Great Service! I was assisted by Steven Mendoza when I was looking for my very first car, and I loved he worked hard to help me on it! Then Vernon West sold the car for me, and I loved the way he made everything for me easy and so pleasurable! For last, Jason Kelley assisted me with the papers, and I also loved the experience! Leaving the store today with my brandnew car and very happy with the experience I had and with my beautiful car!

We had a wonderful buying experience. This was our third car from Toyota of Orlando and my husband and I have only worked with Aundre because he makes this experience easy and stress free. He definitely knows what he is doing. Jean walked me through signing all the paperwork and he was extremely kind and patient. My husband and I have tried going to other dealerships and were not happy with the customer service. We will only be sticking with Toyota of a Orlando for our car buying needs.

We are so excited about our new used 2018 Toyota RAV4!! Within the past few days we have been to numerous dealerships, none in which have treated us like Orlando Toyota! We were looking for something to transition out of our 1988 Toyota pickup for college. I am so beyond words to even begin describing the warming way in which we were treated by Felix, Raul Leon, and Jean Lacock! Being family oriented we were so blessed to end up here being that Orlando Toyota is family owned! Upon arriving at the dealership we were Greeted promptly by Felix who was SO kind! Whenever we found a vehicle we were interested in he, without hesitation, opened every door and the hood to show that there was nothing they were hiding. He was so very knowledgeable about their used car selection he explained safety features and answered all of our many questions. Felix was So patient, so kind and not overbearing!! From there Felix took us inside where we received complementary coffee at the cafe! He introduced us to a sales specialist, Raul, rightfully appointed. Raul promptly ensured us that he was there for US and through the process he more than exemplified this. Raul taught us many life lessons and was nothing but positive and amazing through this journey. Raul went above and beyond his job to explain more details about the car, warranties, credit and financing. He cared so much about US! He was so patient and transparent with everything, he did absolutely everything in his power to ensure we were happy , there was not a lot of back and forth like with other dealerships! He wanted to know where we wanted to be and he did everything to help us get there all while ensuring we were happy! From there we were sent to Jean who is such a great person! He helped us finalize our paperwork and taught me about features in my car as well as setting up my Bluetooth! All wished me well on my college journey. Working in retail I am attentive to customer service and supporting family owned businesses. I have never been treated with so much out of this world respect in any sales situation. These employees were not just there to sell something they were TRULY there for us and wanted to put us in something beneficial for US and our future! Orlando Toyota, you have a lifetime customer in me! Thank you for making us part of your family without question! Had a great experience here at Toyota today. Everyone was very courteous especially Donte,Vernon and Cesar. They were knowledgeable and patient. Excellent job

If you re looking for a trade in be careful if you re being helped by Christopher Jimenez and Kevin Bann. They seemed so friendly at first. Told Kevin about my current vehicle situation and didn t direct any of that to Chris who struck me a good deal on my Toyota Corolla. I drove my car out of the lot after signing and when I came back the next day to trade in my last vehicle for the Corolla, Chris switched up my deal and it was very shady. I wouldn t recommend these two.

From Alton to Raul Paul and Ceasar the customer service was amazing and they provided me every information that I need to get my dream car.

Jason is very efficient about the whole purchase payment.
Patrick is very knowledgeable about the car inventory.
Jerry is very helpful with the purchase by providing advices and sharing experience.

It was good. My normal maintenance guy Brian was off so I went to another. I had a check engine light and needed an oil change. Today my check engine light came back on and I don t understand why it came back on so quick.

Awesome experience!! From arrival to drive off our experience was exceptional. Kevin the product specialist was remarkable, very knowledgeable and extremely m patient. Our salesperson Ricardo was super personable and our Finance Advisor Ciara was excellent.

Beware of the con men in this place. They scammed my parents a few days ago. Do not sign your contract until you fully read it. Even if it takes more than an hour. Stay away from this dealership.

I purchased a used vehicle from Toyota of Orlando and the car broke down when I drove it home. After 4 days of no returned calls or emails from management the customer relations manager calls and says we are "working on it", but our used cars are sold "As Is". The highly recommended sales person went on and on about the company's 100 point inspection and how our reputation is to important to us to have shady business practices. Well, I'm horrified and disgusted by business practices of this organization. This place has an A+ rating at the BBB and sells lemons to their customers with no attempts from management to resolve deceptive business practices. I love Toyotas, but abhor this company's deceptive business practices.

I bought my 2019 tacoma,my dad's 2020 tacoma and my 2018 corolla from this dealership. My car buying process was amazing, regardless the services area is a scam. To my surprise i took my 2018 and 2019 for the complementary 5k mile service and my tires had nails on them on both cars. I was approached by the sale guy in which he said "your tired has a nail on it, it can not be repair but we have new tires" i have knowledge repairing car since i buy and sell cars so i dont fall for this type of scam. I went to auto zone and with 15 dollars tire repair kit i repair both tire. I switch my service to central florida toyota and had no problem. Sadly i did not have time to drive all the way to central florida toyota for my last service and decided to drop my car up at this dealership for service. Why I'm not surprised that once again my tired has a nail on it and its not repairable, yet i fix it with 15 dollars once again. If i was not able to fix my tire i would've given them the benefit of the doubt.

I am writing this to let you know my absolute dissatisfaction with Toyota of Orlando Service Dept. I had my truck towed there last night, 10/13, as it overheated while I was driving it. I spoke with my service advisor, Tawfiq, earlier this afternoon. He was very courteous over the phone and even face timed me to show me that my top radiator hose needs to be replaced. He then gave me the estimate of approx. $290 in parts and 3 hours labor for a total cost to fix of approx. $960 +tax. This estimate is absolutely ridiculous and is almost price gouging. This repair could be made in less than an hour with a parts cost of no more than $50. As a long time Toyota owner, I am greatly disappointed that Toyota would let this type of practice happen at one of their service centers. I will be picking up my car tomorrow and taking it to a different center to be repaired.
