Insuperable location in Madison downtown, quiet atmosphere and very nice and helpful staff. Amenities like gym and study room are very useful. Plus nice views of Lake Mendota and State Street.

If you are international students, do not live here, because you might not be able to get your deposit back. Staffs here are very unprofessional. They think they are busier than E-commerce, and have to take weeks or months or forever to respond emails. And if you are a international student with problems of deposit and try to connect them by emails, then congratulations, you will NEVER hear from them.

The rent here is high and the room is small. With this price, you can definitely find better apartments everywhere.

I rented here. It is EXTREMELY loud & stressful until 3 or 4 am, Thursday- Monday, if you have an apartment by the street. Also they lie, do not trust anyone who works here farther than you could throw them. Many people who live here end up having to sue in small claims.
Homeless creepers crash in the lobby and use the public computers to jack off. I had to call the police on one who was repeatedly approaching me, to stare at me from around the corner and Jack off. It definitely has a reputation for being a party spot. The printer is often out of paper for days.
The management is unavailable and will actually call the police on you for making a complaint. They illegally enter apartments as well. I have paid for cable TV and never got it despite complaining over 15 times. They have hired and fired managers 3 times over the last year. They have just rebranded their management company as a different name each time they get in trouble.
It is quite the ripoff. The building is owned by a company in CA, which is owned by a NY company, and the company which owns that is based overseas.
The front door is broken and anyone can push through the key lock. Homeless people or residents have peed in the hallways, and the elevator. People get their packages and deliveries stolen regularly. The fire alarms go off randomly.
My apartment was stained and a lot of things didn't work when I moved in, but they never had me fill out a damage report. There is definitely no 24 hour desk presence, sometimes they are unavailable for weeks. The "free coffee" machine is never refilled, so there is not going to be any coffee after a day or less, and it is never kept up with after. There was still construction going on during move in. The ELEVATORS were broken during move in and were not fixed for 2 weeks!
During the winter dont expect to have hot water, not even in the early morning or late at night. The winter was so cold I had to bring an electric heater.
It is sometimes hard to get something fixed, and they might cancel your request without explaining. Whenever I run my vacuum, the lights may turn off. I do not at all like the maintenance staff, they have a tendency to mutter off-color comments under their breath while they are in your apartment. Inappropriate.
I've had a really awful experience, others have had it even worse. The management simply ignores most (if not all) emails. They really dont care. The staff gossips and curses about residents, sharing people's personal info and would rather tell you about their problems than help you. They make private issues public, every day. They give lip service and appear to listen but they like to pretend to be available. Generally, they dont really work, just screw people over and run their mouths constantly.
One manager, Jason, who has been fired, said some nasty gossip about me while my mother and I were waiting for help. Not the kind of introduction I would have loved to have from Madison. Drama. It made my mother upset.
I have heard some really wild stories about how these people ripped them off. You have been warned. For weeks I would walk past the front desk and see another parent trying to get answers about some issue, and the employee they were dealing with, just gave them the same old lies and side eyed glances, like the parent is making a scene. When they were not. They try to make people uncomfortable if they dont like them.
Also, they room matched me with an awful, toxic woman who absolutely made my life hell just because she could. Really harassive and unpleasant, like I was being literally hazed by a jail cellie in prison. She was a complete jerk. Catty. Not to mention never locking the door when she left and blaming me for almost anything she could come up with. So awkward, so many strange people over at all times of the day or night. I did not apply for college to be back in middle school. Shameful.

Terrible management. They know that most tenants are students and will not fight back. Heat issues, cooling issues, water issues, dirty, etc. Do any tenants want to get together to discuss these problems? Have a unified voice to mgmt.? Possibly get attorneys involved? File complaints to state? Luxury apts? Only thing thats luxury is price.

