The very long process began with my discomfort with having been told 2017 models in my price range were on the property when, in fact, they were not. I had driven more than 60 miles from my home. I was not happy. Based on my sales person s understanding that price was more important to me than was model year, I swallowed and went to look at 2018 models. Karen was friendly and personable - and effective. I drove two different Prius automobiles and asked for numbers on three. All were too high, so the manager came out to propose a 1-payment lease.
I had never heard of such a thing. I bit because in 2021, I may elect to pay off the vehicle and own it, fully aware the total cost dollars will equal current sticker price. However, I am also aware, during the coming three years, the other half of the vehicle cost will be in my account earning me money. As well, I can choose in 2021, to walk away and quit driving, which is totally possible in light of my age, and have my last car for half price. I decided this was the best of both worlds. I am satisfied and enjoying learning how to use all the safety features on my new car. I am also impressed with the creative solution proposed by the dealership to make the deal a win/win.

This was one of the BEST experiences I have had with purchasing a vehicle. Tucker was not high pressure sales but he made me aware he wanted my business. After walking away, he continued to work on my behalf and was able to work an awesome deal. Once finalizing the deal, Adam and Issac made me feel so comfortable with my decision and I knew right then I made the right decision. Before I drove off the lot, Tucker spent another 30 minutes giving me a tutorial on how to operate the bells and whistles of this car. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!
I was buying a car from this location I filled out the paperwork to pull my credit from one bank and they pulled my credit 5 times And didn t even run it through the bank that I specified. This is probably the worst customer service I ve ever seen at a dealership. If you plan on going to this dealership just be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour before seeing who you want to see.

The entire service and staff at Toyota of Easley provide wonderful, skillful, responsive, and polite service. I give a full five stars to them and encourage folks at other dealerships to go visit Easley. On the other hand, my sole expense was for the replacement of a demolished right-side rear-view mirror (smacked off at night by someone's trash barrel set out too far). It was $420. I can buy a nice laptop for that price!! That's on the company, not the dealership. The plastic cover alone was $52+, and mass-produced it must have cost the company... what... maybe $3. Toyota Prius is a GREAT car (five stars), but this repair part pricing is ridiculous. Give it one star.

I bought a used 2011 Prius from Andy about two months ago. It was the first time I'd even bought a car at a dealership so I was a little nervous about being pressured into something more than I could afford. Andy was fantastic! I never felt pressured. Two days after I purchased the car the dash display informed me that the battery in the key fob was low. The car was sold as is due to the millage and I had declined to purchase any warranty but Andy and service were happy to test and then replace the battery at no charge. I've had no problems whatsoever since. I love my car and Toyota of Easley!
My buying experience with Toyota of Easley was good. I bought a 2016 Toyota Highlander from Hal Parker and he did an excellent job and explained all of the options on the vehicle. I will recommend the Hal to my friends as well as Toyota of Easley. Also, they sold me the vehicle at the price I offered

This was the most pleasant experience of taking a car to a dealership for me. I usually cringe at the thought of it & to tell you the truth, I wasn't looking forward to it. When I got there they took me right in and when I entered the customer seating, I was asked if I would like my nails done, for free no less! It was ladies' day (Wednesday), and as I looked around I could see that this getting your nails done had caught on and everybody wanted to get in on the act. All I could picture was the ladies would tell their husbands they would love to take the car to be serviced! Free drinks & snacks too! I'll be back!

I was welcomed by and dealt with a cheerful and professional staff. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Free snacks and drinks are available for everyone. The ladies restroom was easily accessible and was spotless. The entire 10K mile checkup, including oil change and tire rotation, only took about 45 minutes. I had a great experience.

Monica was very informative, patient, and personable throughout the entire process. She was did not have the typical salesman personality and try to up-sell or change our minds to get us to purchase a more expensive car. She explained and reasoned with us about proper and practical cars features that may not be needed in the purchase but could be purchased at a later date, thus making the car payment more affordable. We have bought 3 cars from Toyota of Easley and the last one we bought was a Rav 4. We had the opportunity of working with Chelsea Knott and she did an awesome job. She was very informative on the Rav 4 , very easy to work with and was very patient with us. When we went in the first time we where not sure what we wanted and she took the time to show us several cars and informed us of all deals that was going on. I was pleased with my purchase today. I was able to get a lot done through their website. The finance papers were ready to sign when I arrived after work.
The only thing I was disappointed about was the terms/interest rate that was shown on line, was not available on the vehicle. The finance office said because of the age and mileage of the vehicle that rate could not be offered. I was disappointed.
Everything thing else was excellent.
My family and I have been going here to this one since 1999. The employees there actually care and never disappoint. I don t really like their waiting room all that much, so I usually drop my car off and run errands with my mom. It is just too small and crowded for me personally. I really like how you can just roll in without an appointment too. They are a very upbeat, fast paced business and always try to get you out as quickly as possible.
Awesome selection of vehicles to choose from, and the salespeople here are top notch and won't be pushy to get a car purchase that you want versus what they want you buy. Best thing I like is the maintenence area. Under warranty of your car, it provides quick and reasonable car maintenence tune-ups, which is getting rarer and harder these days to find/deal with. Highly recommend this place!

I was in need for a part for my 2004 Toyota Tacoma 4x4. I spoke with the Parts Specialist, explained what I needed, and it was quickly ordered. Very polite, cozy, waiting area with the staff providing those who wait with refreshments and pastries. Once my part came in, I got called to pick it up. Before I left, the Parts Specialist asked me if I knew how to install the part and just to make sure, she instructed me on how to do it. She didn't have to do that, but that is the type of Customer Service I've always expected from them.

I bought my Prius at Toyota of Easley. The sales team are very nice and helpful. I, also bring my car there for service. Most of the service reps are very nice and helpful but the mechanic service teams lack reading the records of my car. My car oil gets changed every 10,000 miles . It has been changed twice at 5000 miles because they didn't read or check records or even the sticker at the top of the windshield. This is unacceptable. When it was time for tires I bought them from there. My car is brought in for service regularly. I was told in February that the two front tires had outside tread wearing andI needed a front alignment . Since I bring my car in for service when I'm supposed to why wasn't this caught before?? I had the alignment done and am keeping an eye on my tires. Also, last week, I had a screw in my tire. My husband had it plugged because Toyota of Easley was closed. It kept loosing air so I called and told Jane I needed it checked. I brought the car in, they checked it, and said nothing was wrong and the CHANGED MY OIL WHICH WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. They did not take off the tire. It kept losing air so I called back the next day and my husband and I brought the car back in. Told them for the mechanic to take the tire off . They did and they seated the tire which they had not done the day before.
On an occasion when I had the original tires on my car the same thing happened. Why can't the mechanics do it right the FIRST TIME?? It won't be long before I will need tires and I haven't even got the mileage out of them that I am supposed to get with regular rotation which has been done there. Also, they have left their plastic and trash in my car before. I believe in doing things right the first time . This hasn't been done there. I am hoping that things improve there. I am a loyal customer and prefer to come there but I am definitely running out of patience. The service department needs change.
