Extremely good customer service, I have Bern taking my car there for service for the last few years and they have always been professional, courteous, and prompt. The only downside is that they are so goid, that it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment right away. Worth the wait though.

Our sales agent (Robert) was excellent. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the Finance Manager's (Eddie) rudeness. He was extremely rude towards Robert in front of us. Robert did not seem to mind, but we did. Eddie needs to understand it's not okay to treat people the way that he treated Robert. Eddie also made us wait for an hour and a half to accept our check. He tried to blame Robert in front of us by asking why Robert didn't tell him we were there to pick up our car. We clearly heard Robert say we were there with our check, and we clearly heard Eddie tell Robert without even looking at him that he was busy and a had a meeting. Once the sale was final (and we didn't buy all of the add-ons Eddie wanted us to buy), Eddie could have cared less about helping us. Robert deserves a raise. Eddie needs customer service training.

The manager has to learn how to make business in a respectful way with potential buyers. He will find a lot of people asking questions or asking for a best price for the cars. Today I drove 45 min to buy a Camry and they skipped intentionally some information : a dent at the front bumper. The cost to fix that is more than $1000. I didn't like that surprise, but I was willing to negotiate that issue. At the end, I asked them to reduce $500 because they made many mistakes on the website. The negotiation was not successful because the manager was rude. His attitude was arrogant. They believe that they can humiliate people saying: "we can sell that car very fast" ...well I prefer to buy a Camry from other dealer where their workers be HONEST and CORTEOUS.

this is my second time buying a truck from this place, and both times I was equally impressed. I didn't once feel pressured into buying my truck, they let me take my time to look at all aspects of the truck, and quickly answered every question I had.

My battery recently died, and I was able to get a service appointment for the following day. My battery was replaced, and while there are still ongoing electrical issues, the service department has been attentive and responsive to the ongoing issues. I have full confidence in the staff at Fred Anderson Toyota Sanford.

From start to finish, Fred Anderson was great! Jessica reached out to me to see when the best time for me to come in would be, and with my busy schedule, she accomadated me with very little notice after I changed my appointment several times. Once I arrived Jessica was very thorough and helped me find the truck that fit my needs and my budget to a T! Overall great experience and couldn't have asked for a more smooth purchase! Thanks again!

I purchased a used 2011 Honda crv. This vehicle was advertised as having Bluetooth and after asking the salesman to be sure he assured me that it had bluetooth. After getting the vehicle back home in Little River S.C. I discovered it did not have Bluetooth and it only had one key. I have discussed this with the salesman and also sent two emails and have had no response.

I dropped my car off to the dealership to have work done that was covered under my warranty. I met with Luther. He called me a few hours later and asked me to come back the same day to be put in one of their loaner cars for a little over a week until the work was done. I got the call to pick my car up because it was ready. Luther pulls the car around for me and tells me I m good to go. To my surprise, the windshield had been damaged badly. I took pictures and asked him how this happened! He gets Jeff, his boss, who came out to look at it. He tells Luther it must have happened when their mechanic did the work and wasn t made aware when it was damaged. They ask me to come inside to schedule for a new windshield to be put in. They made me drive it home like that. It was so unsafe that I couldn t drive it to work until after the new windshield was installed. So it sat in my driveway and I decided to inspect my car very carefully the moment I got home from picking it up from the dealership. Not only did it have a damaged windshield, there were scratches throughout on the paint, chipped paint, deep scuff marks on the inside bottom trim, and horrible stains in my back seat. I called Luther back immediately after taking photos of what I had discovered. He asks me to meet with him and Jeff at the dealership over the weekend. I met Jeff today who heard my concern but continuously smirked at me, denying any responsibility for this. Then he goes to get his mechanic who worked on my vehicle and interrogated him in front of me. After questioning him, he let him go back to work and tells me he refuses to take responsibility for these damages. He offered to address the scratches on the paint only. He admitted that the scuff marks on the trim came from them standing on it to work on my vehicle but will not fix that issue. I did not get an explanation for these stains on my back seat. Even after advising him I had taken photos of my car before ever dropping it off with them, which is how I knew someone was lying to me. Still, he refuses to address it. He tells me I can speak to his GM on Monday and that we are just going to have to deal with this in Litigation. I advise I had already filed a police report and shared the photos with the Officer. He laughs at me and says OK, have a nice day. I m disturbed by this. Words cannot describe how this experience has left me feeling.

I am 100% satisfied with my decision to drive an hour to Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford because my car buying experience with Bradley Tipton was absolutely perfect. It was a pleasure doing business with Brad because of his easygoing, non-pushy demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for helping me find the car that I wanted rather than the one he wanted to sell me. After trying to do business with several dealerships in the Triangle area and calling nearly every one in the state to track down a hard-to-find model, working with Brad's demeanor was a breath of fresh air.

Brad is a total car guy and his patience to show me the ropes of driving a stick was a great experience that I will keep in mind the next time I am in the market for a new Toyota. After dealing with so many slimy people over the course of my experience trying to find my first car, I really, really appreciate that I ultimately did business with such an outstanding human being. My only regret was that I could not think of many referrals for him. Give this man a bonus!

Had very enjoyable experience purchasing a brand new car. Wayne Gomillion was fantastic, he had the knowledge and expertise to answer all my questions. Gave me the opportunity to test drive and review several models. The facility is very clean, and people are friendly but professional.

A most excellent service from beginning to the end.

The sales person that I had was absolutely great! Could not have been a better sale. Nothing missing.

I have been between two counties trying to make my trade work out and no one seemed to have the expertise that Fred Anderson Toyota did.
Fred Anderson Toyota gave me exactly the deal that I was looking for.
If I had to describe it in a sentence I would say perfect, like a dream come true for me.

