You walk into any dealership expecting vultures to attack. Toyota of Irving s professionalism is beyond the best of the best! Proud of whom helped us (Brian Smith) to purchase a vehicle without giving us the run around. Thanks again!
Will be back for a fifth time to trade in my toy hopefully sooner than later.

I went to Toyota of Irving today and one of the employees call me an old man with everything that's going on in the United States today I don't expect when when I go to a dealership I would get this sort of treatment I have bought two cars from this dealership but with treatment I will take my business to Toyota of Dallas

My fiance went into the Toyota of Irving dealershi...

My fiance went into the Toyota of Irving dealership to window shop for a pre-owned certified vehicle. We didn't know what to expect. We haden't bought from this dealership before. The dealership is very well kept, but our sales associate didn't know very much about each vehicle. Did a very smooth test drive for each of the cars selected for us. My fiance and I sat down to talk further about numbers for a vehicle that we liked! Moving on to having my fiance's credit score looked over for a pre-approved loan. From there we talked to a sales manager in the financial office. He took his time to explain the interest rate we would be offered after asking us a series of questions. My fiance is self employed and owns his own business. He receives pay checks weekly. He claims his income. He gave the finance manager an average but the monthly income is never the same when your self employed. Not being prepared to buy which he ended up doing that day. By this I mean having pay checks in hand for them to send to banks or his tax returns. They find him a bank to give him the auto loan at a very high interest rate. He knows hes going to refinance after just a few payments and get away from Santander the bank Toyota got him approved by. The financial manager prints a contract and is ready for a signature before actually seeing proof of pay checks. He did ask us to bring back pay checks before we could leave with the keys to our car that we've already signed for. We come back he shows the financial manager his proof of income. We drive the car off the lot and still till this day we are very satisfied with the car. About a month later he receives a letter in the mail from Toyota stating he was denied by them because he couldn't show proof of income and doesn't have proof of employment. This is very uncomfortable to read. He immediately takes actions to figure out why this was even sent to him. He shows up at the Toyota of Irving dealership very dissatisfied with the thought he could of gotten a better loan and his documents weren't properly filed or given a chance. His dissatisfaction was taken as a huge inconvenience to the General Sales Manager for Toyota of Irving. He had a very full waiting list that day for his financial employees. He asked my fiance to leave the financial area. They walked back onto the show room floor where my fiance continued to ask about another issue he had and had also called to have taken care of in the parts department. The rubber pad that covers the emergency brake was missing on this certified pre-owned Lexus. That is suppose to be a safe complete car! The rubber cover is for the convenience of the traction between your foot and the pedal to push down with ease! He continued to show no remorse for his staff's lack of customer service. He shows the door and points to the parts service area that anyone can find because its in big bold letters. When he had called concerning the part that should of already been on the car within the week of purchase. The parts services mentioned they would need a general manger's approval to have the cost covered. My fiance explained this to the man and the GM still didn't have a moment to finish taking care of my fiance. The GM also began to get very aggravated to the point that he starts clapping his hands towards my fiance and taunting a fight like a juvenile. This general manager doesn't know how to show sympathy to his existing customer. My fiance has been neglected in the finical department for his needs. Now he's being left to go through the same process with the GM and parts department. That he'll need a sales manager's approval. When the GM was there available to take care of it, The man had walked away to call the Irving police to have my fiance escorted off the property. The police just let him know that it would be best to talk to someone with more authority for Toyota , Irving Police not knowing its family owned dealer nothing will be done. They treat you nice during the sale and treat you like trash after the sale. The GM as well as the Fiancial Manager

I traveled a little further to get to this dealers...

I traveled a little further to get to this dealership than to go to the ones around my house. But it was worth it. A gentleman named Peter introduced himself to me and helped me find my new vehicle that fit my needs. He didn't try to up sale me into a expensive vehicle like some of these other dealerships try to do when I went there before visiting this one. I ended up getting a RAV4 se. He explained all the features about the vehicle and all the safety features my new car came with. I met the manager Daniel Luna who gave me a excellent price on my vehicle and a great price on my trade in. Even though i wasn't purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. They treated me like I was. My experience there didn't feel like I was purchasing a car. It felt like I was building a relationship that I can count on for years to come. Thank you again to Peter Tran and Daniel Luna.

I went to this place to browse and one rep was friendly. That is the only reason this review is not a 1 star. When the sales rep tried to do us favors and discounts, his manager denied them all. I told the manager that there was another same model but including a tv for the back passengers for lower and he called me a liar. He won't even listen to me and walked away. Incredibly rude; the sales rep apologized for the manager but I didn't want to buy my car there anymore. Also an fyi, I noticed that some of these "reviews" are faked by the workers. Especially the one that mentions "Bill Vaughn." There are two reviews that say the exact same things.

The service was fantastic and Victor Flores was especially awesome. He was a real pleasure to work with. The car oil change, tire rotation and cleaning took a very short while which we all enjoy since time is so precious. I look forward to working with him in the future.

I came here around 8 : 30 am for just a estimate price and at 9 clock they give me their crazy price cause like this they want to make money! But the most ridiculous was my car they sent to wash free and I asked at black male how long time take... the answer was 10 minutes... after 45 minutes I asked him where is my car and he forget about my car where was and what exactly they was doing!! This was unprofessional and shame of service!!! Ridiculous and is not finish here when I check miles on my car it show up more than when I gave they!!!

This is the worst dealer you can go to buy a car and I say this from my own experience because 2 years ago I bought a 2018 RAV4 and they have been cheating on me all this time that I have been paying for it because when they signed they offered me coverage that According to what anything my vehicle will need and what they have done is deceive me and defraud me because nothing I have paid for 2 years ago has covered me, the truth is that in order to sell, what they do is deceive the customer. So I do not recommend it at all, it is the worst of the worst.

Wow! What a diffrence a family owned dealership makes! Ive been to 7 dealerships over past 3 months looking for a car. I walked into this one, because my gps was off! I was out 2 hrs later with the Perfect car for me, at an excellent price, with no frustration! KUDOS to Vanessa who found my car...Jose who brought me the numbers in 5 minutes...and Catalan for a quick, informative finance experience! Dont go anywhere else!!

Service was the quickest ever. Very polite and knowledgeable young lady. Our family has three Toyota s and have always been treated and taken care of like family at Toyota of Irving. Everything about Toyota of Irving is First Class. Nothing but the Best from the Best. The Sales Manager has given us the best prices on our 2015 and 2018 vehicles. The service Manager has always took care of our needs to maintain our three Toyota s and keep them running in tip top condition.
