When you go to this dealership always ask for Rodney he's the best salesman they have............He is a friend and partner till the end of the deal and after he still checks in from time to time to make sure all is well with your new or used ride. I personally had a few things came up and he jumped right on it and even got mgmt. involved to make sure I got taken care of. I'm truly a loyal customer for life and my family will be too thanks to the great customer service I received from Delilah and Rodney both. Thanks again guys

My experience began with Sandra, who immediately made me feel important, and assured me that the car I was looking for was physically present. I arrived at the dealership at 9:00, and Brian (our salesperson), was straight-forward, extremely well-informed, and personable. After selecting my Prius C, we enjoyed visiting with Renee, who walked us through the accessories and details, after which we finished up with Ana and Mark, who managed to get me an excellent finance deal, and who were both incredibly knowledgeable, and made me feel as though I was much more than just "some customer".
Overall, my experience was a "Ten-out-of-Ten" !! (Or in this case, 5-stars-out-of-5)

He reached out to me and took the time to make it right. His leadership is why I will continue to drive 70 miles round trip to do business at Toyota of Irving. The service advisor Josue did a great job. He helped save me hundreds of dollars by providing a simple fix to the check engine light coming on instead of doing a full engine diagnostic test. The shuttle was timely and my work schedule had very little interruption. Great job guys!

(My sales guy, Calvin was amazing). called back everyday for 2 weeks to see if deal finalized and was told to enjoy my new car, that they would ensure the deal went through. 2 weeks later I'm told they couldn't finalize zero percent and they needed me to sign for 3 percent interest.

1) I asked the dealer for a quote by phone and the seller shared with me. 2) When I arrived the store the sales person confirmed the price.
3) Finally when closing the deal, the seller came with a 20% price increase claiming that his manager messed up in the calculation.

Do not waste your time quoting with this dealer, they will change the agreement.

This place is so shady. You walk with the car of your dreams in mind and they sell you what they want, not what you want. I ask the sells lady that I wanted tinted windows her response yeah you can ask for that... after I signed the contract she said Sorry the paperwork is already sent. There s nothing I can do! Also they just said to me the monthly payments but they never mentioned the total cost of the vehicle or for how many months. I m completely DISAPPOINTED!

Toyota of Irving is such a joke of customer service. Me and my wife went there around a month ago to get a XSE Camry and they took a long time to approve the credit, the sales representative evade us all the time saying a lots of excuses, and at least they asked for high down payment ($2,500+) He also recommended to us also to get a new Corolla, we just left that place. Now my wife and myself are very happy because we went to Toyota of Dallas and get approval immediately with CERO down for same car and model we was looking for, a 2020 XSE Camry. We check Toyota of Irving website againg and the car we was interested for is still there for sale, I am not surprised why they do not sale nothing. Terrible lack of communication or lack of follow up. Sorry guys! You lost our business...

I would never go to this dealership for any kind of repair work. One day we noticed that screw had punctured our tire. So, I took the tire off and put on our spare. We took the car and tire to this dealership for a free maintenance (under warranty) and so they could look at the tire to see if they could patch it. They told me that they would take a look at it. Later, they call me saying that the tire was no good and that I would have to get a new tire costing anywhere from $150 to $180. I told the rep that I was going to just get that done at a different company where I usually got my tire work done. After I pick up the car, I took the tire to Discount Tire, and they tested the tire. There was absolutely no leak. The screw was only a half inch once they took it out. They put the tire back on and assured me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the tire. I called the assistant manager at Toyota who listened to my concerns but did not seem to show much sympathy. He said he would talk to the technician and would call me back on Monday. He did call on Monday, but I was at work. He didn't leave a voicemail. Later that week a rep called for a followup call concerning my experience, and I explained my situation. A manager promptly called me and proceeded to try to explain away the situation. He was trying to emphasize the fact that the position of this screw would have required a new tire (of course, if the screw punctured.) After a little bit of this, I simply say "I have no issue with your policies concerning replacing tires instead of patching in different scenarios. The problem I have is that I was going to pay $150 to $180 for a perfectly good tire. " He began to be a bit more apologetic and said that it was wrong. He said it would not happen again.

So, upon my experience, I will never return here to get any kind of service for my vehicle. And I would not recommend anyone to get your service from this location.

3 out of 4 times my service was good for regular maintenance. This last time Santhosh Baby told me that my tire pressure light system had broken (when I know it was working fine when I brought it in). He told me I had to pay to inspect and fix it. He is just trying to make me pay for a service that I don't need. My gauge light worked until I brought it into him. Everyone in the service department has been helpful on previous occasions except Santhosh Baby.

