5 stars for Toyota of Easley! They always do a great job and Glen always checks me right in and they get started working on my car. I love being able to use my Toyota coupons on my services. People are polite at the check in desks and when I check out and good to answer questions and share with me services needed and the condition my vehicle is operating in. I have always taken my vehicle to get services done here. They also have a television free snacks and drinks in the waiting room and on Wednesday mornings women can get their nails painted free I'm the waiting room. What a great way to relax while waiting. I also bring books or work to do while waiting or they are kind to ask if they need to shuttle me around somewhere while I wait. Thanks Toyota for making my services pleasant.
Toyota of Easley is vastly different all in good ways when compared to other Greenville dealerships. I know this because very recently I tagged along with another person that was looking for another brand of car. Since I have been a Toyota of Easley customer for some time I was appalled by the sleazy business practices of these other local dealerships. Toyota of Easley has the same familiar faces every time you buy a car or go in for spectacular service. Their employees are very long term and happy with what they do. This is very comforting both when you purchase and when you go in for service. The owner will alway go out of his way to speak to you, and he spends a great deal of time with his business. The whole process doesn t waste your valuable time, and their word on anything discussed is solid as a rock. ( Chad, Michael-sales, and Michael -service). I can highly recommend Toyota of Easley. Everything I have mentioned in this review is well worth the drive to Easley- I assure you that you will not be disappointed. Five stars ***** plus another one. I miss my 2016 4 Runner, but my new Highlander XSE is a great SUV. You can not beat the reliability, or the very low depreciation on a Toyota product.
This was one of the best car buying experiences we have had with Toyota of Easley. We have dealt with Toyota of Easley on 5 purchases. We dealt with Isaac Palacios on this last deal. We called and talked to Isaac on 2/6/19 about wanting to lease a 2019 Toyota Highlander. We told Isaac the color, engine size, and other things that we were looking for. We also told him the budget we wanted to stay in as we were retired and on a fixed income. Isaac was able to locate the vehicle we wanted and handled most of the paperwork over the phone. On 2/
8/19 we went in to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. We only had to wait a total of 2 1/2 hours to complete the transaction. This was the fastest we've ever had to wait on completion of all paperwork. I would highly recommend Isaac Palacios to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. He was a very polite and courteous young man and handled everything so efficiently.
Family owns 4 cars from here. We keep coming back because they always treat us right.
Purchased my new Toyota Sequoia Platinum from Adam Pangle. He was wonderful to work with. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and very professional. The owner was very appreciated of our business.
After the sell, Adam continued to follow up and wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I have bought lots of cars and trucks over the years. I have never had the pleasure of working in this type of environment at a car dealership. I wish I could give Adam more than 5 stars. The whole dealership deserves more than a 5 star. Over all experience was awesome. The van runs fine and the service was great.
The only draw back was the labor to parts cost. It was a bit higher than I had first thought. Don't get me wrong, the guy quoted me a price, it was off about $100 from what was said, but that was tax, so it wasn't a total surprise.
I would recommend them, and I will return. Just be prepared to pay for the quality service you get.

I was disappointed in this last visit. First of all it took alittle over 2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation.
Then the guard was not bolted back underneath my vehicle. Thankful I noticed (after driving it two days) that something was hanging low from the front of my SUV! I had a friend look at it and 5 bolts were missing, only one bolt was there & it was loose!! I'm thankful it held on- (it is a good size guard), if not, I could have had an accident!

We go out of our way to drive to Easley instead of Greenville for service on our Toyotas because their service department is top notch. Additionally, they're prices are lower than their competition and they don't try to upsell you every time you blink. Very satisfied with this dealership.
Everyone who works here is extremely helpful and friendly.

