Wasp barrier seems to be working great. The carpenter bees not so much. They are still in our gazebo on our deck. No powder was applied our ring bell only shows him spraying and the carpenter bees are still here in our wood. Need to call Monday and have them come back

I called in a panic this morning, certain the wasps that took up residence in OUR LIVING ROOM WALL were moments away from chewing through the drywall ceiling and into our home. (Note: If you see a wet spot on your ceiling, don t touch it - the wasps will come pouring out). It took awhile to get through on the phone, but then Rebecca, who answered, was extremely understanding of my anxiety over the situation, and Andy, the technician, showed up within a half hour of my call - on a holiday weekend. Andy was calm, cool and collected, and within another half hour, the problem was solved. Pure relief. Well worth the $175. And I ll be calling in the spring for the barrier treatment. Year after year we were bothered by bees around our house and back patio. This year we decided to have our house treated, so we could enjoy the summer without bees. Town and Country came out and treated our house and we did not have any bees at all. We were able to sit and eat out on our patio without being bothered. To be frank (no) I am not happy with your service. I understood that there was an 100. fee that would be applicable to any service but there was an inspection . No solution to the problem was provided.

This company is super responsive and knowledgable. I had a mouse issue, and the tech Ryan who came out explained how they remediate and repel future 'visitors.' Then he carefully inspected and plugged all the craks and crevices with special bait and plugged the holes, before going outside to secure the perimeter of the house. If you have a bug or varmint issue, call Town and Country. They do it right the FIRST time. I highly recommend them!

Town and Country sent respectful and thorough young men to our house to spray for roaches. Yes, roaches in the suburbs. I know, ew. So far we have seen less of them, and hopefully they have been eradicated. If not, T&C have promised to come back and spray again for no charge. I had a groundhog who was very much at home in my yard. It took a bit but he was trapped today! 3 cages, lots of bait and blocking entrances and lots of patience. Win win that he's being relocated to a more suitable living location too! Great job!

We've been a customer of Town and Country Pest Solutions for a year now. We moved into our house just over a year ago and the house had some unwanted pests. Town and Country has come out each time we needed them to take care of the pests. They have always exceeded our expectations in their customer service, both over the phone for scheduling as well as the technicians that have come out to our house. More companies need to be like them. Even more recently, we had a beyond the call of duty come up. We had some yellow jackets that we had noticed in our family room this past Sunday (day before Labor Day). Upon further investigation, we noticed that the window inside our family room the yellow jackets were flying to had numerous and very active yellow jackets flying outside that window. When we went outside, we noticed that the yellow jackets were entering inside our house through a hole in our caulking and had set up a nest inside our family room wall. Not wanting us or our kids to get stung, I called Town and Country. I knew they might not be open until Tuesday, the day after Labor Day, which was the case. So I emailed them to get them sprayed after they reopened. To my surprise, I received an email back shortly afterwards on Sunday and so our situation didn't get worse, they came out that afternoon and sprayed the nest. This was beyond the call of duty excellent customer service. I can't thank you enough for taking care of our issue. I'm absolutely sure it would have gotten worse if another few days went by. I didn't want to spray the nest myself in concern that the yellow jackets would find another exit (into my house like a few of them found). I can't recommend this pest company enough and have been very pleased with their service! I don't hesitate to mention and recommend them to friends and family. If you're on the fence about which pest company to go with...look no further. This is one very happy customer. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Never used an exterminator before. For what was done I think it was very expensive. The never used any ppe, no ladder just stood on the ground. Then I found out it was an additional $100.00 to remove the nest off the building.

Patrick was very professional and friendly, and explained the procedure. The traps set were effective, and our pests seem to be gone after just a few days.

Edit 061220: Promptly received a call from T&C to clarify the misunderstanding around the initial service. T&C came right back out to my home today to treat any outstanding areas to my satisfaction. This is a great example of customer service.

T&C serviced my home on June 9, 2020. I hired them to apply their wasp and hornet treatment. It's too early to tell if the treatment is effective, but I received two email prompts to review the service. While scheduling, and prior to the visit, I was asked by the service advisor if there were any specific problem areas of concern. I mentioned several, one of which was bees entering a nest at the base of the foundation. The service advisor acknowledged all the areas mentioned and said they would be treated. The technician arrived and was polite and professional. I handed him a hand written list of the areas I discussed with the service advisor by phone. He said he couldn't treat the foundation as that was a separate treatment (presumably at additional cost). In checking my service report, there's is no indication that the foundation was treated. The treatment I purchased is supposed to be applied to the exterior of the home. One might assume it includes the (exterior) foundation.

The Town and Country crew will give you nothing but professional service and courtesy. Their pricing is very competitive and they will always take care of the situation correctly. We are in an area that has a large wasp population and they come every year and take care of it correctly so my girlfriend who is allergic to bees does not have to worry when we are on our deck and enjoying our backyard.

We had found a nest of bees on the side of our house, only to discover they were in our house and basement. We have 4 children with a newborn and called Town and Country. Caleb and his team were out the next day, not only taking care of that nest but checking for others and found another one. JP, the tech, not only disposed of the other nest but sprayed a barrier around the whole house without being prompted. He was very professional and informative which was a welcome change from past experiences with other places. Their customer service was second to none and they will be back summer after summer to prevent this from happening again. Amazing job Caleb and team!

We had an issue with mice and the team from Town & Country was able to come right away and figure out the problem. We found their "everything" package to be a great deal and can't recommend them enough. They are friendly, affordable and thorough.

I called then first thing on a Saturday morning and was greeted by a very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable receptionist....not an answering machine. She was able to offer me their solution options and let me decide which was best for my home. Never once was she pushy. They were able to get someone out the very next Monday! The first technician to come called that he was on his was and was very professional. He thoroughly explained the process and had things done in no time! We ended up having to call again for a second visit (due to some very persistent bees) and they could not have been any nicer, professional, or reassuring. Again the technician took the time to explain what he was doing and to answer all of our questions. Bees gone! I plan to keep their number handy...and use them again in the spring for preventative treatment. Would highly recommend!

We used Town & Country Pest Solutions for one of our properties that had a problem with bees. The bees were so bad that they were making their way inside the house in the basement. After the application, we no longer see yellow jackets! They guarantee their work for the year, however, being that we had this done at the end of the year (October), (and it only took the service person less than a minute to spray the area), I feel that the cost was expensive. (Had we had this done at the beginning of Spring (April or May), then I feel it would be worth it because the work is guaranteed until the end of December. If we have a problem in the future, we may try to spray ourselves first.