I purchased a used car and took it directly to Toyota of Irving for a curtain airbag recall. This is my first Toyota purchase and my first experience with this dealership. I must say Janeen Forneris was perfect. It's extremely difficult finding a mechanic or dealership you can trust, but after my experience I fully trust Toyota of Irving. They thoroughly inspected my used car purchase and were very honest and transparent with me. I was planning on leaving with a long list of repairs, but instead I was told that my car was in immaculate condition and that I did well in my purchase. This dealership could have easily taken advantage of me, but instead they were caring and honest. You have a customer for life, thank you.

I had an absolutely "5 star" wonderful experience from Ava Winchester in the service department. I was expecting to be waiting around , due to the size of the crowd, but she moved the line in an orderly, friendly and professional manner. It was refreshing to see. She had my car ready in less time than was estimated and gave me a few potential repairs that I needed to keep an eye on. This was my first visit to Toyota of Irving and I plan to keep coming back for all my car maintenance.

I usually come her to do service on my vehicle. They do a decent job only in the sense that they let you know if there is anything wrong that needs fixing or replacement. Oil change takes no less than 1 1/2 hours. They offer courtesy wash but is another 20 minute wait. I would only recommend comming here if they give you a discount or if you can afford paying 3 times the normal labor work.

I came to Toyota of Irving to look at a used Scion XD they had listed. When it turned out to be the wrong color, Larry McCarty worked diligently to get me into a new Scion XD. It is the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, at a price and rate I was comfortable with.
I am much happier with with my new car than I think I would have been with the used one, and at not much more out of pocket. Ana in Finance was also very nice and helpful.

We went in with the goal of buying a new Highlander for our family. We had a pre approved loan from credit union but didn't know the interest rate yet. When working a deal out on the price of the car I wanted the payment to be lower. The number they gave us for our trade in was lower than the low price on KBB so I knew there was some room to work with us on that. Instead they lowered the "ballpark" interest rate from the quote which at that point was just a made up number to get us to the payment we wanted instead of giving us more for the trade in. It wasn't until we actually talked to the bank that we realized what happened. My wife and I feel very manipulated by the sales man and the rest that were involved. I wish that at least one car sales company would just make deals for their customers instead of the other way around. Needless to say this isn't one of those places and I will not be buying anymore cars through them again. I suggest you don't either. The service department on the other hand is one of a kind and I have never had a problem on that side of things.

Please be careful with this Dealership's Service Department !, I haven't had any issues going even at this dealership for my car to be serviced and any other locations until my last visit in April. I had a very personal belongings stolen from my car's glove compartment while leaving my car for the service. I'm usually careful with all of my stuff, but this time i had two sunglasses at the glove compartment(One of them was a gift from my loved one), and it got stolen. I called the service manager and he argued with me and wanted win all the time saying that his staff would never do such a thing, i had my sun-glass inside and when i drove few miles away from the dealership after picking up, it was gone. He said he would investigate and give me a call back, but for some reason i have an instinct and belief saying that the manager might be involved in all this as well. I'm not trying to accuse this manager of being involved, but the way he was talking to me explaining whole thing, it clearly sounded like he knew i was gonna call and his bullshit story was ready. I will never go to this dealership for my car to be serviced, and i will warn everyone to take their belonging with them while dropping off their car over there. I didn't ask for anything, i'm letting everyone know what happen. I lost something that was very valuable to me that money can't buy and this dealership doesn't seem to care or give a damn about it, so i won't be going to this place giving them business if they don't care about me as a customer.

People here are rude and seem shady. A guy named Daniel in a cheap suit literally ran us out yelling that he was going to call every Toyota dealership not to sell us a car after we gave him an offer.

But as you know money talks and we bought a new car from another dealership within a week.

I recommend going to Vandergriff Toyota friendlier people with great deals.

Ryan Gould not only exceeded my expectations with the speedy service and the updates on my car but they also detailed it from inside to out. It was ready within a week with over $7,000 worth of damage repaired. Thank you Ryan and the body shop for fixing my car in a timely manner and for the great attention to detail on my car!

Few months back, i visited this showroom to buy a Camry. upon the entrance, the sales guy welcomed but he didn't allows us enter showroom instead he insisted to pick the car from the parking lot under hot sunny day hot weather 100 F. we asked for list of the cars available for sales but didn't.

