Beautiful venue, excellent food, great service and competitively priced. Highly recommend

Nice party hall off of Olympia that offers two separate rooms for your event. The outside gazebo and bridge offer great pictures. The food was delicious and the open bar had a pretty good selection of alcohol.

My husband and I had our wedding on Saturday 8-18-18 and all I can say was that they were outstanding. They catered to your every need and made sure everything was perfect. Our family and friends came from all over and were wowed. The food was phenomenal and the owners were the best. I highly recommend this place to anyone. We will be definitely having another function. At The Cryatal room!!

This is a special room and we stayed here for 4 hours and 45 minutes which has been the longest time being in a different room not in my apartment. IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!

Just had my 2nd sweet sixteen here for my youngest daughter.Everything from venue to food and service was Amazing !! Everyone had a great time and Louis and staff are always very sweet and they make sure everything runs perfect.!! Thank You so much for making Sophias night so special.

Just had my parents 50th birthday here it was amazing. The staff was excellent and the food is the best on Staten Island. The owner works with you until every detail is the way you want it to be! Highly recommend

Celebrated my Mom's 90th birthday party at the Crystal Room. I live in Virginia and had to coordinate long distance with the staff. The experience was great. The party was great. Family and friends raved about the experience for months. Highly recommend the Crystal Room.

I had my Husband s 70th surprise birthday party at the Crystal Room on October 14, 2017. The party was a complete success due to the professionalism of the owner, and his dedicated staff. In May of 1983 we had our wedding reception at the Crystal Room. My Husband and I still remember that so many of our guests back then told us that they were so pleased with the food and the service the Crystal Room provided. The late Lou Crispi, was in charge of our wedding reception. As I never had a big birthday party for my Husband before, I wanted to make his 70th very special. I knew where I wanted to hold it; there was no shopping for a venue. When I went to book a date, it was a wonderful surprise to know that the same family owns the Crystal Room. I knew we were in great hands again!
Charles, Louis Crispi (Lou s son and grandson respectively), and their dedicated staff came through again for us last Saturday. Lou would be so very proud of his Son, Grandson, and the dedicated staff at the Crystal Room for carrying on their wonderful, and professional services No guest of ours ever wanted for anything at the Crystal Room. It surely is a 5-star venue!!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Crystal Room about two and a half weeks ago and it was everything we wanted and more. The room looked beautiful, the food was awesome, and the service was superb. We live in Boston but were getting married in my hometown of Staten Island, which could have made planning stressful but Louis made it easy. He answered each of my many emails within in a day of receiving them and was very flexible in working with our needs. For instance, they moved the entire fruit appetizer to the dessert course for us. Everyone loved the food, including our vegan and gluten-free guests. The cocktail hour was so impressive, many of our guests thought it was the meal! The meal itself very good. I know my fillet mignon was cooked perfectly. We hadn't ordered special meals for the three middle-schoolers but the kitchen pulled through and provided chicken fingers without me even asking. The wait staff was extremely attentive, even checking in to make sure my husband and I ate during all the excitement. On top of all that the location is convenient with great parking and the gazebo outside makes for cute photos. We even did a poetry reading in the gazebo that our guests loved. I wouldn't hesitate to book the Crystal Room for any future events and I will recommend them to anybody that asks.

We just had our twins communion party here. The party was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to meet everyone s needs. The food was delicious! I would definitely recommend the Crystal Room for your next party!

Just had our wedding there 4/14/18. Louis was helpful every step of the way. He took care of everything we asked of him... maitre d was fantastic catered to our every need and kept checking in on us. Food and cake was fantastic everyone enjoyed it and raved about it. House dj bob Hansen and his crew of Phil the dj and joe the mc made the party awesome with the music mixes and the lights everybody had a blast no one left the dance floor except when they needed a drink. Bar service was great and kept them coming. The room and production was so well done and everybody knows what they are doing. It truly was a fantastic party. Thanks so much to the crystal room and the staff!!!!

I'm thrilled to be the first to review. My husband and I have hosted many parties at The Crystal Room, from graduations to engagements to showers and birthdays. We keep coming back and we are never disappointed. Our last party, on May 16th, was for our Mother's 90th birthday. The event was great. Our guests raved about the wait staff and the food.
Charlie, the owner, is always professional, courteous, accommodating, and a pleasure to do business with. His staff follow suit. We look forward to our next party at The Crystal Room.

Hosted my son s communion party at The Crystal Room and it was absolutely amazing.

The entire experience was stress free and so pleasant to work with everyone. The food was excellent. I honestly can not say enough about them. My family has hosted many many parties here through the years and they never disappoint.

This is a nice banquet hall on Staten island. It's not going to blow you away with the decorations but it serves its purpose nicely. The food is what you'd expect from a dining hall such as this, but the service goes above and beyond. The prices are average

My wife and I just had our wedding reception at The Crystal Room and it was the best wedding we have ever been to, not just because it was ours haha. The staff was extremely courtesy and bent over backwards to ensure that everyone was satisfied with no matter what their heart desired. The food was simply the best that I've ever had at an event venue. The owner Charles and his son Louis accommodated every request my wife and I had and made our party a memorable one.
