When we initially considered living here we were originally worried about the negative reviews but shrugged it off thinking it couldn t be that bad. It is that bad. The AC almost never works throughout the entire building, the price per bed is outrageous, all of the amenities they showed in the tour didn t work once we arrived. There fitness room was rarely ever cleaned (1-2x a month) before Covid. Many of our request were either not completed properly or cleaning was not finished after the maintenance people left the room. All of our bedrooms on the second floor didn t have any windows. The air within the apartment complex is horrible if you have allergies. This place was a horrible decision. Don t waste your time or money. The management is different during lease season and put on a very professional face - but it does not at all reflect the horrible aspects of this place.
