Jeremy Wright, the so called 'director' is absolutely useless. He emails you saying you have been shortlisted for a job and asks if you have any questions then do not hesitate to get in touch...then he refuses to responds to any of his emails, phone calls or voice mail messages. he just can't be bothered obviously. USELESS COMPANY, AND TIME WASTERS! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM.
Sent me to an interview that they couldn't even set up properly. The employer was not expecting me and the interview did not happen as the required person was unavailable. ZERO follow up afterwards from Macdonald & Company. Hopefully the recruiter I informed of this position to will service the client better, if that's what he's planning.

Reception staff were rude, I don't think they realise how much work they missed out on by greeting me in such a hostile manner.
Zack couldn't have done more, the whole way through the process. Living far away, he tried his best to minimise the number of trips I had to make. His advice was considered, with no pressure to accept a role that wasn't right - his experience was evident. Could not fault!
MacDonald & Company have been great. I was approached by Zack who was friendly from the beginning of the process. He was extremely professional and understood my specifications.
