I took my 2007 Camry there for an excessive oil consumption recall. First they made excuses to avoid servicing and then tried to sell me other routine maintenance. Finally, they agreed to fix, kept car for several days
and called me to pick up. When I went there my car hood would not stay up by itself when inquired they told me that they had to clamp the hood for three days to work on the engine and said we could not control the damage. I wish I had taken my car to other Toyota dealership.

This was the second car I purchased at Toyota of Irving, and both times I have had great experience. Thank you Vivian Ly! She listened to and addressed my general concerns with the new car purchase and a trade-in. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Both my wife and I are really happy, she did an excellent job. The team was very nice and professional. I am very happy with a new Prius C and saving a bunch in gas! I highly recommend Toyota of Irving, as it is the best experience I have had at any dealership.

After having an awful experience at Rusty Wallis Honda and spending over 4 hours there only to be turned down for a car I stopped by Toyota of Irving where I told Wes (Wesley Wells) that I needed a car in 1.5 hrs and needed to be out of there by 4pm because my friend who gave me a ride needed to leave. I told him the documentation I could provide for him, my income and what amount I had for a down. Almost immediately he took me to the lot and said "there are all the cars that I can offer you, pick one from here and you will be out of here before 4pm!".
I picked the one I LOVED! the color, the seats, the inside, everything was just perfect, he wrote down the numbers and went to financing. He was running around back and forth to me so that I could be out of there by the time I needed. Wes went above and beyond for me that saturday and I couldn't believe after seeing the way others spoke to me at other dealerships that Wes did for me what he did and close the deal so quick. I went to finance where Jose took care of me, explained well my loan, interest, options etc and I was out of there at 4! I loved this place and I wish I had known how courteous the staff is and how nice and helpful everyone is before I visited anywhere else. I had the most amazing car buying experience!

My car buying experience was excellent with Toyota of Irving. Highly recommend it to everyone. I am looking forward for great maintenance service as well.

Unfortunately I have to take my words back. They provided excellent experience only during sales, once the sales has been made they will not remember you and treat you like a stranger. The worst part is getting response from Finance manager.

They deliberately lie to get you to the lot and keep lying to keep you there.

I called ahead to make sure a 2019 rav4 hybrid was available to test drive because I didn t want my pregnant wife (3rd trimester) to go unless we could test drive. Kelsey said they did have a car and would have it ready for me. She texted minutes later confirming she was getting it. We arrive and wait for 20 minutes and they confirm that an xle hybrid is being pulled out. Which is weird because I thought Kelsey had pulled it out. We end up walking out to a non hybrid limited model. SCAMMED! I refuse to work or listen to them any further. The only reason I can t walk off right then is because they are keeping my license hostage. I am infuriated because my wife is 8 months pregnant and hates going to dealers and I wasted her time. I don t know how they sleep at night blatantly lying. I have heard others refer to car salesmen(and women, Kelsey) in negative terms that don t need repeating. I would never say such a thing, but I am guessing those things are said due to similar experiences like the one I had with the people that work at this dealer on a Friday evening between 7 and 8 pm.

Don t listen to any responses they might have. They had 20 minutes from the text they sent below and an additional 20 minutes from when I got there to be up front and not lie to me.

Traded in my Rav4 and got a Prius III this last weekend. Best service I've ever had at the best facilities I've ever seen. The new service area is spacious and top notch. The waiting area is spacious, clean, casual... The cookies and coffee/sodas were a nice touch. And that's not even mentioning the staff - respectful without being kiss ass. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good experience.

But Toyota of Irving should let customers use their accumulated reward points while servicing their vehicles. Disappointed that I was unable to.

On top of the start getting call form scamers wantting me renew my wornty on 9 year old truck day after i have my truck serviced, i allways get calls everytime i take my truck their

Please educate your service agents to behave adequately. Arguing with customer and giving excuses of faulty work and not accepting own fault won't help in gaining customer base. I would prefer to visit Toyta, Dallas or Richardson for the future maintenance of my Toyota car. I won't return to Toyota, Irving ever again.

