Had both vehicles serviced and some small issues taken care of on my truck. Toyota of Easley is the only place we have taken our Toyotas since 2000. You can count on tremendous service and issues addressed correctly . Thats a rare thing these days!

are the reason we keep coming back. You can not find better people or better service or products. Even if I have ever had a issue or problems they have taken care of it ASAP. My wife and I are treated
like family. We are customers for life.

I felt welcome from the call booking the appointment through my arrival. The representative listened to me and told me it would be an hour for the oil change. At an hour, he told me we needed a filter and it would be another 17 minutes. An hour later I went to him. Miscommunication within Toyota of Easley led to the delay. He did his best to make it up to me, but I left my first visit there with uncertainty about future visits. I will give them a second chance. We will see.

I ve gone with family and friends to buy cars in the past, and always dreading the process. My car dealer, Karl schillawski, was so incredibly helpful and kind. It never felt like Karl was trying to push something so far that we didn t want. He respected our boundaries while also, getting the job done- a healthy balance. Karl has made this experience for me a 5/5 and I am thankful he was my car dealer.

Adam Pangle went above and beyond to make the sales side smooth and more than reasonable. Jerry Ashley made the finance side of the experience very fair. Over experience exceptional. I would recommend contacting Adam for purchasing a car.

My experience at Toyota of Easley was incredible. I called over the summer looking for a new car for college and Brian Anderson assisted and put me in the new Toyota Camry I'm now leasing! His bright personality and love for every customer that walks through the door made me not want to buy from anywhere except this business.

It was a great experience. No pressure and Gage was lovely to work with. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He also took his time to make sure all the i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Very thorough in all aspects of the transaction. I couldn't find a better deal. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Easley to others.

Normally this is an excellent place to do business...

Normally this is an excellent place to do business and I will continue to use them in the future but I am not satisfied that this was handled as quickly as it should have been. I made two trips there to get this fixed then waited several months before I finally took it back and they fixed it. I am satisfied with the final work but it is hard for me to drive the 80 mile round trip from Anderson three times to fix a heater fan on a car that only has 33,000 miles on it but is 4 years old. Now it has a front window that will not go up or down. I'm worried that we may have bought one Camry too many. This is our third.

Chaz was an excellent saleman. He did everything admirably. Signed a contract, filled my tank.
Got a call on Monday from the finance guru that I had to go back. The deal we agreed on could not be met. Exhausted after a 10 hour day, I returned. Nothing was done to make up for the inconvenience. Well, I was offered a hat.
I am debating returning the vehicle altogether.

I had a FANTASTIC experience working with Toyota of Easley with both the Service team and Sales team. I live in New Hampshire and my daughter is attending Clemson. Her 2009 Toyota Corolla would not stay running so we had the car towed there. I put a lot of faith that they would not take advantage of us and I can absolutely say we weren't.

The Service Manager arranged a rental while they attempted to fix the car. After a full diagnosis they found it was an electrical problem caused by an after-market remote starter. The full fix was very expensive but they offered a much lower cost option. My wife and I decided it made more sense to replace the car. We had faith in that fix but the logistics between us being remoter and her classes, we did not want to be in this situation again when the next thing broke.

We were connected with the sales team and traded in the Corolla. We got a great trade-in value on a car that didn't run. My daughter drove out in a 2016 which is still covered by the original manufacturers warranty.

Monica and the whole staff were very professional and polite. I was never pressured and all my questions were answered. I had a terrific experience and would recommend Monica and Toyota of Easly to everyone. I live in Greer 2 miles from another Toyota dealership and had a terrible experience and went to Easly 45 minutes away from my home. It was worth the trip!!

I have a Lexus but I became very dissatisfied with the service that I was receiving from the Lexus dealership. I have had my car serviced twice at Toyota of Easley. The service at Toyota of Easley is the very best; professional, competent, and friendly. They keep their scheduled appointment times and they have followed up with me both times to assure that I was satisfied with their work. I recommend them very highly and I will continue to have my car serviced at Toyota of Easley.

Try to sell you a vehicle you don't want and think...

Try to sell you a vehicle you don't want and think that people don't understand basic math. Tried to convince me into a deal where they say they've taken 10k plus off a car but don't factor in your trade in value into it. Will low ball the hell out of you when it comes to trade in value as well. My vehicle appraised for roughly 7200 on KBB and they offered me 6000 for it. Overall pretty much like every other dealership you've ever been to where they try to scam you into a deal just to make a buck.

