JYVON ALDERMAN-- This man is incredible. I've managed hotels for Marriott and Hilton so I know about delivering World Class Customer Service. I've been the general manager of two car dealerships so I know what it's like to work with customers who have high expectations so I feel confident in saying JYVON ALDERMAN is a rare find. His knowledge and dedication to developing my website for my new business is remarkable. He has gone above and beyond so many times it's really hard to express my level of appreciation for him! The level of care and personalized service is unprecedented in my many years of management. I'm not a computer expert but JYVON always explained things on a level I could understand. Always polite and professional it's refreshing and astonishing. Always available and quick to respond to my needs, questions and concerns. Even when he was sick as a dog he helped me from home!!!
However, I do know there's always a team of hard working folks behind the scenes that don't get recognition so I do very much appreciate the folks I don't have contact with who work as well! Thank you!
JYVON ALDERMAN, he's not my relative and I wasn't coerced into writing this review. It wasn't solicited in anyway! If you read this review elsewhere it's because I'm putting out the good word. Throw this guy and his whole team an office party because he has definitely earned it and more!! The entire office should give JYVON ALDERMAN a standing ovation. Call me beforehand and I'll join in!!
