I bought my highlander here a week ago. After getting the run around at other Toyota dealerships. We went to Toyota of Irving to see they could help us. They did not have the highlander with the exact specifications I wanted at their dealership but Alex was able to locate the vehicle I was looking for and was able to bring it to their dealership the next day.