Michael Abbott is the best sales person at Toyota of Easley. He always does his best to help you & always gets you the best price. I purchased a new Prius from him & my family has purchased from him too. It doesn't get any batter then them. Toyota of Easley is the best place in the upstate to buy a car & go to Michael Abbot for a hassle free purchase.

Could not have been better. Tucker alled me by name, walked me to the lounge, let me know the status of the visit, walked me to the car, asked if I wanted to make an apt for my next visit, had a manicure (YES!!), enough seating, TV annoying but not so much I could not read.... and, to boot, I saw the young lady who sold me the car, Omara Carcamo!

Tried to get a simple check engine light diagnosis. Ended up receiving an elaborate sales pitch implying that my car is worthless. Dishonest service department is more concerned about pushing sales than actual maintenance and customer service. Diagnosis that they determined was not the true root cause of the check engine light. Good thing I read the code before taking it to Easley, because it confirmed they are just sleazy salesmen trying to leverage their customers.

Our sales person, Jim Pelletier was awesome. We love our Prius and with his excellent knowledge of the vehicle, we left the dealership knowing we had made the right choice for us. Jim has called twice to check if we have any questions that were not answered when we purchased the car.

Without hesitation, I would recommend Toyota of Easley to my family and friends, if they want a quality vehicle and a personable and professional experience when purchasing and servicing their next car. Ask for Jim Pelletier!

Going to Toyota of Easley for years and purchased ...

Going to Toyota of Easley for years and purchased my Prius from them. I always use Easley for my service on my vehicle because they are always very professional, friendly and most of all honest with you. I travel 45 minutes at least and pass up other deals closer to only have Toyota of Easley take car of my car needs.

July 10, 2017. - UPDATE on pitching my second vehicle from Easley Toyota.

Went to get my 2012 Prius serviced and ended up walking around while waiting looking at the RAV4. A Sales Associate, Maria Tanis asked if I needed help and ended up bringing my dream vehicle up to me. To be honest I was planning on waiting several more months but was pleasantly surprised at the non pressure and friendly atmosphere of everyone at Toyota of Easley. Maria was so helpful in helping me to decide on exactly what I wanted. In my opinion Maria went above and beyond with her customer service. I was relaxed, non-stressed and at the conclusion of the sale she took all the time I needed in explaining all the functions on the vehicle. The Finance and Sales Manager also gave me several options and let me decide without any pressure.

As I mentioned earlier I live closer to other Toyota dealers but will only do business with Easley. They strive to make you happy on all occasions. My daughter took her Toyota to another dealer and they told her she would need a repair for $1,000. I told her to get second opinion from Easley and it turned out to be something very minor and was fixed without a large cost. She was so impressed the was she was handled at Toyota of Easley that she also will go nowhere else.

If you are considering pitching a new vehicle or even if you have a Toyota currently I strongly recommend Toyota of Easley.

I worked with Richard and had a great experience. I told him what I was looking for and what my budget allowed. He worked tirelessly to negotiate and get top dollar for my trade. The manager and finance staff also worked on my behalf to make the numbers work and ensure my satisfaction. They ve gone out of the way to make sure I m completely satisfied with them. I look forward to working with them again when I m in the market for a new car.

I received a notice from Toyota of a safety recall for my car. Toyota of Easley got me in and out quickly. Very friendly folks both on the phone and in person. I recommend them as one of the friendliest auto dealers to deal with.

Charged me for full synthetic oil ow20 when my truck call for 5w20 $70.00 for an oil change always had it changed there before was told that's the price it always been looked at my other invoices 5w20 oil change $29.95 plus tax. Won't be back

I had a really good experience at Toyota of Easley. The sales staff were very patient and understanding with me since I had never bought a new car and had lots of questions about financing and such. I was showed in depth how to work all the features I wasn't familiar with. They called a few days after I got the car to make sure I was still happy with my choice and that I didn't have any questions or problems. I was also personally invited via phone to attend an owners appreciation day. I would definitely recommend checking out Toyota of Easley.

I work on the road and found the truck(2018 Tacoma) I wanted. I applied on line and when I returned to town later the same day the truck was pulled to the side and ready to go. All I had to do was verify my income and sign the paperwork. Being self employed and working on the road I can not explain how valuable this level of customer service is and how much it is appreciated. I highly recommend Toyota of Easley and my salesman Issac.

I had great service at Toyota of Easley! About a week ago I had a defective speaker replaced in our Avalon. Glen Etwaru in the service department was outstanding! I'm very particular about my vehicles and he was great in every aspect as to my "pickiness." :) Also, I don't know who did the actual remove and replace of the speaker, but whoever he or she was did an exceptional job.