We spotted a car which we liked, he asked my ssn details with promise he will not do any credit inquiry before finalizing the deal and brought to another guy Luna. We left since he talked very rude after we demanded discount 2%.

After 2 month, i shocked to find out that my credit card got multiple credit queries which dropped my CREDIT SCORE from 730 to 640.

i would advise not give any details of you before finalizing the price

I never shop and NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone.

Finally brought car from CARVANA (tech startup like UBER) with great price, lot of selection, great customer service and no haggling.

Shawn and Ashley on the service team really do a great job informing the customers about their maintenance issues on the vehicle and also establish communication with customer and mechanic engineer on problems that may occur in the future. I appreciate that leaves out confusion and also to prepare,if I haven t thanked them enough Thanks again Shawn and Ashley for a tremendous job!!

I am totally satisfied with my experience buying a new Toyota from Toyota of Irving. The sales person I dealt with was Rasheed Ryals and he was very helpful and professional, allowing me multiple test drives, answering all my questions, and negotiating the sale. There was no pressure to buy the additional services and add on like maintenance insurance, additional options, etc. that all dealerships present to buyers in the closing process. They simply presented those items as things available if I was interested, but no hard sales pitch for any of them. I had great experience with Toyota of Irving. Thank you very much Rasheed Ryals for being patient and co-operative with me.

I went to do my inspection at Toyota Irving Tx,and i ended up to change my car belt and back breaks, after that my car was with bad noise, went back to them fix it, they didn t know what it was, after 4/2 hours waiting, I took my car, then my car continued with same back noise when I used the breaks to slow down . 3 time I take my car to Toyota in Irving Tx, for they fix it.
I left my car there, but the sales person he was trying to tell me it was the disc was not straight.. I replied to him.. it didn t make sense to me .. because I never had accidents or hit the car anywhere... the car didn t have the noise when I god there for the first time at all. It was after they changed the brakes that noise started.

Toyota of Irving has an excellent Service Department. I have been coming to their service department since 1998. I never have been disappointed. My Service Manager is Mike Gasca, who is the best. Professional, courteous and never recommends a repair unless it is necessary. Always gives good advice on servicing my car to keep in running in good condition.

I have the best experience with Toyota of Irving and being that I went to two other Toyota dealerships prior to coming to this one, I was so stressed out and had given up! But got a call from Mrs Wilma and Mrs Betty who assisted me from the beginning to the end. I then spoke with one of the best Internet Salesman by the name of Ben! Great work ethics and great professionalism by them all. They stuck by their word throughout the process. Finance manager Miguel was great also. I have nothing bad or incriminating to say about this dealership. If you ever need a vehicle I suggest you go there because they will take care of you properly and treat you like family! Please avoid this dealership. they will try to swindle you at any chance they get.

I bought a toyota prius from them on 5/6, and I started repenting it just after one day. They car just won't start. I called them and told them that I am stranded, they just said they will see what they can do and that they will call me back.... and guess what they never called back.

So please stay away from them, if you do not want to be in a situation like this.

Update: After a lot of back and forth they finally sent me someone to replace the battery!

I had the best car buying experience in the world at Toyota of Irving. My salesperson was Daniel Luna. That man has the patience of a saint. I pretty much made him let me drive everything at the dealership. He was so fun and professional.

I drove out in a 2014 Camry SE. Absolutely beautiful, luxurious car. If you are looking for a car or truck --- Call Daniel Luna!!! He is fabulous!

A few days back my two friends wanted to buy a car...

A few days back my two friends wanted to buy a car for each of themselves. So we came to Toyota of Irving, the best experience I ever had while dealing in a dealership.
I have been to Toyota of Dallas, Toyota of Richardson, Toyota of Grapevine, and as well. Some of them told lies just sell you their car over actual price, some other have told me lies and keep pushing to sell me the extended warranty. For example, the finance officer in Toyota of Grapevine told me that if I buy an extended warranty the bank will decrease my interest rate, which a big lies. A sales associate in Toyota of Dallas was trying to sell me the car Floor Mat separately; claiming that it is an extra accessory, so it is not including in car price.

Their sales associate, Mr. Zahid was a very nice, straight (no cheating) and helpful person. The finance people were very help and knowledgeable as well. I would start to do my car service in this place after this. After we agreed on APR and terms, there was difference between the monthly payments that I calculated and Toyota of Irving told. Immateriality the finance officer came to me and we figured out that there was a misconception about the amount to be finance.
In general I will start to bring my car for service to this location.