I have already begun to recommend people simply because of the integrity. They delivered exactly what they promised me.
I was shown every option, every detail concerning my purchase. Including the website to go on if I need further information.

Overall, It was just an excellent experience. And Fred Anderson Toyota does not leave you after you leave the lot, they continue to be available for any issues or questions that you have.

I am above satisfied no one went the extra mile like Fred Anderson Toyota.

What can I say about Toyota of Sanford. Everyone is so friendly. I bought a brand new 2012Toyota Camry last February from Jay Anthony. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and knew exactly where to find what I was looking for. I never felt pressure to buy a car and he allowed me to take my time. My parents fell in love with him lol! He gave me the best deal with extra perks. When I wrecked my car and I need another one, I called Jay right at the site of the accident. I had to go back because the customer service Toyota of Sanford provides is out of the world! I bought a 2013 Toyota Camry and Tye and Jay worked together to give me the best deal for my budget. They focused on what I wanted and found exactly what I needed. Even after having my new car for a month now Tye calls to make sure everything is running well with my car! I don't think I will go any where else to buy a car. The Toyota of Sanford staff treat you like family. Dan Fitzpatrick and Eddie Sales both greeted me with smiles every time I came in the dealership and made sure I was well taken care of by the staff. I give Toyota of Sanford an A+.

Went to buy a car had a pre approval letter from bank Dan the salesman did not want it and wanted me to fill out a credit application . I told him no need to fill a credit app as stated on my pre approval letter from Bank of America . He Dan told me it was a requirement from the patriot act to see if i was a terrorist . That is completely false and insulting . They just want you to go through there finance so they can get there cut from it . That tells me this dealership is dishonest . Of course that is just my opinion .
I went to Rice Toyota they took my pre approval letter never ask for my SS # or run my credit and sold me a Camry for a great price .

Back in 1988 I bought a pickup from Fred Anderson of Sanford (I think back then it was his only location). I got an excellent price on a very basic truck and was treated fairly, so when we needed a new Corolla I checked them out again. They appeared (online) to have a tie for best price with one other dealer so, due to my past with them, we drove down there again. I was greeted immediately and then handed off to a salesman named Kenny Rogers. After a little polite chat (not too much, just about right) we discussed what we were looking for (a 2017 Corolla LE in red, which we had picked out from the website). He began explaining all the features but when I showed I had done my research he instantly began letting me drive the conversation (as I preferred); he still offered pointers when he sensed I had missed something in my research. Kenny is a funny guy but did not overwhelm with jokes, he matched his style to ours fairly easily. After a test drive, we went inside to discuss price. The first price he brought was not what I had been quoted on the website (I started at Edmunds but it sent me to Fred Anderson). After a couple three rounds of negotiation we agreed on a price that was slightly below the website price. I did give in on keeping the "Family Plan", which includes lifetime oil changes and tire rotation (for life of tire, I'm sure) and lifetime power train warranty. The former are inconvenient for us as we live 40 min away but at 10,000 miles that is once a year for us - we can try out a new restaurant for lunch, no big deal. I doubt we'll need the warranty with the Corolla's rep and our history with it, but you never know. All in all, I was very satisfied with Fred Anderson once again and with Mr. Rogers. I would definitely recommend others to try them out (do your homework) and will likely come here again in another 216,000 miles (or more).

P.S. Kirsten on the website team was also very helpful and nice, as was their financial guy.

I made my first adult purchase of a 2015 Toyota Corolla and I couldn't be happier! Jay and his staff were very nice and attentive. The salesman, Paul McCoy, was friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain all the details of the process and the specifications of the car. My parents will be going back to Mr. McCoy to do more business in the near future.

We didn't have to spend hours haggling with the dealership. They quickly gave us the bottom line and we felt we were given a good deal. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We would highly recommend Fred Anderson of Sanford.

My experience with the entire Fred Anderson Staff was exceptional. It started with the receptionist (Loura) who set the tone with her professionalism and coutousy. My sales representative (Wayne) walked me through my car buying experience and answered all my questions with the utmost professionalism. My experience compleded with the finance manager who worked with me to give me the best deal possible. I was very satisfied with the entire team. Thank you Fred Anderson Staff.

I already knew what car I wanted so they did not have to assist me with finding the right vehicle, though I'm sure Tim would have done well. I spoke to Laura on the phone before visiting the dealership and was told the car I wanted was in great shape, so I drove over 200 miles to buy it. As soon as I saw it, there were 5 cosmetic flaws that were immediately noticeable from a distance. I specifically told Laura I was concerned about cosmetic damage before I made the trip, and after driving over 3 hours to Sanford I discovered I was lied to by this person. I spoke with a manager named Jessica and told her the story, and her response was that she would have a talk with Laura. That's great and all, but that didn't help MY situation, it will only help future customers. I drove 3 hours under false pretenses and I'm still upset about it. I shouldn't need to interact with that same dealership and their staff again since there's a Fred Anderson where I live (thankfully) but if I have to speak with them again, I don't recommend speaking to anyone at the reception desk. Get a manager on the phone and always talk to the same person.

Recently purchased a 2020 Toyota Tundra. We love Toyota so we went from a Sienna and a single cab tundra to a double cab! They gave us an amazing deal for everything and treated us very kindly. They appreciate their military members and are family friendly. the wait time to finish financing went a little long and we weren t happy about that but Eli was a great salesman and Michael in finance was great! We have brought from Fred Anderson before and they were great to us then too! The Family Plan is also a huge plus! Thank you for all your help and time! Thank you for the amazing deal!