DO NOT LIVE HERE....BOTTOM LINE!!! YOU MIGHT AS WELL BE LIGHTING YOUR MONEY ON FIRE by paying this rent!!!! If you don't read any other part of this post, at least remember that! The Towers are FILTHY and smell absolutely rancid, with terrible management who lies like it's nothing. I have had the worst experience since signing my lease back in July of 2018. Upon signing my lease, I was promised the "promo" that the Towers were having should I sign in July, which I did. When I came to Madison a few days early to check out my new apartment before move in, it was still TRASHED. The manager, Jason, promised me that it would be completely deep cleaned within the next 6 days upon the move in date. He also promised to replace the sad piece of furniture he called a sofa, with a new one. So, 6 days later when I went to move in, NONE of this was taken care of. I found throw up still on the wall, cat hair all over the floor, with stains and the carpet smelling of cat piss and litter box. There was dust and hair all over the bathroom floor and particularly the shower. After refusing to move in with these living conditions, the managers told me they did not owe it another cleaning, and that I had to take it as is, WITHOUT the new couch as well that THEY had promised. I had to hire my OWN cleaning company to deep clean the entire apartment because the Towers refused to do this and told me it was not their responsibility...RIDICULOUS!!! Not to mention it is now October 26, and have I seen any part of the promo I was promised? NO. I was supposed to receive full bedding, kitchen sets and utensils, and a $750 VISA gift card. They cannot tell me when or if the gift card is ever going to come... ALSO THIS RENT IS $900 for a TERRIBLE apartment. Save yourself the trouble and LIVE ON THE STREET before you live here... Will post pictures from the day I was supposed to move in and the FILTH shortly...

Terrible services, inconvenience location, unstabl...

Terrible services, inconvenience location, unstable wifi connection, troublesome equipment, unreasonable charge, not recommend at all.

Terrible services: the manager of this apartment has been changed all the time, so it's hard even to track down the person who is in the charger of the apartment. I spent my whole past year in one of the units at this apartment and try to submit work orders more than five times. The workers would either not fix the problem in the end or not show up at all.

Inconvenience location: on the advertisement, it said the location is perfect for students. Although the apartment is not too far from the main library, I have to cross the whole campus to reach the engineering building, for example. It's so noisy and chaotic downstair near the streets that people get drunk and shout loudly till 2 or 3 am. On top of that, it's impossible to find a nearby available parking space. When you choose this apartment and own a car, it's either paying the 250$ per month parking fee on the nearby garage or ending up selling the vehicle.

Unstable wifi connection & troublesome equipment: I believe most people want their apartment to have stable wifi, especially the towers on state charges the rental fee above average. However, the wifi would go down not occasionally but frequently. I have experienced the terrible wifi connection situation almost once or twice a month. Sometimes the wifi would be totally offline for a whole weekend. During the COVID-19, we could only stay at home all the time, and the wifi is not working for the entire 24 hours, at least. That does not happen to a single unit but the entire floor or whole building of units. I bet that case so much trouble to all the residents. At the same time, all other equipment would bring surprise to your life and make it never boring. There is always something in the unit which is not working. Maybe it's light blub this time, the heat top next time. The AC would not be expected to work in Summer, and the heat never gets up the temperature you want. I tried to fix them and report all those to the apartment, but I learned never to expect them to make it right. So I end up purchasing the AC and heater from the mall.

Unreasonable charge: to be honest, none of the above would be a problem if the rental fee is cheap. But they charger 1250$/month for a 1b1b and 925$/month for a unit in 2b1b. Which is at least 150$/month more than it should. Residents pay that extra money because we expect the better quality of the apartment. Besides, it seems they don't want to return the deposit check in time. I moved out before the end of July, but I get nothing after more than a month. On top of that, they even charge my roommate and me 300$ each just because I return the key a little bit late. We are supposed to move out at 4 pm on July 24th, and I have too much stuff and end up moving out at 6 pm. But I finally empty the room and clean it for them. No matter I make a phone call or send the email to the manager, I get nothing but anger.

That is a horrible experience when I spent my past year at towers on state. I'm so glad I finally move to somewhere else. If you haven't decided which apartment to choose, please consider X01, Lucky, James, hubs, and so on. YOU WILL REGRET if you choose towers on state.

This is the worst apartment ever!!! I moved in last year at Aug. 14. My lease is for one year. But I was asked to move out by Jul. 31. They do not know what is a breach of contract!!! I paid for the whole year and they asked me to move out half month early!! And the front desk people! they gossip about their tenants A LOT!!!! That is not OK!!! they spread words about their tenants when they do not even know them in person!!! Can you believe one day you just pick something up at the front desk and you barely know the front desk person and they just start like "are you the xxxx who did xxxxx!" This not just happen to me!!! they need training!!! And if you need to stay in here for summer. The public place is dirty and every machine is broken!!! Worst experience ever have!