I would like to give Robert @Toyota of Irving HAT'S off to him for listening to me and finding exactly what was wrong with my car. Also Toyota of Irving has the best technicians in all of the DFW. They can handle any situation about your vehicle; and they gives the best customer service in the world.

Toyota of Irving, and especially Sales Consultant, Cristian Duran; as well as Sales Manager, Jose Benitez were extremely helpful with putting me in my new ride (2019 Toyota Corolla). With me being a first time buyer with not so good credit they made the process of buying a car painless, hassle free, as well as a great price. The next time I'm in the market for a new car I will be going back to Toyota of Irving and getting in touch with Cristian Duran, and Jose Benitez. Highly recommended for friends and family.

The staff here is always helpful and professional. Even though I could go to a local auto parts store and purchase the parts cheaper, I always lean more towards Toyota dealership first before I go anywhere else because of the service and the quality of the part. Even when I have shown up without a part number the representatives up front have gone diagram by diagram to help me find the part that I need.

Service dept is horrible. After toyota care, the service advisor gave me someone elses paper. It was not about my car. Also maintance required soon sign was still on my screen. I feel like they did not even do toyota care service properly. So i had to visit there again to turn off that sign and get my paper. Wrong service

Went to Toyota of irving today to just look at some cars. Had a wonderful salesman name Peter help me out. Answered all my questions that I asked and was very helpful. Gave me a really good price so I decided to buy. The buying process was easy too. Daniel Luna the sales manager made the process as easy as possible. Couldn't ask for a better sale experience. I would highly recommend this dealership and the salesman to anyone looking to get a Toyota.

I had a great experience buying my new Scion iM with the assistance of Betty Byars. When I arrived at the dealership, I told them what my objectives were and I was quickly given the available options for a new 2016 car.

I originally was considering a Corolla, but quickly fell in love with the Scion iM, which I thought was much more comfortable and stylish. Love the hatchback!

I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in 3 hours time (including 2 test drives) which I thought was very reasonable. When we had disagreements about price, the Finance Department was quick to compromise and make the best choices for me in the budget I had predetermined.

I would certainly recommend Irving Toyota to anyone shopping for a new car.

I made a pre-owned car purchase and my experience was perfect at Toyota of Irving since the very first moment until I got to the finance team to seal the deal, then it became my worst car-buying experience.

First of all, I would like to thank Frank Sasman (salesperson) for all the provided help. Frank did more than what it takes to ensure my satisfaction. He was always reachable via phone or in person. He was not pushy at all and gave me all the time to make sure I make my decision with no pressure. Frank answered all of my questions and was responsive to almost all of my needs. Although it was raining during my visits, he got no problem of going back and forth to the car in the lot to find out answers to my questions.
Frank speaks great about Toyota of Irving to the extent you feel he owns it not only works there. He was telling us (my wife and I) about how great the owner of the dealership is. Thank you very much Frank! I would like also to thank the sales manager for his cooperation.

Sales manager and Frank s great work during my three visits to the dealership and also over the phone was destroyed by Ton from the finance department in less than a minute. Ton was telling me to finish the paperwork as fast as possible because I was the only thing between him and his family. He implied many bad things. He implied that this is not a good deal by pointing out things. He told that how expensive to repair this luxury car in case anything breaks down . I thought he wanted to sell a warranty by saying so but then he did not even talk about warranty until I asked since I was planning to buy one. I asked him politely to give me some time and to explain the papers I m signing since this is my first time buying a car from a dealership. However, he was implying that I m lying and said that you have done that when you bought this trade in car . I told him I purchased my trade in car two years ago from a private party and it is different than buying from a dealership. I can go on and on in describing my very bad experience at Ton s office. Very unhappy very disappointed very shocked by the way he was treating me. I do not know why he did that, is it because I paid cash not finance? Maybe!! It was too much.

