Very impressed with the thouroughness of technician. Surely seemed like he covered all the potential access points. Though, my tenants still see several mice a few weeks after the initial treatment. Will call to get them out.

Town and Country Pest Solutions sprayed an invisible and nontoxic 'shield' on various baseboards, certain parts of the perimeter... all of the places where I had seen activity by creatures with too many legs (spiders and those horrific 'ghost' centipedes). Since that application, my porches, deck, Florida room, basement, cabana & garage are all bug free, and I am able to enjoy those spaces! #NOFEAR The staff is friendly and highly ethical.

Pavel was our service guy and he was very courteous and informative and professional. Gave us a lot of info and checked back on the squirrels---there were 2 of them and got rid of them plus did the mice prevention service for us. he sealed up the area where the squirrel trap was after they were gone. He was friendly and did a GREAT job.

Less effective than we hoped for. Doubtful we will continue with them next year.

Used them for spider removal 15 years ago. Wife is not a fan and the basement had 1 to many for her. Thank you Town And Country for bringing peace back to my home. We have also used their ant barriers. And have never had an ant inside our house since. Give them a try. Best in the business!

We have used Town And Country for years. Every time they come and exterminate some type of insect, they are so thorough in doing it and always follow up after to make sure we are happy. Every single employee that we have ever dealt with there has been very quality detailed in their work. I would recommend them for anyone looking for extermination services.

Town and Country are in their own league when it comes to pest solutions. They are professionals.

I waited a month for another pest control company to contact me about when they could come out so I guess my business was not that important to them. I then contacted Town and Country Pest Solutions and they came out in four days. The young man (whose name I forgot) that arrived was pleasant, friendly and explained everything to me. He then removed the pesky birds and put guards over the two areas the birds were using to build their nests. And because of the extreme bank along one side of the house he had to return another day with an appropriate ladder setup to finish. There was no extra charge for this! A job well done by Town and Country Pest Solutions!

I needed bat exclusion. They did an inspection and included a video of the entire inspection, so I could see, where on the house they could identify places a bat could get in. They put up cones, sealed the rest, and then came back a couple of weeks later to remove the cones. I had wasted over a month with another company, and ended up cancelling them, because they weren't following through to do the work. Town and Country ended up being 1/3 of the cost ad the first company quoted.

They drove out to Ontario to my Mother's house to spray for ants, bees, and spiders. Bought the annual package, which seems steep until you realize they back up what they say. If the pests return T&C will too, no hidden extras. Treated my Mom with the utmost respect. We will renew this Spring.

Every job I have had completed by them has been done well and effectively. Their rates are also very competitive. They always seem very eager to please their customers and with that they have won a lifelong customer in me.

Town and Country were quick to take care of my bee problem and explained the whole process of what to expect. The bees were all taken care of and if they weren't they have a guarantee and would have returned if needed. Thanks Town and Country!

We had evidence of some critters making our attic their home. Turns out, it was some flying squirrels and mice both. Town & Country was extremely responsive and professional. They took a lot of pictures and video to show us exactly what was happening and gave us the recommended service with no pressure whatsoever. The work consisted on closing off access points, laying down bait for the mice, and setting up a cage to capture the squirrels as they exited the attic. Because the cage had to be setup in a location that was difficult to see from the ground, they even used a remote camera to know when a squirrel had been captured. The couple of times one of the remaining squirrels was captured, they showed up quickly, let use know they were accessing the roof, and swapped out the cages. We also received a service notification via email after every visit. I doubt they are the cheapest around, but they are definitely a great value. Which is what you should really be concerned with. I would highly recommend giving Town & Country a call for any of your pest needs.

Side note: I thought the flying squirrel assessment was nuts, but they really were little flying squirrels. They are super cute and look like little chinchillas. Dang little buggers just needed to pick a better place to call home.

I called Town & Country after a squirrel managed its way into my basement and then into my house. Of the dozen or so top listed 24/7 Emergency Service numbers listed, only a few had a live operator and none except T&C were willing and/or able to show up that same day.

Not only did Caleb show up that day, he was at my house within an hour of my initial call. He and I spent almost an hour and thought we had chased the squirrel out of the house, but there it was again about five minutes after Caleb pulled away. I called the main number again and before I could even hang up the phone, Caleb was backing down my driveway again!

This time he set traps and a motion camera, so he would know before I did if anything was caught. This is exactly what happened later that evening when Caleb called to let me know the squirrel had been captured. He was then at my house for the third time that same day to quickly remove the traps and the unwanted guest.

During the chase, we figured out the squirrel had gotten into the house through an uncapped chimney flue. I agreed with Caleb s suggestion to get it capped, and so Pavel was at my house the next afternoon. He capped the entry point as well as another chimney that was also missing a cap. One of the chimneys is starting to deteriorate, and Pavel also took pictures to send to me so I could use those when getting estimates.

I can t stress enough how pleased I was with the services received from T&C, everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Don t waste your time calling around, go with Town and Country and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with high quality service!
