I will never set foot inside Toyota of Easley again. Toyota's sales gimmicks are ridiculous - you either take $2,000 off the top and pay $2,000 in interest or vice versa - you're not actually saving anything. Their trade in offer was well below the KBB value of my car - so I sold it myself at KBB value. In my opinion, I was treated like I was stupid because I wasn't dumb enough to buy into the gimmicks and the "straight talk". They bungled my tag/registration and took over 3 months to get it straightened out - it was not taken care of satisfactorily either. When I got home with the car in the sunlight (the dealership lot is in a hole and always dark) it had scratches. I took it back to get them fixed and waited over 3 hours - the car was returned with the same scratches - luckily it was taken care of by a polite car washer there who had the decency to see that I was getting treated poorly. The only saving grace there was John Willis who was nice and honest, but he was overshadowed by his superiors who give car salesmen a bad name. At any rate, I would never ever buy another car there - i will be getting my recall fixed at a different dealership as well.
