I called in a panic this morning, certain the wasps that took up residence in OUR LIVING ROOM WALL were moments away from chewing through the drywall ceiling and into our home. (Note: If you see a wet spot on your ceiling, don t touch it - the wasps will come pouring out). It took awhile to get through on the phone, but then Rebecca, who answered, was extremely understanding of my anxiety over the situation, and Andy, the technician, showed up within a half hour of my call - on a holiday weekend. Andy was calm, cool and collected, and within another half hour, the problem was solved. Pure relief. Well worth the $175. And I ll be calling in the spring for the barrier treatment. First-rate customer service and peace of mind. Thank you, Town and Country.