If I could give students at the University of Wisc...

If I could give students at the University of Wisconsin one pieve of advice, it would be to not live at The Towers. By far, worst experience I've ever had with an apartment building and its management.

First of all when I tried to move in on a pre-approved day, I find out that they switched my apartment from the one I signed the lease for, to another one. Not a big deal I thought, I had a randomly assigned roommate so it's not like I was looking forward to living with a friend. I ask the man working the front desk about my new roommate and come to find that he is several years older than me and barely speaks english. A little worried now, but I could still make it work.

I go upstairs to meet my new roommate and begin moving my stuff in, and there were 3 squatters in my apartment. The manager kicked them out quickly and then proceeded to tell me that it was ok for me to move in now. The only problem was the huge mess all over the apartment which included whole thawing fish on the counter (not a pleasant smell), and a refrigerator covered in raw chop meat. It took well over two hours before the manager got some people (including people from the leasing office) up there to clean it. Then they all left and the poor custodial staff was left apologizing to me for the mess, even through it was in no way their fault. So end of day one, I arrived at the building around noon with all my possessions in tow, had my roomed switched (illegally based on the lease I signed), had squatters evicted from my apartment and room, finally moved in and had the apartment to myself by about 10 pm.

Next day I go to the leasing office to find out that the person I was supposed to be living with ( the one who barely spoke english) was in California and was now being evicted because the squatter thing was somehow his fault. I don't really care at this point and ask when I'll get a new roommate. They tell me sometime in the next week. Few days later roommate finally comes in, he's a grad student and I'm a sophomore. I was told when I signed the lease that they would match me with someone my own age. But the lease is void at this point anyway and I figured why even bother arguing. Roommate turns out to be a nice guy and we get along great, so no problems there.

It's important to know that I didn't move in when the lease started, but a few weeks after that because the lease started early August, but school didn't start until September.

Now comes the problem of the electric bill. If you didn't know, on top of the astronomical rent you pay at The Towers, you also pay for electricity. So I get an electric bill for the time period of when my lease started until late August. I was living in the apartment for about 4 of these days, the rest of the time the apartment was occupied by the squatters. This electricity bill is almost 200 hundred dollars. No way in hell I''m paying for the electricity the squatters used. I go to the leasing office and after a 20 minute argument they decide that they can pay the bill. Great. Problem solved. Or so I thought.

I got this same bill from the electric company 6 more times. Every time I got it I took it down to the leasing office and explained that they had agreed to pay it. Every time they put up an argument but eventually conceded. This bill wasn't paid until February.

Add this entire experience onto mediocre rooms, with light switches that do nothing, no over head lighting, tiny doorways, cheap furniture, uncomfortable beds, and astronomical rent, and what you are left with it The Towers on State.

Do not live here. Live on the streets before you live here. Live in a crack den before you live here. You'll be glad you did.

Very unprofessional management. We were left for 4 months without heating through THE POLAR VORTEX MONTHS. Additionally, they say that cable was included but ours did not work properly for 5+ months. I had made numerous maintenance requests and talked to the front desk countless times but still nothing was done about it. This place was so disappointing and we should have at least been reimbursed for amenities that were promised but not received.

Also, they say they are under new management , and mistakes would be dealt with, but that never happened.

The tenants are not heard or cared for.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. Completely unresponsive management team. My daughter moved out of their property in May at the end of her shortened lease (for which she and her roommates paid extra every month). The property didn't recognize the shortened lease, and has been continuing to charge rent. They have been unresponsive to all calls and emails for the past few months. They have not returned the security deposit within 21 days as required by Wisconsin state law. This is the same lack of responsiveness my daughter and her roommates encountered throughout their stay there whenever they had issues. The front desk is manned (when it is manned) by student-aged people who can do nothing to help. The phone is answered by the same, their standard response is that they aren't able to handle it, but they will refer it to their supervisor who never calls you back.Do not rent from this company, there are better ones out there.

I had lived in the towers for 2 years. I was excited and satisfied by your kind and friendly community; however, after I moved out, I was noted that I will receive a $130 refund for my deposit, and there is a document for it. However, I have never heard back anything about it after that. I made several calls, but I never got a response.

