It tooktwo phone calls and two emails to get a tech out who didn t seem very knowledgeable and told me what I knew already and also not confident with his treatment plan. I didn t go with their service based on their customer service- lack of communication and follow up, and the lackluster tech. I plan on calling another company for my needs.
