely fantastic. June who looked after me, ensured I was kept informed. I received a video of my car when it was in and I felt this was so transparent. Thank you to all. I will be back.

Yet another fantastic experience with Toyota Rochdale and a big shout out and thank you to Abbie in the service department. After my husbands car failed it s MOT at the weekend Abbie has been in touch with us constantly and kept us updated regularly. We took out an extended warranty on it last year and she even liaised with the warranty company on our behalf. Car is now as good as new and the whole process was seamless and made easy by such amazing staff. Over 14 years we have been dealing with RRG Toyota Rochdale, and long may it continue. Nice selection of 2nd hand Toyota cars and plenty of free parking while you have a look round, and very friendly staff.

Altogether a nice experience, from first entering the dealership and being introduced to John from the sales department he made us feel very comfortable and important. He conducted himself in a very professional manner and kept us updated throughout the purchase and delivery. He even phoned me when there wasn t any update just to make sure everything was okay at our end.

I was also impressed that Danny the After Sales Manager and also the Dealer Principal came over to chat with us.

If you are wanting to buy a new or used Toyota car. Rochdale is the best dealers to go to. The staff are really helpful and friendly. You get a great deal on a new car. The after service is great.
When you have to have your car serviced they are the best staff to deal with. I live in Bolton, but I always buy my cars from Rochdale and get my car serviced with them. The staff make you feel very welcome and they actually care about you. Any issues you may or may not have they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I went to RRG Toyota in Rochdale with a view to obtaining a vehicle via the Motability scheme.

I saw a lovely young lady called Shaz.

She put my mind at rest and was completely amazing she guided me through the types of vehicles they had and also asked me lots of questions about what use I would have for the car.

Shaz was very technical and explained all the terminology of the Cars too, which made it much clearer for me in deciding which vehicle I wanted.

She took me for a test drive for two different vehicles gave me the details on both vehicles and let me make the choice of which one would be best suited for me.

Shaz gave me all the background information I needed in making a decision and was very helpful indeed the customer services that was offered at RRG Toyota Rochdale was amazing.

I would definitely recommend buyers to come to this venue as I have experienced brilliant customer services and I hope to maintain this relationship with them for many years to come.

Shaz has made me more confident in making my decision and was not pushy and was not just bothered about making a sale she made sure I was comfortable in the vehicle and answered all questions I had.

First class service from start to finish. Shaz was fantastic, always pleasant and enthusiastic. We were truly spoiled every time we visited with constant refreshments and we were kept informed all the way how our new car was going. Delivery date requested was met and I thank them for the extra work that Royal Mail caused them by losing my retention certificate for my registration. New plates on, new plates off - very understanding:)

I have yet to assess the servicing department but have taken my service plan out with them because I believe it is very much worth it and would advise anybody to at least have a look at it with Vikki who was very thorough and explained it all in layman terms.

I have been a customer here for over 10 years; I know the cars are reliable etc however I have stayed mainly because of the amazing customer support. The staff are so friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble and they are genuine. I have always found this consistency and every time I visit I leave feeling good.
