My experience at Rochdale toyota was a very good experience the sales agent michael dale went out of his way to explain in detail ,my finance package and broke everything down in a way that was simple to understand. Overall my experience with staff at toyota was very highly recommended to anyone thinking of purchasing a new car. The staff was all very friendly and treated us with excellent customer service .
Steve went out of his way to assist me and made my whole experience at toyota worthwhile , also a big thankyou to Debi who was always smiling and asking if I needed anything while I waited excellent customer service experience ,Debi deserves some recgognition and was a diamond through out the whole process . Trishna was also very informative and gave excellent customer service experience. I would recommend toyota rochdale to anyone thinking of financing or purchasing . 5 star from my self .
