We purchased a used Honda Ridgeline from this dealer. We drove from Missouri to look at the truck. The salesman Chip had the truck cleaned up and ready with a full tank of gas for us. After the test drive and deciding to purchase, the paperwork was very simple and painless. We even purchased an extended warranty.

Less than a month later, the truck needs a suspension part which isn't covered under Honda's manufacture warranty. My extended warrant said they don't take over until after 30 days so I am waiting to hear from Landers Toyota to see if they are going to stand by the truck. I have a good feeling since they have been so generous up to this point. Thank you Chip and Kyle!
