First I will say, they were the only business that I found on Google that actually offered 24 service and on the spot service. I didn't have to wait until July for someone to come out. Caleb was kind, courtesy and right one time. They came out in under 30 minutes. Got the bat out did a extra search and help me identify areas they could be getting in. I HIGHLY recommend them for pest control removal as my sister recommended them to me!

Patrick was excellent! He explained all the treatments that he would be applying and most importantly, Patrick was able to locate the exterior holes that mice have been utilizing to access my home for many, many years. Previous companies have not been able to do this and I could not find anyone willing to explore the area under my deck. I am so grateful that Patrick undertook this task with no hesitation and filled the exterior holes. The best! I had bees swarming around a spot near my living room window. I called Town and Country and they were here bright and early the next morning. The came out look house over, came up with plan to harmlessly remove many, many squirrels from my house. Professional and good about calling with updates. I was out of town when the work was done but they called and sent photos both before and after the work was done.

They were friendly and professional but we're unable to remove mice from my home. After 5 or 6 call backs they told my wife they put poison powder down and that there is really nothing else they can do because of the way the previous home owner built the addition. They said we would have to get treatments every six months. I am sorry but there has to be a way to close off where they are getting in I just do not think Town and Country knew where that spot was. Every time they came they would seal something and then I would call them back with more evidence of activity and they seemed stumped and suprised.

Had an emergency of yellow jackets coming through wall. Called when I found out and that evening one of the service techs came out on his way home and sprayed. Yellow jackets were all dead by the next day. I will definetly use your service in the spring to prevent this from happening again.

Came to remove squirrels. The squirrel, being squirrels, chewed another way in almost immediately! They came back out to set another door to get them out, then closed it up. So far so good.

We've used Town & Country for different pests over the last couple of years and were always completely satisfied. We are now on the yearly protection plan and I suspect the same results, knowing that should any problems arise, they'll be there to correct!

I use T&C annually and on the rare occasion when a pest penetrates the barrier (whether carried in on our clothes or whatnot), T&C doesn't blink and eye. They just show up and lay down an extra barrier for free. I've been using them for a long time and because of the routine protection, our house is infestation free, even though we live among a lot of trees.

Pretty happy with Town and Country. I never called an exterminator before and I am glad I called them. Scheduling was easy. When they came I wanted to see what they did. He explained, what he looked for, signs of mice, and way to prevent them again. I was very impressed with them. It was easy and simple to have them come. They also guarentee their work. So far so good, hornets have not returned whatever was used was very effective. The employee was professional answered questions and explain process and the cost is reasonable for 3 months of service. Will use this company again!

Flying squirrels. Great quick service. But, we noticed that a couple days after the traps were removed the tech missed an entry point on the back of the house. For $648.00 I expect all entry points to be sealed. Especially since we had a $50 up charge for having more that 1 or 2 points if entry.

We are very happy with the work. They solved our problem with mice and chipmunks in our finished basement.

Very happy with how helpful everyone was with my squirrel situation. The woman on the phone who scheduled everything was very patient and got me assistance very soon which I appreciated immensely. The gentlemen who came out to inspect and set the trap was very nice and efficient. He explained what he was doing thoroughly and patiently answered my questions. My hero was the gentleman who picked up the trap full of 3 little red squirrels and took them away. The house has been quiet since and I am hoping it stays that way. I am confident that if I hear anymore pitter patter from the little guys they will honor their guarantee and once again take them away. Wish I called months ago.

Resolved our bird problem of nesting in our second story exhaust vent. Responded in 2 days and was punctual. Complete job of removing nest, cleaning exhaust pipe, spraying for mites, and installing cage over vent. Not cheap, but couldn t have done it myself or as good a job.

The only exterminator I have ever used. I have had them spray my house for hornets a couple of times on an as needed basis. After they apply the insecticide, I never see another hornet. They are very concerned about your family and pet's safety. Fast, efficient, professional. Office staff and technicians provided outstanding customer service.

We had a wasps nest in the compost bin and were seeing a few carpenter ants around. They were able to schedule an appt within a few days, were on time and took care of the problem. The guy who came (can't recall his name) was very professional and knowledgeable. We got the complete package (which was pricey but the best way to deal with two pests). Will follow up this review if we need to use the service over the year.

AVOID!!! Scam! They will not remove rid you of pests. they will volt screen all over your house and cause the animals to continue digging holes in your wall. they will raise prices with no valid reason. And the gaurantee, even if after all those months they are still there, it ends. so that s a lie too. Total scam! AVOID!