After complaining, the finance manager Ford called me but I was not available. So, I tried to return his call back many times and left 2 voice messages for him but couldn t reach to him.
Review date: 12/16/2018

Update (12/17/2018): Mr. Ford (the manager) just called me and told me that he spoke with Ton about the issue. He apologized for what happened on behalf of the dealership. I did not like this call. This call solves nothing.

PROS: Over all okay. Good deal on a truck with solid warranty/maintenance incentives.

CONS: Spent way too much time waiting even after expressing my need to get in and out ASAP.

I spent $$$ on a Tundra (used) and they only brought it around with a little less than half a tank of gas. I asked the guy who sold me that car about it and he told me they only give half tanks on used vehicles... I think this is really petty and pretty nickle and dime on the sale of a $$$ vehicle. New or used. Pretty disappointed here.

Come on, Toyota- don't be cheap with your gas. Give me a break. Also, HURRY up when people tell you they are in a hurry.

On the other hand, kudos for the great deal and the incentives. I will be back and will still likely recommend people to shop for their next vehicle here.

He didn't pressure me! So, I decided to come back and get my blades replaced. I've had some bad experiences at this location, but now I'm feeling great!

Hi, one of the worst dealer to go...it happened twice with my car...2 times happened nail damage when I entered their dealership for maintenance in June/July 2016 time frame. I stopped going there and replaced my old tires at Costco. Never go again to that dealership for the service..

I have been using Toyota of Irving for my vehicle service for about 4-years now and love how professional the staff is especially in the service department. Great service! i chose the valet option so i wouldn't have to wait in the lobby during Covid19. they were prompt i had an 8 am appt they arrived at 7:51 am and i received txt messages through out the service and even paid through a link via text message. once complete they brought my car back and parked it in my spot. It has been the worst experience that has happened to me to go to this place today I was here waiting for a response from the manager Jose Benitez and I could never speak with him I think that everyone wants to make money and make customers but they must do it honestly and they also checked my credit more than 5 times and now My credit get more than 3 points down

But I had an occasion to contact the service department regarding a vehicle I had purchased elsewhere that had previously been serviced at Toyota of Irving. Ashley in the service department was extremely helpful and followed through on her actions to assist me. I was impressed. I do not live in the area, but if I did, I would not hesitate to use Toyota of Irving.

I really like the service department as all the associates handling your car would provide you with a report of things that would be helpful or nice to do things but won't push you to get it done else something horrible might happen. I have had some bad experiences with other Toyota Dealerships, but this location has been the best so far. Eva and Janeen have been handling my service appointments and they have always provide honest and candid feedback.

Excellent service experience with Ava at Toyota of Irving. I was lucky to get Ava late on an afternoon for my state inspection and an oil change. Time was tight for me that day and she was very efficient and understanding. She took excellent care of me and got my car in and out in record time. Today i and my friend visited this store to inquire RAV4. Starting from entry into the showroom and exit, the salesperson and manager are so racist particularly against Indians. They were talking too much about Indian community and way of approach to inquire the cars.
Very awkward in the place where Indians presence are more!!
To my brothers and sisters, please avoid going into this dealership.

I bought my highlander here a week ago. After getting the run around at other Toyota dealerships. We went to Toyota of Irving to see they could help us. They did not have the highlander with the exact specifications I wanted at their dealership but Alex was able to locate the vehicle I was looking for and was able to bring it to their dealership the next day. Alex and the sales and finance team were a true pleasure to work with. Thank you for listening to me and finding me the exact vehicle I wanted.

Wonderful Experience with the purchase of my new Sienna and trading my old SUV. Excellent customer care. No hassles faced in the entire deal at all. Compare to all my other purchase experiences this is the best place to deal with the marketing and sales people. Also, the new facility gives delightful ambiance. Last but not the least the person who worked with us for the financing side is the best person I met in a vehicle purchasing environment. He explained each and everything, especially about the importance of taking maintenance & warranty plans.