Request a specific person to do my oil change and tire rotation needless to say that did not happen. The only reason I went to Easley Toyota was because of him. I purchased my RAV 4 from Ralph Hayes. I will be going back to them. I will not go back to Easley
They asked me to rate my visit of 03/27/2018 and then told me I had already rated, so this is an edit to the rating below. My visit with Kevin taking care of me and my Camry was great, as it always is with him. He does not engage in any of the slimy practices that my wife and I have encountered at the dealership before with other less ethical Service Advisors. The only person in the service department I can vouch for is Kevin Biddle and I do so wholeheartedly. Can't go wrong with him!
The service department has been dumping the synthetic oil out of my wife's car and replacing it with the same expensive oil every 5,000 miles. The whole point of them selling you the synthetic is that it goes 10,000 miles between changes. per the owner's manual. That is theft, there is no better word for it. I wrote a detailed letter telling them what I thought of their theft. The service manager or someone left a message for me later. I called back and left him a message which he has never returned. I guess he knows he has no valid defense and would rather not discuss it. Then, this past Saturday I went in there against my better judgment to price a new car. This was 08/05/2017. The price was over $600 more than I planned to pay. I said thanks and walked out with the salesman close behind. He apparently signaled the Master Weasel to let him know that money was walking out and he intercepted us. Told me he would extend my warranty an extra year and cover the service in that period if I would pay $200 more than my target. Sounded reasonable so I agreed and placed a down payment for a car they don't have. Later that day when I found out that EVERY new car buyer gets the extended warranty and service, I confronted him about it. He denied that he ever made it seem that I was getting something of value. I wonder what made me change my mind if he was offering "nothing of value?" Anyway, I told him that he is unethical and he knows he is a weasel. They've got my down payment so I will buy the car. And that is the last one ever.
Service department explained what they were going to do, said what it was going to cost and time it would take to complete the service. Executed the above and completed this 15 minutes earlier then committed.

Unscrupulous, tell you one thing and then switch. Then act like it's your fault they screwed up. I asked via email and phone minimally 5 plus times to verify accuracy of numbers quoted me. Sit down with finance and price goes up or interest rate goes up exponentially.
Always get my Prius serviced here. LOVE the app they have. Service waiting area is very nice, they have a kid area and one little office area that I normally use to get work done while I am waiting. They have good Wi-Fi. Service is always great and they keep my Prius in great working order.

I arrived promptly at the right time and was greeted warmly by your rep. Everything went well. I was told it would take one hour and it went over that by 15 minutes, but I wasn't upset at all. Your waiting room has a lot of amenities and was comfortable. Great staff!

My experience with Toyota of Easley has been wonderful from the efforts of the sales team to find the Camry Hybrid in the color and interior I wanted to yesterday's experience with the service department.
I called to make an appointment for service and was connected without delay. A convenient appointment time was given and when I arrived, Christene M was very patient in helping me get my phone connected to the bluetooth system and answering some more questions I had. My car was serviced while I waited in the comfortable customer lounge. I was on my way in an hour with all of the issues handled. I am pleased with the customer responsiveness of all the team at Toyota of Easley.

I bought my first new car just last Monday. I actually went to Toyota thinking I would just take a test drive and end up buying the Honda due to price. My salesman , Stanley, blew me away though. He knew everything about the car I test drove. He was able to answer all of my questions and make the buying process so easy. I knew my dream car was the toyota CHR! Ive loved every second of driving it!
Called 15 minutes before I arrived to see if they could squeeze me in to have my car in for an oil and filter change and they did just that! They were very courteous and didn t try to sell me on any repairs or new cars etc. I really enjoyed the overall experience. The best part was getting a mini manicure while waiting for my car. My nails dried just in time to pick up my car . Pretty fast service for a walk-in appointment. I ve scheduled appointments at other places for an oil change and waited much longer. (Could be the mani talking though )

My service was completed on time and without any issues being found. The only thing negative was the tires were over inflated by 5 lbs on easch tire.

They came highly recommended but, After the salesperson asked what payments I wanted they sent me 2 vehicles to look at that would fit my budget. We picked one we liked. Thats were it becomes a nightmire, The first offer they made was 100 dollars per month higher than our budget. I was furious, After a long negotiation they came back to a price close but still over our budget. I finally asked why did you even send the vehicles if you knew it was over the dollar amount we could spend? they had no answer. The salesperson called me and apologized for the decision makers behavior.
Sales staff are great, the others well you no my opinion now. I won't be back any time soon!!!

Kevin at Toyota of Easley is the best. I was having issues with my truck and he worked with me on getting everything fixed. He took the time to explain to me how this occurred and what should be done to help prevent this. I will definitely visit Toyota of Easley again for future truck repairs
I was there at 1045 and I didn't leave until after 1 O'clock just for my 20,000 mile inspection after gettimg home i relized my tire was loosing air amd i had a screw in it, so when they rotates my tires they didn't even inspect it to see of they needed to patch it up
All was good. Felt the service adviser should have made arrangements for somebody else to take care of his customers while he was at lunch. I saw my car set out front for about 20 minutes until he came back from lunch. All was great other than that!
