Town & Country provided excellent, fast and professional service. They were also more affordable than their national chain competitor. We'd definitely use them again, but it looks like we won't have to. They did a great job!

We had a bee problem in multiple areas of our house. The biggest issue was a HUGE nest that formed in our basement. However, there were bees nests near our entrance in the front of the house and at the peak of our roof. The nest in the basement was the size of a basketball! Yikes!! The Town and Country technician came out and treated all areas. He only needed to treat the outside of the house, so there were no concerns health concerns for me or my family. Our BIG bee nest in the basement was slowed down immediately. Two days later, I removed the nest and all bees were dead or nearly dead. It has been 2 months now and there has been no issues with bees at all. The price was very reasonable for the services provided. I will definitely use Town and Country again if needed in the future.

I used Town and Country for a rodent between the walls problem. They provided excellent service from all those involved with my job. The rodent was removed humanely and the entry point was sealed! Thank you for a job well done Town and Country!

Very knowledgeable staff. This is second year they treated for stink bugs. Whatever they use was very effective. No stink bugs nesting in house. They have also treated my home for firebrats. Great company!

Matthew (?) showed up - on time - and was professional and friendly. He did an outstanding job, explained what he had done and to call if we had any problems. We didn t.

If I could give 10 stars I would. We had a lot of yellow jacket activity around our house and under our deck. Turns out we had 2 nests under our deck. We had a gentleman here last night that sprayed both nests and around our house. This morning my deck is free from yellow jackets. Some heroes wear tyvek suits. Thank you for saving summer for us!! I called early this morning thinking I had a critter in my duct and they came out within a few hours, inspected the sounds and found I did not, fixed the problem anyway with a few screws. Phew! Very professional and knowledgeable technician and lovely customer service. Communicated by text, which I appreciate. I hope I never need them again, but wouldn't hesitate. Highly recommend!

This is long overdue. I absolutely loved the customer service. Jordan Vitelli was our technician and he was awesome and sweet and thoughtful. Jordan waited outside our home for me to return so I could lock up. I thought that was very kind of him. He could have taken off and left my front door unlocked.

Ryan was professional and very personable. He was good at explaining what he was doing and why. A week after he was here I saw two dead mice outside by egress window. Based on their location and that if droppings I found another large hole used as an entry to the house. I caused and spray foamed the area.

This is the first time using Town & Country Pest Solutions for control of bees around my home. It's been a couple of weeks since the treatment and I rarely see any bee around the perimeter of my home. I can sit out on my deck with comfor . I highly recommend their services.

I called on a weekend, they quickly got back to me on Monday and set up an appointment to treat our bald faced hornets nest. They sprayed the whole house and guaranteed their work for the season. GREAT SERVICE!

We had yellow jackets inside our lake house rental! We had T and C come down check it out, they sprayed but were unable to find the nest. Over the next week, we still had bees in the house, so T and C came down again, found the entry point and sprayed the nest. Bees are gone almost immediately! They were very responsive to coming back to the house again and eradicated the problem swiftly. We appreciate their willingness to come a distance to service our house and are really grateful they were able to solve our bee problem! We can't recommend T and C enough!

We were having a bee issue in our house and when another company I contacted was a no-show, I contacted Town & Country; they came the same day. Josh was friendly and professional. After a couple days, we still had some bees, Josh returned the same day I called. He went above and beyond to make sure he got all the possible spots where bees were entering. Won't hesitate to call you guys again!

I've had our house sprayed with Wasp repellant by Town and Country every Spring for 20 years. They do a great job and are always very fast and responsive whenever we have gotten wasps or bees back. Highly recommended!

They came out the same day I called. We had a bee nest in our attic that caused mold on a bedroom ceiling. The bees had also gotten into the room. Town and Country took care of those bees quick! The exterminator they sent did a fantastic job!