I moved in last month and I can say that this is the place to live if you like to be walking distance from everything! I walk less than 2 blocks to get my groceries, go to the gym, and there are plenty of options for lunch or dinner. The staff in the office always greet me with a happy hello or have a great day! I use to live somewhere 3 blocks away, and I was paying way to much for less than what I get in my apt here. I highly recommend Towers on State!

This is the second and final year I stay in Towers. Going to move to another city. After the first year, many of my friends also moved to Towers and we really enjoy the life here. All the things are amazing and I really like staffs here, they are so kind to everyone. Noises can be lower but since there's always construction around it's not fair to blame the apartment for that. Internet can be better.

It is okay here, the two bedroom apartment size is not as big as I hoped it would be especially for the price. When I first moved in, the Wifi was good but now it is pretty slow without a personal router. A lot of things were broken as well but have been slowly but surely fixed. Overall it has good location on State Street and is a good place to live.

I usually do not take time to right these reviews ...

I usually do not take time to right these reviews about businesses I do not understand, but I feel this is worth the time to relay to prospective tenants about my experience with the current management of The Towers. These issues have not been resolved, and I have tried my best to notify management about my issue through email and in person, to no avail, so I had no choice but to place a review.

Maintenance has been entering my apartment without notification multiple times over the time I have lived at The Towers. I tried to notify management about this issue, but they have been no help. I also tried to notify them through email about my issue, and have not heard back from them for days. They can notify through email or text, but I have gotten none of these. Recently, the last maintenance on February 5 was in which they entered my apartment without notification was the non-emergency addition of water restrictions through both the shower head, the kitchen sink, and the bathroom sinks, to save cost. Not only did they enter without notification, which is very much not legal, but they put additions that were not necessary for the enjoyment of the tenant without permission, but to save a little extra money at the dismay of tenants. Along with this, a check-in list was never provided to me within 7 days of move to assess damages prior to move in. And for these reasons, I do not recommend anyone to live in this apartment complex until these issues get sorted out.
The Towers used to be a nicer place to live, according to friends prior to this new management. These issues seem to be a new occurrence, and I really hope it gets sorted it.

Great experience , customer service was superb. My only point of improvement is security, homeless individuals sleepover in the lounge overnight for a reprieve from the cold. Understandable since it does get really cold, but could be a security risk. I had the unfortunate experience of catching a homeless individual viewing unsavory adult websites, suprisingly he wasn t phased by the fact that another person had just walked it. That said I would recommend the place due to front desk customer service and reasonable rates.

Heard the management was decent couple years ago b...

Heard the management was decent couple years ago but the current management simply blows.

1. Both elevators at each end of the hallway goes down. They put up a sign 'We are sorry for all inconvenience at the moment but we called the emergency maintenance team!' and then took 3 days to fix them.

2. Submitted about 5 work orders as soon as I moved in. A dude walks in a week after, looks around, I showed him what the problems were. He goes "They are all low priority stuff. I've got other seventy-something work orders to deal with." Walks out.

3. Put in all necessary information for my 'preferred' roommate since I had a roommate in mind. Didn't even put us in a same unit and generated a completely wrong lease for him

From these I can conclude that, the people who are responsible now have no idea how to run things. No competency, professionalism, not attentive to details, poor training, etc. Writing this as I am locked out of my bedroom because of a stupid lock that's jammed. "Low priority" much?

The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in by far. It is way overpriced for what you get and the staff is horrible. Maintenance takes forever. Everything is extremely unorganized. No one responds to emails or phone calls and everyone I ve talked to at the front desk is rude and condescending. Would not recommend to anyone.

Update: My lease ended in May and they illegally held my security deposit until October. I am still trying to resolve issues that were caused by the Towers. Do not live here.

Guys, I lived here a while back. It is not the best. Please live elsewhere. Some of these reviews saying that this place is great for new residents or a well run establishment are actually recognizable employees of The Towers, and are not reviews of genuine ex-residents of The Towers after new management. If you want real feedback, please talk to actual ex-residents directly, and don t listen to fake reviews concocted by actual employees written to mislead people.

Please note that since March 2017, Consumer Review...

Please note that since March 2017, Consumer Review Fairness Act protects the right of consumers who post honest reviews online, and businesses can t lawfully ask customers to take down reviews or retaliate against them for posting reviews. So, I ll call a spade a spade, and post my online reviews extensively such that top search engines results for Towers on State/Dwell Student Living/Pinnacle Campus Living would have my reviews, that underscore the shoddy services being provided at exorbitant rates. I m not sure whether Pinnacle Campus Living is cash-strapped enough to not hire maintenance staff at various locations, or whether its management simply doesn t even give a damn if basic services aren t provided to residents.

