Monica was very informative, patient, and personable throughout the entire process. She was did not have the typical salesman personality and try to up-sell or change our minds to get us to purchase a more expensive car. She explained and reasoned with us about proper and practical cars features that may not be needed in the purchase but could be purchased at a later date, thus making the car payment more affordable. Highly recommended!