I am very grateful for the work done so far by Town and Country Pest Solutions. I had bedbugs in my rental. I called Orkin who sprayed for months with no positive result. I went online and found Town and Country Pest Solutions. From their first visit, they went on and sprayed and my tenant told me how professional and knowledgeable Town and Country were, and how they took time to spay all items and rooms. Town and Country has been to the rental twice, and my tenants tell me that they bugs are greatly reduced.
This is so different from when I used Orkin as each day I had calls of bedbugs bites of over 60. I went to visit the house after the sixth treatment by Orkin; I could see hundreds of life bedbugs crawling all over the house. Asked Orkin for a refund of my money, I was refused because they have treated for almost a year. I reminded Orkin that their guarantee was that the bedbugs will be gone or money back. Orkin said that even though bugs are not dying the will not refund my money.The most heartbreaking was one night the bugs bit the tenant's little child over 60 bites and the tenants texted me the pictures.
I am so happy with Town and Country Pest Solutions. The irony is that Town and Country Pest Solutions did not charge me as much as Orkin. I know the bugs are not completely gone, but I believe they will be gone soon as things are looking much better with Town and Country Pest Solutions treatment. Our home had a red squirrel infestation in our attic. During our first telephone contact, the representative was very thorough detailing the services provided and the associated fees & payment options. The first diagnostic service call was prompt and accurate, providing photographs detailing the home s structural areas of vulnerability & squirrel entry points. Once I gave approval for the job, the service tech placed the traps to catch the squirrels, and within 24 hours 2 squirrels were caught & released, with no signs of activity for the next three days. Lastly, the points of entry were screened off, and we haven t observed any squirrel activity since. Town & Country did a great job, and offers a four month warranty on their service!

Prompt, professional service. Addressed all questions and concerns and recommended reasonable solutions. Price seems fair.

I had carpenter ants - I called and they were able to fit in a service call that evening, despite how busy they were. I waited 3 weeks to review because I wanted to be sure the ants did not come back, but I haven't seen a single one. Very happy with the service and their response to my urgency. I would definitely use this company again.

I found Town & Country Solutions to be personable, professional and knowledgeable beginning with my initial call through the end of the technician visit. The cost is reasonable and fair. I am extremely satisfied with their services and highly recommend this company.

I called to get a quote on what work was necessary to keep bats out of my house. I was told I had to pay for a bat inspection and the cost of the inspection would be applied to the work needed. Well, I had the inspection but never received the quote for the work needed if any. That was whole reason I called in the first place.

Update: the company reached out and explained my info was misplaced. They were very quick to respond to address my issue and provide me with a quote after another inspection. That was very much appreciated. I will update again if I decide to have the work performed.

If my house was infested from top to bottom with any kind of insect known to man I would still not call Town & Country. They're terrible ..their customer service is horrible their manager is deplorable. Take it from me I have very high tolerance for people's quirks but this place I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy although I hope I don't have any enemies :-)

I requested that the tech call be for spraying he did not call, I was not home. I wanted to be able to show where to spray. My wife said he wasn't here long. I can tell he did spray areas like have In the past. Ants are still in the house!

I've been a fan ever since I thought I had carpenter ants and they came out and told me I didn't have carpenter ants and didn't try to upsell me a bunch of different products like Orkin did. So of course, when I had yellow jackets, I called them. When the the venomous jerks started another nest, they came out again free of charge. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We have had great success using town and country. The all inclusive package is wonderful and is worth every cent.... Very professional staff.

Town and Country is a good company. I will use them again. But both years I called them, I had to have them come back. Perhaps I wait until the nests are too large to get the first time. I don't know. But they DO come back when I insist that I want them to and after that, the creatures are gone. They even sprayed a ground hole on the second visit, that had not been included in the first "building package." The ground hole was a few hundred feet from the house. If they get the yellow jackets to not come back after the first treatment next time (and I am talking about coming back almost two weeks later this year), I will review again and give five stars.

Town and Country just returned for a touch-up to take care of black wasps that have been infiltrating my attic. Once again the employee was on time, polite, and clearly explained everything he was going to do before he started working. I have to say I used someone else for bees several years ago, and the employees literally soaked my house in insecticides from the roof down. I'm very pleased with T&C!