Since Aug 15 of this year, I ve been staying at The Towers on State.

For a rent of $1199 a month for just one person, one d at least expect working air-conditioning & unclogged kitchen sink with a working garbage-disposal system. However, since Aug 15, the kitchen-sink has been clogged & the garbage disposal system hasn t been replaced yet. The previous residents had moved out on July 31, but there s acute shortage of maintenance staff two wall sockets are still open in my apartment & their screws have been adorning my apartment since Aug 15.

I m not the only one facing issues with extremely slow maintenance, but I m one of the few with multiple maintenance issues, that re still unresolved because of shortage of maintenance staff.
I m not sure how many more hours I should wait in queues every day to request the staff for help, because that won t resolve the issue only more maintenance staff will. Please hire temps if you have to, because the tasks that remain unfinished should ve been done before the move-in date.

On August 31, I was provided a portable AC unit, but it s not powerful enough to cool the bedroom, even if its door stays wide open. So, I ve been sleeping on the couch for the last 4 nights.
My academic semester starts tomorrow (Sep 5). Please let me know how many weeks or months would the maintenance staff make me wait to ensure that basic things like air-conditioning & garbage disposal system work.

P.S. - I'm using a pseudonym.

This is my second year living here, and new manage...

This is my second year living here, and new management has changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Staff is too friendly and maintenance is prompt. This is by far the cleanest place I've lived in. The floors are shiny-clean, and the my hallways are vacuumed frequently. Printing is now installed correctly and free. My room is huge, and it comes mostly furnished. Free coffee and tea which is convenient if you're going to class.

It's pretty much my ideal living situation, but there's a few things that make it less than perfect. The washer and drier absolutely suck. These are not isolated machines, too, since I've used them on multiple floors. The washers can barely hold a non-heaping, standard hamper. Additionally, all the drier can do is turn my clothes from wet to damp. I expect it to be "dry" when I turn the setting to the max tick called "very dry". At 3$ a load, you would think they would be able to do their job.

There is a literal spider infestation from Spring - Fall. Non-exaggerating, at night there are over 30 countable large spiders directly outside your window. They constantly find a way to make it through the cracks on the screen, too. I love leaving my windows open, especially at night, but it became exhausting dealing with them crawling all over my room the following day. This happened in my first year room on the 7th floor and even worse on the 10th. I stuck with AC this year.

The internet used to be good, but now they throttle it and make you pay 50/mo in order to bring it back to its former glory. Based on the price of rent in these buildings, this was the most disappointing change for me. If you're someone who relies on strong download speeds for things like streaming, Twitch, etc, you should be prepared to fork over another 50 for rent every month. I'd say this is the sole reason I will not be renewing my lease at The Towers.

All I really need is a good location, good internet, and a reasonable room to meet my work / living needs. The Towers provide all that, and more, but some of the trade-offs they make are not worth it to me. Why am I paying the most rent out of all of my friends, but I'm the only one that does not have an oven in their room? Oh right, it's because I'm paying for things like 2 movie theaters in one building (both are rarely used).

I leave a lot more bad than good on this review, but it's mostly because the location cannot be beat. I guess the rent would be perfect if someone's priorities were different than mine and they utilized all the amenities. I don't -- so I've found places that can fulfill all my needs while my wallet is a few hundred dollars heavier every month.

When we initially considered living here we were originally worried about the negative reviews but shrugged it off thinking it couldn t be that bad. It is that bad. The AC almost never works throughout the entire building, the price per bed is outrageous, all of the amenities they showed in the tour didn t work once we arrived. There fitness room was rarely ever cleaned (1-2x a month) before Covid. Many of our request were either not completed properly or cleaning was not finished after the maintenance people left the room. All of our bedrooms on the second floor didn t have any windows. The air within the apartment complex is horrible if you have allergies. This place was a horrible decision. Don t waste your time or money. The management is different during lease season and put on a very professional face - but it does not at all reflect the horrible aspects of this place. Please see the pictures of the original furniture and state of our apartment in August when we moved in.

