The customer service I received was excellent from Brian. He was professional and explain everything to us in detail, kudos to him. I was disappointed to see sales representatives walking around without a mask or using it wrong. Is unprofessional to see employees eating lunch in front of customers and no social distance at all definitely sad see that some employees Carelessly and playing around.

Toyota of Orlando was very good to me. Walked around to just look and ended up leaving with a new car. If you want a car please go visit Toyota of Orlando and talk to Sheher, Jerry, and Jason they are amazing people to deal with.

Had to go in to get a part replaced that was recalled (free of charge). As I m waiting they came out with an expensive list of repairs I had to have done to my car. Unknown to them, a few days prior I had my oil changed at my trusted car repair shop that I ve gone to for years, and they told me my car was in great shape. I refused any repairs at Toyota, but there was push back. A few minutes later, without telling me why, they bring me to a salesperson s desk and proceed to try to get me to trade in my car for a new one. The salesman was pushy and wouldn t let up, even though I repeatedly told him I did not want a new car. It was frustrating because all I wanted done was a recall part fixed on my car and what I got instead was an invoice of unnecessary repairs, and a pushy salesperson trying to sell me a new car.

I had not bought a car in 15 years...Michael, Chris and Jason were so great at helping me choose and buy the PERFECT car with the BEST deal. I m so glad today was the day because I got to work with them!

Kevin, Antonio and Cesar were patient and helpful. I would recommend this Toyota location for your next purchase. I will definitely come back to them!

I have bought a 2018 Toyota Camry. The service I have received from List dealership has been Excellent. The fact that I've bought vehicles in the past and I know how it works, they didn't haggle with me they knew what I was all about, and they worked with meat to get me out the door at a good price!

Alyssa greeted us upon exit from our vehicle and asked good questions about features I was looking for in a car to help me find a great fit. Scotty B. helped me fill out the application so I could finance the car I wanted at a low APR. Caesar helped finish the purchase by reviewing the necessary paperwork with me. Tried to buy a Tacoma today online but unfortuntely the Internet Dept is not very willing or have sense of urgency to sell cars. Took 2 hours to answer back and a Manager never got in touch with me. Would really recomend to treat Customers at least a little better and don't leave buisness to unqualified Sales Reps.

Johnathan helped me and my girlfriend with finding a used sedan that I would be comfortable driving and was a great, amusing guy. The staff was rude, out of patience, and wait time was horrible. No one around to answer question, they were all running around acting busy (heard that excuse almost 200 times that day). Car came out and was sent back again to workshop without clear answer as to why they returned again. Car also came out dirty inside and not washed from outside. Came to change the battery but AFTER they changed the salesman tells me the battery was okay and i did not have to change it. This place is becoming worse and worse every time. The associate was borderline rude and kept babbling things in Spanish in my face (this guy needs to calm down and watch his attitude). The recommended services are not reasonable (I had fixed something at a car shop outside Toyota but that same thing kept showing on my report every time, salesmen trying so hard to upsell) and overpriced (manhour and dollar wise). I hate this place but have no other choice as far as oil changing.

I had an excellent experience purchasing a new vehicle today. Sheher Khan was very knowledgeable about the brand and informative. Rafael also helped negotiate a deal that fit my financial situation. He was also very kind and patient too. Finally, Cesar helped close the deal while being nice and relatable, creating a comfortable environment that makes the clients feel at home. Overall great atmosphere and a pleasurable experience.

VERY DISRESPECTFUL! Worst experience, sales manager threw my credit card to the sales associate after we didn t agree on a deal for a Rav4. Making me feel like my money is not worth it. Airport Dodge was able to meet the payments I wanted with a Jeep Compass but I went to Orlando Toyota to see if they can match since the cars are similar price but not even close. I will never recommend anybody I know to buy a car there. I will take my business else where.

I came here after leaving Bill Ray Nissan because they had frustrated me. I honestly didn't think they would be able to do anything for me but OMG was I wrong. No high pressure salesman, no abs. They are absolutely amazing here. This is my very first brand new car and I'm so happy that I came here!! Come in and see Daniel, Scotty, and Ari. They treat you like family and go out of the their way for you!!

We were traveling to Orlando for a few days from NW GA. About 20 miles from the Florida state line our ABS, Brake & Traction Control lights came on. Since our destination was Orlando I called this dealership & asked for the service department (on a Sunday). Talked with Danny, explained what was going on. He was familiar with the issue & told us to bring it in first thing Monday morning & he'd have a rental waiting.
Monday morning we weren't out of our car before Danny was by our car taking great care of us. We were on our way in maybe 30 minutes. Danny was wonderful texting us to keep us updated on the status of our repair. We had our car back by the following morning!! Kudos to Danny & technicians that got our repair completed in record time. Only negative was receiving a call from a salesman asking about buying our car & selling us a used one. Don't think they should make that call to folks from out of state.

Jorge Pacheco was the most helpful and understanding salesman I ve ever encountered. Understood all of the needs for a new car and even assisted with negotiating prices.