1. No internet connection in the middle of the week without any notice and no one is available at the front desk. I missed three classes and dues and my work shift.
2. No hot water that I have to shower using cold water.
3. Whenever I passed by the front desk, there is no one there. No one is in the leasing office.

I moved into this apartment in Aug of this year. For me, it has been good enough.
Its biggest advantage is that it is in downtown and very close to lots of restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and gyms. Besides, there are bus lines and sharing bicycles just beside the apartment.
As for those reviewers who said that the staff will enter the room without our allowance. Actually I never experienced it. Usually the workers coming to my room for fixing are very friendly and in-time (less than 24 hours on weekdays).
Especially comsidering the rent, this apartment has been a good choice for me.

This apartment is soooo bad!! Some basic things should be checked and fixed before the day we move in(August 15). But on August 20, the day I arrive in this apartment, I just found:
1: Our TV is not hanging on the wall, and can't be used.
2: The lock in my room cannot be locked, it is the lock without key!!
3: The lights in our kitchen are also broken.
4: The socket in my room is broken as well.
5: Before I sign the lease, they text me that they have move-in package and $750 gift card for me. But right now, they just let me wait. The first time they told me is to wait 2 days, and then 3 weeks, right now, they even don't know the specific day that I can get them.
6: I don't have the key to my mailbox

I already waitted for three weeks of my maintenance...
So good luck, if you choose this apartment!!!

Toured the place and facilities seemed nice, though you probably wont use them during school. The rooms themselves are as small as you can expect from housing aimed at students, their kitchens are severely lacking in a proper oven and burners. Not a good deal, definitely better options out there

This place is awful. The management is terrible, lied to me several times and tried to charge me for late fees several months when I payed rent early or on time. Attempted to bill me for not turning in my keys along with countless other problems with the billing system. The way this place is run is unacceptable. The roommate matching system is terrible, they completely ignored my application and just stuck me with the first person they found. The general manager tries to bully people around instead of actually fixing problems, the front desk was not very helpful with any problems with the room they try to act like its your fault the wifi is not working. The room had mold all over the bathroom and was never cleaned from the previous person. the fire alarms would randomly go off during the middle of the night about 2 times a month and the smoke alarms are placed right next to the stove which is ideal for cooking. Internet is sub par, they do a bunch of little gimmicks and contests but be careful because if you win you wont get your money. This place is way overpriced for a horrible experience. Please Dont waste 2 years of your life here like i did. You can literally live across the street at the hub for similar prices, a rooftop pool and much better service. The place did have a nice view of state street though.

Pros:

Pros:
-Right next to State Street and bars.
-Well-decorated lounge area.

Cons:
Horrible Service; Poor apartment condition; Charge you a lot of money
-Horrible maintenance service: Only 1 maintenance staff for each tower with about 70 apartments, so the maintenance waiting time is extremely long. Once, both elevators in the West Tower broke down and it took them 3 days to fix it. People had to climb up to 10 floors for 3 days if they lived on higher levels.
-Old and Shabby furniture.Things need maintenance all the time, which makes things worth when combined with the long maintenance waiting time.
-Staff makes mistakes frequently. For example, they mess up with roommate assignment, they forget about promise made to you when signing the lease, they give you wrong information about your move-in/ move-out date, and they ignore your apartment preference that you choose when signing the lease.
-Staff not very friendly and doesn't care about your needs.
-Very noisy at night from state street for some apartments. Ventilation system in between the towers can be loud.
-Charges you full month fee even if you live for half month.
-Ask you to move out early in July (while paying the full month rent) if you don't renew the lease.

Conclusion: I REALLY REGRET picking the Towers. Avoid it if you can.

Planned to move in here with my roommate but the swindled is by putting us in separate rooms even after promising we d be in the same unit. Then they told us that we d have to pay almost $70 more every month EACH to live together because prices had changed within the two months we signed and then complained. Maintenance should ve need hired for seasonal work as they were swamped on move in week and the ONE maintenance guy decided to take vacation. Elevators were down for three days and I had to move in my carrying my belongings up several flights of stairs. My A/C didn t work when I moved in and the windows, kitchen, and bathrooms were filthy. Still haven t received the $250 off promotion they promised me to get me to sign my lease. These guys are the stereotypical college scammers that swindle unsuspecting college students out of their money and into a binding lease. Avoid them at all costs.
